"Arrived on site for a dryer not drying properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that on smaller cycles the unit seems to dry fine, but on larger bulky cycles it takes several dry cycles to fully dry her clothes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran the dryer and tested airflow with the airflow tester. It was red for bad airflow on all dryers. I then used my thermocouple and tested heat fluctuations at the vent. With the vent on, the unit had almost no heat fluctuations. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. Both checked good. This indicates a lack of airflow at the wall. I advised the customer on my findings. Call complete."

Arrived on site for AIG DW clips on side rack not holding it. Found top rack right side wheels were not staying locked in position. Removed wheel and replaced with new wheels. Adjusters no longer slide out of mount to hold clip in place. Customer will confirm once a full load of cups and other items to wash are placed on rack to ensure clip / wheels stay in place. Also advised that the freezer upper drawer jumps off track. I found the drawer wheels old and worn and when I looked the part number up, I found that it is discontinued. I advised the customer that when pushing the drawer back into place to push it back with the door and it will stay on track and to pull it from the middle of the drawer when pulling it out and not from the sides to keep it on track. My notes on the ticket report that the breaker trips when the door is opened. I tested the door switches and could not duplicate the issue as the breaker never tripped.

"Arrived on site to inspect freezer temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after the control was replaced, the unit began to cool and eventually it stopped. I tested temps using my multimeter with thermal lead and found the temps at 39 degrees and the control setting on recommended temp. Removed the evap cover and found frost/ice built up on the evaporator. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the heating element and it is getting 120V and operating as designed. Tested the defrost thermistor and found it out of range. I removed and replaced the thermistor and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer turn the power off and allow it to defrost 24-36 hours before turning it back on to allow all frost/ice to melt from the evaporator. No water connected to the unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated how the water will dispense, but after a few seconds, it stops. He advised that he removed the left hinge cover to check the sensor and sometimes it would work. I inspected the hinge cover and found the mounts broken so the sensor is detecting that the cover is not present. I demonstrated to the customer how the sensor detects the cover missing by dispensing water and moving the cover and the water stops. Also, I found the ice maker stuck in harvest and would need to be replaced.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven with the UI being frozen up. Upon arrival I found the console unresponsive. I cycled the power at the breaker and kept it off for about two minutes. Once I turned it back on the console became responsive. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I activated each load and found them running as designed. The customer also stated he felt the unit was getting over temps. I preheated both the lower and upper oven and found both reaching the proper temp average. I informed the customer on how small power surges and such can cause situations like this on the console, and sometimes resetting the breaker is all you need to do. I then walked him through how the oven fluctuates in temperature, for I noticed he was using a small metal thermostat to measure the temperature. I informed him that per the user care guide you cannot use those thermostats to measure temps in the oven. I advised him on what a customer instruct entails and that he has used his today."

Placed in diagnostics and F5E3 came on. Lid lock error. Checked connector to board for lid lock and it was seated properly. Powered down washer and disconnected lid lock connector. Waited for hard reset. Plugged back in and allowed washer to reboot. Plugged in lid lock connector and lid lock error came on again. Quoted customer for a new lid lock $118.74 plus labor $195.75 and tax making total $340.44. Customer was not ready to move forward with the repair. Collected service fee by CC. May call us later or within 30 days to have repair completed. Job completed.

"(CH) Arrived on site for Foods freezing in RC. Upon arrival confirmed customer complaint. The unit RC was set to 44 degrees but when I tested it was at 32 degrees. I then ran the following tests: Test 24: 49.2, test 25&26 no readings, test 30: 18.77. After disassembly and testing all components I found a 3 thermistor as well as main control shorted and not registering cooling temps. Arrived on site for microwave not working past 2 seconds after being turned on to heat. Upon arrival I found a lot of grease covering multiple areas of the unit. Grease was covering all connections on board and the relay connections had an green funky build up. Found interlock switchs all functioning but interlock modeling is worn on the bottom lock.. Tested unit in a time dry cycle on high heat and found unit turning and heating. Found the vent hose had a kink in the pose Tangela causing an airflow restriction. Removed the vent hose and ran the unit. Found unit venting properly. I did advise the customer to potentially shorten their vent hose due to limited area where dryer sits and has to vent out. (CH) Arrived on site for washer not agitating. Upon arrival confirmed issue and checked the actuator to find it slipped out of place. Replaced the actuator with the older model to ensure proper function. Reassembled and tested unit to find it operating as intended. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaining that the dishwasher would not pump out water. Removed drain pump and found one small piece of glass in the drain pump area reattach the drain pump and test the unit again the unit still would not drain. Remove the drain hose from the sink and found a hair clump at the end of he hose restricting water flow. Removed obstruction from the hose and tested the unit again. The unit began draining as designed.

Arrived on site for an oven that has no power at the control panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she can open either microwave or oven doors and the lights come on but the touchpad is unresponsive. Removed the unit from the wall and unplugged the control panel. Tested voltage going to the control panel and found 14 V DC going to the user interface. Plugged the control panel back in and everything began to illuminate. Placed the unit back in the wall and tested the unit on microwave and lower oven cycles. Both began to heat and work as designed. Advised the customer that all she needed to do was power cycle the unit. The customer is unaware of which breaker is for her oven and that?s why that was not done. Went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Customer will monitor it for the next 24 hours yes there is no ice production it will need to be replaced

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making abnormal noises. Upon inspection I found the unit to be making a metal on metal vibrating noise. I found the noise to be coming from the condenser area under the RC side of the unit. I adjusted the brackets at the front of the unit and the noise went away. The customer had concerns about the ice maker not producing but I found the ice bin full at the time of Service. The customer also has concerns with the food in the RC spoiling faster than it should. I found the diffuser thermistor out of range so I replaced the diffuser. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the weekend. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Found top interlock was completely missing along with mounting screw that holds interlock in place. Lower interlock was in place and wired. Went ahead and removed lower interlock and installed new lower interlock, but couldnt install the upper interlock without knowing the wire sequence to the actual switches. I used one of the screws (8169479) that was previously ordered that matches the torque screw, but the new matching screw is a Phillips head screw. The new flat head Phillips screw fits into the interlock just like the flat head torque screw does. Tried calling WP tech line for assistance to wire in upper interlock, but they werent sure how the sequence went either because the interlock kit changes the sequence. They were going back and fourth between manuals to try and assist me. Ive mounted the top interlock (not wired) so when we return we will already have interlocks on site and installed. Again, Ive mounted the new lower interlock so its ready to be wired. Bottom interlock was also replaced today. We will return with all previously ordered parts JIC. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site and Inspected Washer and use a screwdriver to ensure plunger on detergent reservoir is operating. Ran diagnostic cycle test 10 an allowed dosing pump to run for the entire five minutes. Detergent can be seen inside drawer funnel. Then added water with test one and there are suds inside washer detergent dispenser seems to be working at this time, showed customer how to change detergent concentration on the user interface if needed

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in both sections. Upon inspection found compressor would kick on for about 5 seconds then cut off. Checked amps and was pulling 13 amps on startup then drop to 0. Check compressor windings and did not see signs of burnout. Used truck stock start device (WPW10197428)and tested. Unit started with no problem and was holding constant at 1.4 amps and unit was cooling. Contacted customer 5 hrs later and unit was already making ice and froze a bottle of water in the freezer. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Job complete

Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Water tube) and 1 W11043013 (Valve dual) and 1 WPW10300024 (Ice maker)

Arrived onsite and found lighting circuit failed on control. Replaced control. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to replace door liner and gasket, after replacing parts and forming gasket, unit tested good."

"Arrived on site to test unit for error code f2(long drain). Found drain pump was seized by piece of cloth burning pump out. Replaced pump, tested unit, unit works good. No leaks detected.

Arrived on job for complaints of icemaker not working and temperature display wrong. Ordered additional parts and made some adjustments will re-evaluate. ; ordrng 1 WP2188820 (temp sensor) and 1 WPW10277450 (icemaker) and 1 WPW10468946 (contrl-box)

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not working normally without squeaking, upon inspection found the units pulley seized with bad wheels.

Arrived onsite for ice maker only dispensing normal ice. Upon arrival found unit solenoid arm fell from position. Remove and put unit back together with solenoid arm in position. Tested found unit now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of handle being loose, found set screw was loose on right side, I tightened set screw, unit tested good."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. Upon inspection of the unit I found No error codes stored in the system. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed with no issues. The customer states that there is no steam at all when the cycle is done. I called techline and spoke to Bruce 7731327632 he advised me that no repair would be needed at this time. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to Inspect unit for not heating, upon inspection found the unit didnt heat at all, replaced thermistor and cutoffs, all functions returned with no issues. Customer will monitor. Complete"

Arrived onsite for intermittent light issues in deli drawer. Upon inspection found liner loose and blocking switch from actuating. Removed base liner and secured trim liner. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete
