"Arrived on site for a cooktop that popped when using the front left burner. I tested the unit and found irregular flames on the front left and right burners. Upon further inspection I found the propane conversion done incorrectly on them. The larger orifice needs to be on the main or center hole on the burner, and the smaller orifice needs to be on the simmer or on the side hole of the burner. They were swapped. I also found the incorrect orifice sizes. The main burner needs a 0.99mm orifice and the simmer needs a 0.5mm orifice. I advised the customer on my findings and informed them they needed a licensed plumber to do the conversion. Other than this the unit was working as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer making rattling noise in spin cycle. Put unit in diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran individual spin test and could not duplicate the issue. Customer states it?s intermittent and doesn?t happen all of the time. Called tech line for assistance. Cathy recommend running a load in drain and spin. Still could not duplicate issue. Tech recommended that if unit is vibrating or shaking could be Inner basket and suspension.

"Arrived on site for fridge not making ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes in test 56. I put the unit through a harvest test 57 and it passed. I found the unit set to -5 in the freezer and 35 in the fresh food section. I did a temp test on the freezer and found it at 13 degrees. I found the fresh food section at 45 degrees. I did a amp check on the compressor and found it at 1.3 amps.

Arrived onsite and found customer not using rinseaid or any other cycles other than 1 hour. Advised customer that optimal wash and dry cycles are the longer cycles with the hi heat and dry cycles selected. All else checks good. Advised customer on use and care.

Arrived on site for frost build up on the frost does of the freezer door. I inspected the unit and work area. I placed a light inside the fridge and found it coming out the top right corner of the gasket. I reshaped the gasket and found it still there. I inspected the gasket and door liner. I found the door liner separating from the outer door. I placed some foil tape behind the gasket to hold it in place and seal against the fridge. Added on in home. The washer is tearing up the comforter. I inspected the unit and work area. I found not damage or sharp points on the wash basket. I pulled the agitator and found no rough or sharp spots underneath. I found the agitator fins are very flexible and catch when you run something underneath them. I suspect the comforter was caught on those fins when it tore. The unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the unit on and it began to make the noise immediately. I raised the top panel to find the terminal block cover had fallen off and was bouncing around on the drum. I secured the cover back on the back panel and tested and the unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a sound as it spins and is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through a manual high speed spin. Found the agitator spinning in the basket skipping not moving with the agitator. Went to remove the agitator and found the agitator stuck on the gear case. Used vice grips, a dryer belt, and flat head screwdriver?s to try and pry the agitator loose. Could not remove the agitator from the driveshaft. Unit will need to complete rebuild for repair. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I verified previous diagnosis. Found unit also had no refrigerant left in system. Couldnt pinpoint or find leak. I removed old equipment and then installed a new compressor uv dryer and access port. After pulling a vacuum I was able to verify no leaks within system. Recharged unit with 4oz of refrigerant and let unit run for 20 minutes. Found psi stable at 0 & 150 (L&H). Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool down.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a light out on the control panel and is making a loud sound from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint about the light out on the user interface as one of the lights that shows temperature is out. Ran through an icemaker test and found the unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for washer not cleaning cloths. Upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found and f7e6. After further inspection I found actuator had come un mounted from cam. I was able to reassemble and fastened actuator back in place and insured it wouldnt come loose from cam again. After reassembling unit I ran a factory reset and retested unit. Showed customer results and that washer is ready for use call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s flashing an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and tested both hot and cold water valves in the component activation test. The unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through the in,et temperature sensor test and found the unit reading the cold water at 35?C and going all the way up to 45?C when the hot water was ran. Ran the unit again and tested the water temperature. Found the water temperature on the cold valve sitting at 87?F. The customer advised that due to the area, everybody in Bellmead does not get cold water especially during the summer months. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7731353325. He advised that it could be due to the cities waterlines being too shallow in the ground causing the water to overheat when temperatures are hot. He did advise me to go ahead and replace the water valve and the main control due to an update on temperature allowances. The unit ran through a whole cycle with no water leaks detected. Call complete."

I found products pushed all the way to the back of the unit causing an air flow restriction. I moved the items and a gap at the back of the unit. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with stagnant water collecting in the tub. Upon inspection I found the customer has an R/O system under the sink that is routed to the drain hose port on the disposal. I explained that this installation needs to be corrected and the back pressure from the R/O will cause back filling in the dishwasher. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. I found the right side rack stop had fallen off. I was unable to re secure the stop so I used van stock part # WPW10082861 to replace the stop. No leaks detected during time of service. "Arrived on site and inspected washer, previous technician already replaced motor, capacitor, drain pump. He said washer never pulled more than 7.5 amps. Took videos while running spin, drain pump, and both valves combined showed highest amp draw at <7. Washer is on an AFCI and described nuisance tripping in relation to arc faults. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found significant lint build up. I cleared the lint out of the unit. Upon further inspection I found the idler pulley had been worn down completely. The belt actually tore into the pulley wheel and was getting stuck. Due to this the belt got ripped in several places. I replaced the pulley assembly, but will need to order the belt to replace. I also found the front support wheels and shafts needing to be replaced. Upon trying to install the new shafts I found the nuts on the old shafts wont fit the new ones. I will be ordering nuts for the new shafts. Only the front two shafts need replacing, but all wheels need to be replaced. Ordering all parts, and office will need to reschedule. "Arrived back on site for customer complaint of unit leaking ONLY ON BULKY ITEMS selection. Confirmed there was a small puddle of water on the floor on the front left portion of the unit. Attempted to lift the lid as I do when accessing to lid switch and lid wouldnt come free so I could examine it for the source of the leak. Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke with Joel SR# 7731351692Try running a bulky cycle with non bulky load. Its suspected the uneven load will cause the issues. Customer washed a full load and @ 10 minutes left he unit was reading drain, but the second rinse cycle is where the small bit of leaking was coming from the front left portion of the unit.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not dispensing water and add frost buildup in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he is able to make ice but the water dispenser does not work and that the freezer had ice buildup in it one morning but has since receded and gone away. Inspected freezer door gasket and found the door sealing properly. I did advise the customer that it appeared that door had not closed fully or closed on some thing causing this issue. Tested the dispenser and found the unit buzzing at the inlet water valve but no water being dispensed. Replaced door water valve and test the unit again with the same results. Removed dispenser waterline and tested the waterline through the door. The waterline through the door was working properly. Tested the waterline through the cabinet and found the waterline in the cabinet frozen. Removed water line and thawed out water. Reassembled unit and tested it again. The unit is now working as designed. I did tell the customer that waterlines 10 to freeze due to inactivity and to at least try to use the water dispenser at once if not several times a Day to avoid further issues. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not sealing correctly. Upon inspection I found the unit seemingly sealed as designed. The customer had concerns of some small gaps in the upper corners of the FC. I tried heat forming the gasket in those spots but it did not correct the issue. I found the gaps to be where the magnet strip inside the gasket is laying over the fillers in the corners and I am not able to form to close those spots. I called techline and spoke to Andrew to report SR#7731354858. No leaks seen during service. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected the washer and found saved error code F20 no water detected, F21 long drain, ran a diagnostic cycle need completed properly incoming water is good and drain is good. I cleared the ice and found the water not draining. I gained access to the drain tube and found it restricted. I cleared the restriction. The unit is now draining properly.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator freezing items in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer also stated she found the doors unleveled and a scratch on the handle. I advised the customer that the handle or any cosmetic damage was only covered for the first month within the Whirlpool warranty. Therefore we can quote her a new handle repair, or she would have to call Whirlpool for any further assistance on the cosmetic damage. I found the unit unleveled, which was causing the doors to be off. I leveled the unit and now the doors were even. I checked temps in the unit and found the RC at 39?F. I found the only product freezing in the RC was right in front of the damper. I walked the customer through how the airflow in the unit works. I informed her that product right in front of the damper will often freeze, for the air coming in is below freezing. I advised her to avoid placing product right in front of or under it. I found the unit itself working as designed. I informed the customer on what a customer instruct entails.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not heating. Found failed element and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the control, bellow and 4 leveling feet. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service.

Arrived on site for washing machine not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage at the wall and to the control. I found good voltage to both. I tested voltage from the control to the UI. I was showing the voltage out of range. I replaced the control and found good voltage from the new control but the UI still wouldnt come on. I got authorization o replace the UI. I replaced the UI and it is now powering on. I calibrated the control. And ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle. The unit worked as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to replace dispenser. Replaced dispenser test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite to install control. I installed the control and turned the unit on. The compressor kicked on and I could feel it starting to cool. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer leaving water at the end of the cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I entered diagnostics and found error codes f7e5 motor fault. I gained access to the motor and gear case, I found the cam had slipped out of the actuator. I secured the cam to the actuator. In ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit worked as designed. Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed part. After replacement test operation.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher making a loud sound throughout the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated they felt the unit was making a louder sound than their prior unit. They used a decibel reader by the toe plate of the unit and found the decibel rating higher than the stated rating. I advised the customer the stated rating is ambient sound, and if you put it right by the unit it will read it as louder. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found no abnormal noises. I had the customer point out the noise and she informed me it was the hum when the motor was running. I found the noise was normal with no abnormal tendencies. I found the unit running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.
