Upon further inspection, when I opened the unit door, I found that the hinges were coming off their mounts and I found the unit not installed properly and on the left side, the unit mount/screw had split the wood of the counter. When I pulled the RC drain tube from the chassis, water spilled out. I inspected the inside of the tube and found a black rubber cap that goes on a new evaporator suction line, before its installed (photo), that was blocking the water flow from the RC evaporator when it defrosts. Arrived on site for fridge having PO error and freezer not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into a forced defrost. I found the defrost heater coming on. I inspected both evaporators and found them full of ice. I ran the rc and fc fans. I found the fridge throwing the PO during the fc fan running. I gained access to the control and unplugged the fc fan and still found it throwing a PO code. The hv control and fc fan harness will need to be replaced.

Arrived on site for an oven that is steaming up the user interface and is causing it to glitch and turn off. Inspected unit and work area. Noticed steam going in between the glass of the user interface consul and the consul excepting heat as selections causing it to short circuit. Checked underneath and found part of the consul separating underneath close to the oven. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher creating moisture on countertop. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit performing a cycle and had approximately 30 mins remaining. I found no moisture on the countertop, but it was warm and when sliding my hand across the area where the customer has been finding moisture, my hand would stick telling me moisture was beginning to form. Using my borescope, I was able to run the scope on the top left side of the unit between the countertop and unit and did not see any signs of moisture and my lens never fogged up (photos). I pulled the unit out and found a small, approximately 3inch in diameter, spot of moisture on the bottom side of the countertop approximately 12-14 inches from the front of the unit. I checked the insulation and torn the unit and found no signs of moisture or any water leaks. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in between the insulation and dishwasher at the point of moisture and measured temps and got 116 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and provide the previous SR# and advised of my findings. Bruce recommended checking for any water leaks on the tub and if none found, order a Steam Blanket and provided the part number. Bruce advised that all info will be documented to previous SR#7733757174. I am ordering the steam blanket and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service other than moisture under countertop.; ordrng 1 W10896113 (Steam blanket)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator drawer freezing in the RC. Upon arrival the customer stated that it was not frost or ice everywhere, but the product in the drawer was just completely frozen. Upon arrival the unit had also been off. I went to put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the UI flashing PS2 and the control lock light flashing. I could not clear the error code nor get the lock off. I checked the switches and found when pressed the lights would shut off. I called techline and spoke to JR and received SR# 7733961946. JR stated PS2 is bottom thermistor shorted. JR recommended replacing both thermistors. While on the phone I was able to get the error to stop flashing shortly, and we verified the fans ran. Arrived on site for a dryer thats making noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and found what sounded like a metal on metal screeching. Disassemble the unit and found the idler pulley starting to rust in causing the sound. Replaced either pulley and tested the unit. The unit begin to work as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

The customer had the unit unplug prior to arrival and upon plugging the unit and I took a nap drop the compressor. Family unit starting at .187 A and slowly worked its way to .653 A. Let the unit run for several minutes and could not feel any warm air coming through the return line to the compressor and no cool throughout the refrigerator. Spoke to SW and was advised that this would be a sealed system issue. Went to the customer but was unable to find certain parts.

"Arrived onsite to fully diagnose washer not completing cycle. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found error codes cleared. Ran individual valve test and was functioning properly. Ran auto test and passed. Contacted office to acquire tenant phone number. Talked with tenant and found Customer getting Sud error code and lots of bubbles in the tub. Found that the customer was using excessive detergent, 2 pods at a time and additional non HE detergent for stain removal. Instructed customer on detergent use. Only one pod is needed per load. Also recommended performing a clean washer cycle either with vinegar or affresh. Reset control and power cycled unit. Customer will follow instructions and monitor . Job complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not heating. Found 114V from neutral to 1 leg of power but only 32V through the other leg.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not making enough ice, tested unit found that the ice bin is full of ice but frozen together and cant be dispensed, the emitter is reading a full ice bucket and stopping production, cleared all ice buildup, auger is now working properly, unit is running as designed job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Found unit not starting due to water in the float. Found unit leaning left making unit leak. Found floor tile on left not hitting the units feet but the right feet are on the Tile. Advised customer to level the unit with tile test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with light not working. Found freezer led module failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Found debris in drain pump caused pump failure. Replaced drain pump and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no other parts were needed. No leaks were found at time of service.

Replaced the float switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed with no leaks present during operation. Found no evidence of any leaks of any kind coming from the valve, drain pump, or gaskets, advise the customer it may have been initially caused by an over sudsing issue but did explain the repairs.
