. Placed in diagnostics and F10E1 came on. Cleared error code and started diagnostics cycle. After two minutes I found water dripping from bottom right corner. Opened door and dishwasher was full of suds. Showed customer why they were getting leaks from door. Ran three more diagnostics cycles to remove all suds from drain hose. Both dispenser and rinse aid were empty when I ran diagnostics. Found rinse aid was turned to max and it was empty. Customer stated they just recently filled it. Explained with a water softener and rinse aid the dial needs to be set to 1 to prevent oversudsing and leaks. Also explained they should only fill detergent to soft water line and not us pre rinse dispenser. Filling to the soft water line is more than enough with a water softener.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I manually tested the drain pump and it drained the water out of the unit after I tapped on the drain pump. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the drain pump and found some debris inside the drain area. I tested the drain pump again and the motor was grinding and the impeller was intermittent.I removed and replaced the drain pump assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had frosted over in the freezer section but they had defrosted it. He advised that the issue appeared to be a problem with the gaskets not ceiling on the refrigerator side. Confirm the customers complaint and found the refrigerator not sealing properly on the far left upper right hand corner. Attempted to adjust the bottom hinge of the door to get it to sit properly and every single time the screws and clamp down it would pull the door back down. Adjusted it a little further away to where I could screw it at an angle. Once I did so, the door was catching on the liner before shutting and would have to pull up on the handle to close it. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7732258905. He had me video him to see what I was talking about and asked if there were any deformities in the liner. I showed him the outer edges of the liner where there appears to be bubbles at the top right and left corners.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After inspection of all previous repairs I found no errors or issues. After further inspection found two causes of leaking. Found water leaking from liner in rc compartment. Also found evidence of drain line in FC collapsing after trying to clear line. Due to liner/insulation failing unit cant be safely repaired at this time. Call complete

"Arrived on site for Range, Pop noise/flash in oven. Customer stated they saw a flash from the rear of the range when it sparked. Pulled out range and removed rear cover that shields wire block. Found all three bolts were never tightened down. Tightened down all three bolts and used electrical tape to cover the damaged wire. Wire was not exposing a group of wire threads, just one single wire thread that made the flash and pop. Once nuts were secured onto block I tested the range by preheating oven to 350. At the same time I turned on all the range elements to use all possible voltage to ensure block wiring would not fail again. Range preheated as designed. Turned on broil to test and broil element glowed bright. Job completed."

Checked pressure and found 45psi at time of tap. Evacuated Freon and replaced compressor and drier. Vacuumed unit and verified vacuum held for 15 minutes. Charged to 5oz R134. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven that had stopped in the middle of a back cycle before, and also had to be restarted. Unit is also showing an F2E1 error at times. Checked controls and wiring to unit and found no damaged or failing wires. Talked with CS about repair since the keypad / membrane is discontinued and the likely cause of the F2E1. We agreed that a replacement of the Ui should solve any bake logic and cycle issues, and may also resolve the F2E1. I spoke with the customer and let him know that by replacing the Ui we have replaced the only part that can cause the logic issues, and that they will still likely get the F2E1 error. This is the only repair we can do to resolve.
