"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue with the unit going into a pause has stopped but that the unit is not spinning out their clothes properly. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault), F5 E1 (lid switch fault/lid is up), and F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) error codes. Tested both cold and hot water valves and found hot water coming through the hot water valve and warm water coming through the cold water valve. I did explain to the customer that that is potentially the problem they?re facing with the unit is that they?re cold water valve is not getting cold water. The customer advised that they believe they were still had issues with the unit registering the door latched. I did advise that because I couldn?t replicate it, there?s nothing I could do to check to see which component it was. The customer advised that he would like to replace the main control and latch just in case. Replaced both parts. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s taking several cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Test of the unit and from the unit heating and tumbling. Used a vent test kit on the dryer and found good airflow. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Found the unit stuck on the steam option and the unit unleveled. Attempted to lower the feet and found the feet completely solidified in place. I did advise the customer to put a board or shim underneath the back feet to allow the dryer to lean forward to slightly to activate there moisture sensors. Removed the steam option off of their normal dryer cycles and informed them of features on the new dryer. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for HAS POWER WILL RUN BUT NOT GETTING AN WATER-DOES HAVE STEAM-THINK PUMP ISSUE. Placed in diagnostics and got F4E3 and F7E1. Removed sump and motor and I installed a new sump and motor. Ran diagnostics and cleared error codes. Dishwasher completed all cycles as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling to temp In freezer compartment nor refrigerator compartment, upon arrival I gained access and took the temp of the fc and found it to be 11? and then the refrigerator and found it at 39?. I gained access to the freezer evap and found a restriction in the unit due to the frost pattern observed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with thin ice cube production. Upon arrival the customer stated that it has been working as designed for the last few days. They also let me know that the last tech advised them on not over packing the unit, and since then they have begun to put fewer items in it. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin full. I checked temps and found the RC at 36?F and the FC at 7?F (FC packed causing lack of airflow, which is why we are seeing slightly higher temps, I advised the customer on the implications of blocking airflow. I also found most items pushed all the way back, which is blocking airflow. The customer stated that they often keep the FC packed and very full.) I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IM and IM fill working as designed. I called techline and spoke to Robert and received SR# 7731620946. Robert came to the same conclusion that the lack of airflow in the unit was the issue. He advised this is causing higher temps, and in turn causing thinner ice. I walked the customer through not pushing all of their items to the back of the unit, and on not overloading either. Call complete."

I then ran test 15 and found the ice bin read as full even though it was completely empty. I gained access to the emitter and receiver boards and found them getting the correct VDC. "Arrived on site for a ice machine that was not producing ice. Upon arrival I let the unit harvest. I found the recirculating pump, drain pump, and valve working. I found the unit was not getting a frost pattern though. I gained access to the pumps and found no corrosion on the harness. I gained access to the compressor and found it not running at all. I used a truck stock start device to swap and test if it was a dead compressor or start device. I found the compressor bad. Upon further inspection I also found the grid corroding and would be needing replacement soon.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven bake setting doesnt work, but the broil does. I removed the bottom panel and tested the bake mode and the ignitor never came on. Arrived on site for WATER DISPENSER NOT WORKING- ISSUE IS WITH THE FILTER DOOR. Found filter housing was not engaging the filter to make a complete seal. Removed filter housing and installed new filter housing. Water dispenser began dispensing ice as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Found evaporator cover frosted over. Removed all frost from cover and removed cover. Found entire evaporator and coils frosted over. Used steamer to remove frost. Ran test four and compressor was running as designed. Tested compressor and windings were good. Found UI was faulty causing defrost issue. Ordering new UI and control. Prior visit I replaced the freezer door which had a brand new UI in it. This brand new UI will be replaced with another UI. Also ordering main control to ensure both UI and control need replacement. Arrived on site for Washer not rinsing/spinning on any cycle. Placed in diagnostics and F7E7 came on. Only error code found. Cleared error code. Ran test 3 and found control was faulty and not receiving proper voltage. Removed control and installed new control. Ran calibration and then auto diagnostics. Washer completed all cycles and no error codes came up. Inspected actuator to ensure it was engaged into the splutch cam and it was good. No leaks detected. Job

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit control panel not responding and blank. I found the breaker had been tripped and its a GFCI 220V breaker. Cycled power and tested unit and after approximately 3 minutes of baking, the unit tripped the breaker again. I removed the unit from the cabinet and tested voltage to the control while on bake and it is showing 247V. I found the unit is plugged in behind the unit and not hardwired. Unit continued to heat for approximately 10 mins. I found the cord not fully plugged in and plugged it all the way. I placed unit in diagnostics and found error code F6E4. Removed and replaced the main control and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have a licensed electrician look at the breaker and plug if the unit continues to trip the breaker. Unit connected to WiFi. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running. Upon arrival the customer stated the dishwasher will start a cycle, the UI will flash, and then the cycle would stop. Upon further inspection I found the tub still full of water, and I also found the floater jammed in the raised position. I removed it and then put it back in. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it running through as designed. I then ran a normal cycle on the unit and found it running as designed. I believe due to the jammed floater, it was causing the unit to read the switch as open and never start. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

When the element cycled off, I opened the door to cool it faster and the element came back on and began to heat again and I could hear the control cycling. Arrived on site for a washing machine that was leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the install team stated the valve was leaking. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 long or no fill. I found this error code was thrown due to the unit being tested without the cold line attached. I tightened the water line connections and tested the unit. I found the unit was incorrectly installed and once adjusted there was no longer a leak. No leak observed at the end of service. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will intermittently not drain, and the unit just recently started leaking almost the entire tub onto the ground. Upon further inspection I found the drain hose routed correctly. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open. I ran a test cycle three times and could not replicate a no drain or leak issue. I ohmd out the float switch and found it good. I found the customer was on a new water softener system and walked them through proper soap usage. I informed them that the softener can cause the soap to over suds and create this issue. I found no failed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not filling. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would not fill, but they could hear the unit hum. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E3 for thermistor or OWI failure and F4E3 for motor not running. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit not filling, and the motor running. I checked voltage to the valve and found it correct. I then checked the water supply to the dishwasher from under the sink and found no water coming from it. Upon further inspection I found the water line to the dishwasher at the dishwasher valve with a loose fitting as well. I found the unit working as designed and the water supply bad. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range with a light bulb in the oven that exploded. Upon arrival I found the bulb broke all the way down to its housing, and unable to be removed. I removed the socket and found one of the wires disconnected and grounding out. This is most likely what caused the bulb to pop. I replaced the bulb and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. The customer was also worried that in the broiler drawer a tray may be missing. I found that there was no tray for the drawer in the parts break down. I advised the customer of this.

I found both evap fan motors not on with door closed. Compressor and condenser fan are operating. Cont@ted techline and spoke to Andy and advised of my findings as there are no tech sheets other than the wiring diagram. We checked resistance at both thermistors and voltage at both fans with door closed. Tech support did not have any documentation to compare the readings and recommended replacing both thermistors and fans. I compared my thermistor readings to a chart from Whirlpool and found both thermistors within range. I am ordering the thermistors, both fan motors and the main control. "Arrived on site for freezing in fresh food section. Removed cover found damper control not closing correctly,replaced damper control,added sealer between gaps,installed insulation around damper control .

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found everything is working properly except vent hoses are partially crushed behind dryer. Took pictures. Disassemble dent holes and straighten them recommended to homeowner that dryers not be pushed back if possible this is what crushes the vent hose.

Arrived onsite for washer shaking intermittently. Upon inspection i found F8E1 F7E1 and F1E1 stored in the unit. I let the diagnostics cycle run through and it filled and drained as designed. I monitored the spin cycle and found the unit is spinning as designed with no abnormal shaking. I found the customer is on a water softener and the unit is sitting on a pedestal. I noticed some rust on the pedestal which can cause shaking if the pedestal is degrading. I advised the customer that with certain loads and certain materials might soak up water more than others. I didnt notice any issues with the valve but if the unit isnt filling enough or if certain clothes soak up water it could cause shaking if there are dry spots in the clothes. Otherwise the shocks checked good and the tub doesnt have any obvious issues with the bearings. The unit is other wires working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found very little ice in the bin and unit has been operating for a few days. Unit was in the process of making ice and the sheet was normal. The unit was very warm and compressor extremely hot to touch. Once sheet of ice dropped to the cutter, I found the cutter functioning properly. Placed unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I found the cube size normal so I adjusted to thick. I checked the cabinets around the unit and the venting around the cabinets is good. Condenser fan is operating. Checked incoming water temp and got 83 degrees in the reservoir and 82 degrees at the faucet. Due to the possibility of a floating restriction in the sealed system, I am ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering the compressor, NON-UV drier, access valve, condenser, condenser fan, hot gas valve, and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not washing dishes or breaking down detergent, upon arrival I put the unit into service diagnostics and found no fault codes, I found that the sump and motor is seized as soon as I put the unit into a cycle and I found that the sump is leaking. I replaced the sump and motor assembly and now the unit is working as designed, no leaks observed.

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed part. Installed new magnetron and test. Test failed the wave guide is damaged.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the main control and blower motor. I replaced both. I powered the unit on for 5 minuets. I powered the unit off and installed a new UI. I reinstalled the unit into the cabinet and tested the unit. I put it through a bake cycle and found it preheating to 350 with no issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site and inspected washer and didnt find any saved error codes, found four coins in between agitator edge and basket. Washer is not level and feet cannot be adjusted due to installation. There is an alcove that makes the washer unaccessible. Ran all spin cycles and did not hear any excessive noise. Ran both agitations with water in the basket and did not hear any excessive noise here either. Also could not inspect Gearcase assembly due to installation. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher not drying. Ran diagnostics test mode and unit filled, washed, drained and heated. Customers complaint was the rinse aid was leaving blue streaks on the white tub. Diagnostics mode reset the control. I also advised the customer on purging the hot water before starting the unit to ensure the unit water temperatures are proper cleaning. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Was unable to replicate issue. But bleach dispenser did have rust build up around it and water staining was present on cabinet around dispenser. Arrived on site and inspected dryer burning smell. I ran a cycle and checked temperatures inside and at the outside ventilation system and got 160 degrees. Customers concern is the smell. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments at 60+ degrees. When I went to test the compressor, I found, at the back of the unit on the right side, a void in insulation spot that had been previously patched but there was a hole in the cabinet from it rusting out. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found ice buildup on the bottom of the freezer, remove rear cover panel and found evaporator drain is clogged by debris. If there is ice in the freezer evaporator drain attempting to remove evaporator cover will damage it. Recommend it to homeowner that refrigerator be completely defrosted for two days to remove ice in freezer drain.
