Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an a line doors. Inspected unit and work area. Found the issue with the unit is that the flooring underneath the refrigerator is unlevel causing the doors not to align properly. Adjusted the feet to where the doors were aligned but the unit would not rock. Tested the unit and the unit is working as designed. Customer advised they were having issues with her icemaker spitting out small and large cubes. Tested the unit and found very minimal water pressure coming to the icemaker. Checked the water dispenser and found the same issue with water flow. The customer had another filter so we swapped out the filter and water back in flow through as designed. I did advise the customer that they just needed to replace the water filter. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer not complete the cycle. I inspected the unit and work Area. I gained access to the gearcase and found the cam bolt loose. I applied loctite and secured the cam properly. I calibrated the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found it working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer shutting off too soon and clothes not drying. Upon further inspection, i tested the airflow using my vent test kit and the unit passed both tests. I tested the unit on the customer setting of Normal/Medium heat. While testing, I rubbed my fingers across the sensors and found the heat was not coming on as it should. Using a wet rag, I tested the sensors again and got the same results. I found the eco boost selection was on. Turned the eco boost off and retested and found the heat would turn on more frequently but would not stay on for very long. I removed the front panel and tested the coils and found them out of range. Removed and replaced the coils and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to replace compressor for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier and followed r600 procedures for vacuum and charging. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could hear a metal clanking noise. When I stopped the unit, I could hear the blower wheel moving when it should have stopped with the drum. I disassembled the it and found the blower wheel broken free from its axle and the exhaust pipe loose. I removed and replaced the blower wheel and tightened the exhaust pipe and reassembled. Advise the customer that I could not find any issue with the washer and that their issue may be with the drain inside of the home(as this service was done at RAC). The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator making loud noise with frost build up. Upon arrival customer stated frost issue was mostly gone. After further examination I found the ice maker fan in fc still has some frost build up from prior issue that hadnt fully evaporated. Removed ice and found noise gone. Call complete

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection the burner will not ignite. Took the burner head off in readjusted the burner plate. Reinstalled the burner and tested the unit. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection found that the belt had come off the pulley and the pulley shield was on the ground with the belt laying in the pulley shield. The bolts for the shield were not to be found anywhere. Reinstalled the belt and the shield and ran unit in diagnostics mode. Arrived on site for a Built-in refrigerator that has malfunctioning LEDs. Upon arrival I found that there where LEDs out in the unit. I replaced the LEDs and found that the unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran through diagnostics and found the defrost by metal open. Did find the evaporator fan and compressor running. Disassemble the freezer section and found the heater measuring 30.8 ohms of resistance indicating the heater was good. I advised the customer that I would recommend both the control and evaporator harness for repair. Replaced the freezer evaporator fan assembly and main control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their food was burning on the top rack and the temps werent correct inside. They advised they placed a dial type thermometer inside and it never reached preheat temp so they calibrated the unit 30 degrees. I advised the customer that the manufacturer does not approve the dial type as it cannot keep up with temperature fluctuations and wont give accurate temps readings. I went into the settings and changed calibration back to 0 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E6. Cleared the code and following the tech sheet tested the continuity between P1 and J4 and P1-1 and P1-2 and got good continuity. I removed and replaced the main control and tested temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 416. Next five readings were 337, 391, 330, 379, 338 for an average temp of 355 degrees. I made recommendations to the customer of waiting approximately 15-20 mins after preheat to place food inside. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. Installed the new switch according to SP W10365444. Once switch was installed the unit was making a jack hammer noise. I found that the power switch was wired backwards. Flipped the wires in retested the unit and it is operating as designed.

I replaced both and tested unit and found that nothing changed I tested the voltage and found that the was only 120vac at the wall. "Arrived on site for washing machine making a grinding noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the gear case and found it leaking oil, I found the slide damaged, I replaced the slide and ran the unit in a high speed spin for several minuets. I gained access to the stator and found it scolding hot to the touch. The oil has penetrated the coils on the starptor and causing it to heat up. I found the unit not leveled properly. I leveled the unit and still found the basket leaning to one side. I am ordering a stator, and suspension and returning with the gear case for replacement. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed up until the agitation/spin cycles and the unit began to make a loud rattling/groaning noise. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels (photo). Also found the rotor bolt missing (photo). I removed the rotor and found gearcase oil on the slider and clutch. I provided photos for the customer and advised the gearcase, slider & clutch would need to be replaced to complete the repair. Customer advised that another company had been out back in 2021 and replaced the same parts. I am ordering a CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts once they arrive. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived onsite for washer making noise. On inspection found the belt had fallen off. Once the shield was removed found that the nut for the pulley was lose from the factory. The shield was damaged by the belt coming off. Replaced the clutch and the belt and ordering a new pulley shield W11409708. Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise. I checked stored error codes and got an F1E2 motor control fault. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and found the unit working properly all the way thru agitation but when it went into the spin cycle the control just shut off and the door unlocked. I ran manual diagnostics and when putting the unit in the spin cycle the motor would just hum and get hot. I tested the capacitor and it tested good at 45mf. I tested the motor windings and both showed 7.5 ohms and out of range. I suspect the metal grinding noise sound the customer described was from a failing triac on the control but I cannot duplicate the noise at this time. Need to replace the motor and the control. The customer advised that the unit seems to leak from the left front part of the washer and is intermittent but they are having to put towels underneath the washer to catch the excess water. For the service pointer, it advises to replace the tub ring with an updated to bring. I replaced it and found that it was sealing better but still there where gaps and leaks. Upon further inspection I found to the door hing was bent and missing a screw and the door may have gotten warped. I am ordering the door, hinges, screws and another gasket. "Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found valve fractured. Fracture occurred under console and fried the main board. Replaced valve and board . Tried calibration and unit was not responding correctly. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Nate SR#7735439234. Unit kept giving F2E3 switch mismatch . Tech notified that this is a UI issue which on this model is integrated into the control. Tech recommended replacing board again due to faulty replacement. Ordering board. Arrived on site for no cool. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I found the fill line on the refrigerator not long enough to pull the refrigerator out from the cabinet and there was not a tee valve installed at the front of the refrigerator to shut the water off so the customer had to cut the water off to the home to remove the refrigerator. I found a lot of trash in the line and cleared it out. The customer went and picked up a tee valve at Lowes while I was clearing the lines and I installed the tee so the customer could turn the water on to the home. I replaced the filter per techlines recommendation and I replaced the smart valve due to all the debris that came out of the lines. I suspect the valve of not closing properly sometimes due to the debris. I pushed the unit back in the cabinet and when I went to set the legs on the left side the rear adjusted broke and the front adjuster stripped. The left support will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not spinning / belt slipping. Examined unit and found hub failing and basket is wobbling on the gearcase shaft. Customer said belt was slipping and making noise as well. Advised we need to replace the belt, cam, and hub to resolve. Attempted to remove the agitator and found it fused onto the gearcase shaft, could not remove without cutting the agitator off. Customer will replace unit since we need to use force/destroy the agitator to get to the hub due to being rusted on. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining . Checked disposal and didnt find any debris in drain motor . Found drain tube clogged .

"Arrived on site for for tenant smelling gas from dryer . Checked connections and no leaks detected. Air flow meter and running temp checks showing air flow restriction. Recommendation is to have vents cleaned . This is a tenent/ landlord situation . Unable to contact landlord . Did advise tenent about vents and not to use dryer to possible damage to unit and or possible fire hazard . Unit May need general maintenance such as rollers ,drum seals . Unit is very loud . Talked to SP. ,she will reach out to customer about billing info .

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the cold water valve pulling in very little water and found the unit having a hard time shifting between agitation and spin. Found when the unit was draining that the unit was siphoning water back in due to a closed drain. Advise the customer to get away from the closed drain and quoted the customer for the cold water valve and actuator.Ordering the water valve and will return with the shifter.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection found the hose from the back of soap dispenser to the tub has a whole in it. I taped the hose up to slow the leak down. There is a leak during service. Customer knows about the leak. ordrng 1 4738ER1004B (Hose)

"Arrived onsite for Ice maker not working. On inspection found E2 error when running test 56. Tried to send IM back to home position. Customer was saying her ice was frozen. Took temps in FC it was 35? the RC was 44?. Found no ice buildup in the FC or RC , tested the thermistor they tested good. Called talked with Chase, going Oder a sealed system to fix the issue.
