Exposed fresh food evaporator and there is no visible frost pattern and drain is not blocked. customer says frost on the rear panel of the freezer section was worse and it has gotten better over time. They found that over time it has gotten more and more intermittent, and that the noise has gotten quieter too. I test the unit and could not replicate the noise. I activated all fans and ramped the compressor to max, but no abnormal noise was present. I gained access to the back and found it normal. I observed the card board under the condenser and found it good. I could not replicate the problem at the time of service. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurs again. Checked the compressor and found it not even running. Checked pressures and found both sides at zero with the unit unplugged. Used nitrogen to find a leak at the left hand side of the compressor. Used one of the lokring fittings to lokring the compressor to the return line. Vacuum down the unit and found the unit held pressure for 20 minutes. Charged the unit and attempted to run the unit. Found the compressor still would not turn on. Checked all connections to the inverter into the compressor and found proper voltage going to the inverter but no action with the compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to order the compressor for repair. Was advised to try and replace the inverter first prior to the compressor replacement but the office will need to schedule service for three hours due to ongoing issues and R600 unit. Tested the thermistors, RC Thermistor read 5.16K and the RC evap thermistor read 11.97K, readings were inline with the temperature including the frozen Evap coil. Evap was frozen enough that the fan stopped a few days ago and CX is aware that they must check it for operation once the evap is thawed out for 48 hours. I advised CX how to defrost the unit and will contact us if there is no evap fan. CX is aware of additional part and adjustment if fan in needed. Saw that when the unit runs the drain pump it's spraying water out of the drain hose joint where it meets the drain loop on the tub. Found installers had used a worm clamp and pinched it and left the clamp out of round, and made a pinch in the drain line. Was able to smooth out the drain line and adjust the round of the clamp to create a good seal. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water into the tub and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element all operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit hasnt dispensed water or made ice in a few years. I tested the ice maker and it failed to call for water. I removed the reservoir cover and found dark spots in the reservoir tubing that appeared to be mold. Tested the water dispenser and the valve failed to open. I removed and replaced the ice maker, dual valve, filter head/reservoir and filter and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer purge the water dispenser for at least 1-2 gallons and dispose of the first 2 batches of ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water would dispense. Customer had a reservoir/filter head on hand so I removed and replaced the part and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect unit not responding to commands and entered service test mode, F5E1 and F8E1 codes stored. I had slight difficulty getting the unit to respond to commands and after wiping the controls, the issue was greatly reduced. The unit completed service test mode with all functions present and did not generate any errors during testing. The door had a slight contact on the left side and after light adjustment to the left leg, the issue was resolved. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect broken hinge. I found the lower guide and timing arm had broken and removed and replaced the hinge assy. I aligned the door and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site and found saved error code for motor fault, ran diagnostic cycle and found agitation and spin is working properly. Set washer into a drain and spin and it will not progress. Will need to replace control, lower harness, capacitor and motor; ordrng 1 W11502823 (Control) and 1 W11222082 (Motor) and 1 W11227944 (Capacitor) and 1 W11376227 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found both compartments above average temperature, but still cooling. Found evaporator compartment completely frozen. Ran diagnostics and could force a defrost. Heater is energizing. Unit is having defrost circuit issues. Ordering and replacing control and defrost sensor. Customer to have unit unplugged 48 hrs before next visit. ; ordrng 1 W11546690 (Control) and 1 W11546681 (Evap harness)"
