Discussing the issue further with the customer, I found they were using a humidifier at the time of the issue. I advised the increased moisture within the homes air, can adversely affect the flame coloration and that in general, it is not an issue and will remedy itself within a short time after the use of a humidifier has ceased. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling. I found the unit unplugged and at room temperature and it was equalized at 37 psi. I found the entire compressor pan covered in dye and dye was on the floor. The only place that remotely looked like it has leaked was the access valve. I removed the refrigerant and filled the system with nitrogen. I found no other leaks and my gauges never moved. I replaced the compressor and dye drier. I added an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.9 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete.

I found the new gasket getting rippled in the upper corner. I removed the gasket and reinstalled it and the ripples are gone now. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was making a rattling while running. Tested unit and confirmed a rattle was present in the vent pipe. I tried adding some sound pads at the rear cover vent exit and noise was still not fully gone. Disassembled unit and found a random nut under the vent pipe causing the rattle. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found no heat to the unit. I verified voltage at the wall (250V). Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the element was defective. Removed the element and found the coils were broken. I removed and replaced the element and cleaned the lint from the unit (before after photos) and reassembled. Retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspects refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling but not reaching set temps. I found a large amount of frost on the FC evap cover. I checked the left FC door gasket at the bottom right corner at the middle mullion and found a gap in the gasket. Using a straight edge, I found the mullion is bowed at the bottom where the gasket is supposed to seal. I contacted techline and spoke to Ed and advised of the complaint and my findings. Ed provided a text message and I provided photos of my findings. Ed advised that the unit is non due to the mullion bowing at the bottom and provided SR#7736303215. I advised my customer of my conversation with tech support and advised the manufacturer would be in contact with the, within 3-5 business days with a resolution. Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator and the fan is not running. I found the cooling turned off on the user interface. The customer stated the icemaker had stopped working. I found the ice maker tray thermistor open. I checked the thermistor at the icemaker and found it good. Upon further inspection I found the thermistor harness broken right at the bottom of the door. The door would need to be replaced to correct this. The customer stated they would just use ice trays.

I found the unit required chassis squaring and leveling and the door closer cams, left and right and upper and lower, were all worn away. They pulled the two drawers from the freezer and scraped some ice off and the noise went away. I confirmed ice build up on the freezer evaporator cover and found the defrost working properly. The drain system was also draining properly. The only thing I can see that could have cause this problem is the freezer door not closed properly. I called the landlord and explained what happened and also read the disclosure. I explained that athe moment it does not seam to be any electrical problems. Once the compressor ramped up in speed, the vibration noise got louder. I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and removed the back cover to inspect the compressor. I moved the compressor, adjusted the system tubing, placed sound pads on the tubing along with zipties and still the noise was there so I removed the pads and I could not tell if it was the compressor in failing stages or something else that is vibrating. I made contact with several other senior techs to discuss the situation and was given several different scenarios, some that I had already tried. I contacted the office (MS) and advised that I was rescheduling to get another senior tech out to inspect. I am ordering more sound pads and mastic, along with CNOTE-GCO and office to reschedule. At the time of departure, I could not hear the noise except when opening the unit doors. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they went to use the upper oven and heard a pop come from behind the control panel and it wouldnt heat. The lower oven is working fine. I attempted to remove the unit from the cabinets and found the unit shoved into its space and I am unable to remove it. I advised the customer, who was standing by, that they would need to contact their builder and have them make the unit accessible for repairs. I am rescheduling service for 05/05/23 and customer will contact their builder. I will return with all prescreened parts

"WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the issue was the unit was producing, but it could not dispense. Removal of the ice bin revealed the motor was locked and the ice type solenoid was frozen in place. I was able to use light heat and correct both issues. Further inspection revealed the unit had clearly gone through an evaporator freeze up and had recovered nicely. There was slight residual clear ice at the lower part of the evap and the unit will clear it on its own. The ice bin had sustained a fracture in the bottom of the bin and will require replacement. All other systems tested as designed and I corrected severe top-out cabinet lean and door opening gaping of the RC. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (Ice bin)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that is not running the vent when running. Tested the unit and found vent is running, but at low speeds. I also noticed the turntable motor is struggling, lights dim, and the mag is buzzing loudly. I replaced the control due to voltage drop. Found no improvement. Checked voltages and found 120v going to turntable motor, but only 14v going out to motor. Talked with JC who is ordering HV system parts to resolve the loud mag, interlocks for voltage drops, and motor / capacitor. Office to schedule when all parts present. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not cooling in either compartment. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged in unit and heard the compressor making a horrific screech when trying to power on due to failed compressor. Ordering sealed system repair to resolve locked up compressor.
