Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling well in either compartment to replace sealed system parts. I found the refrigerator cooling some. I put the three way valve in the home position and checked the equalized pressures finding them at 44 psi. The system didnt appear to have a leak and just the compressor was not pumping refrigerant properly. I replaced the compressor installing an access valve on it and installed a UV drier. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 6 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures and found the unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and its flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Attempted to drain the unit and found then it was attempting to drain but little water was coming out of the drain hose. Remove the Bellow from the front door seal and removed the clean out filter. Found a sock inside of the clean out filter causing the issue draining. Remove the obstruction and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found that the back right burner would spark continuously when the right back burner was ignited. Replaced the spark module and both igniter. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected.

"WFE320M0JS3 Arrived to inspect no heat on both left side burners. I found the left rear was not spot welded at the thermal device point and removed and replaced. The left fronts infinite switch showed an arc flash and subsequent spalling on the connector, which was not damaged. I removed and replaced the switch and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that has caught on fire. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were running some rags on a sanitation cycle and that the rags were singeing inside of the dryer and when they pulled them out and brought them outside, they caught fire. Tested the unit on a normal high heat cycle. The unit heated and operate it as designed with a burning smell. I disassembled the unit and verified no wiring or any parts within the dryer fire. I did notice a lot of lint buildup inside of the dryer including on top of the element housing. I also found burnt land inside of the top of the element housing entering into the drum. Removed all the burnt lint out of the dryer and tested the unit. The unit began to eat and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that the lint buildup inside of the dryer is most likely due to an airflow issue. I did instruct them to run a normal timed dry cycle on their clothes for an hour and if they had to run another cycle to fully dry the clothes, to have their vents cleaned to prevent this issue again. I called Whirlpool Safety Team and spoke to Bianca SR# 7735912731. She advised to make no further repairs to the unit. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dryer latch issues and stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found door latch very loose. Was instructed by techline at this time unit would need to replicate failure in order to determine exact cause of communication failure within unit. Also found that multiple burners were not omhing within specs. Found front right inf. Switch only sending 23 volts to burner.

The customer stated for the last two weeks the refrigerator has been above 50 but the freezer temp has been good but today the RC temp has dropped. I found the RC at 40 degrees when I arrived. I found the deli UI not working and full of water. I checked the RC evaporator coil and could see the bottom of it with a good frost pattern. It looked like it had just gone thru a defrost. There was no water under the deli pans. I disconnected the harness from the door for now so the control isnt causing issues. The customer had to leave but I explained that they need to do a power reset.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found drain pump is running but check valve is stuck. Removed water with vacuum and cleared check valve and after reassembling it is not working and drained dishwasher twice from a normal load.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was making a noise and then it stopped working. I found power to the unit and when pressing start, I could hear a relay on the control click. I removed the top panel and pulled on the belt and found it loose. I disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley wheel had separated from the arm and caused the belt to come off and the pulley dropped onto the belt switch keeping the unit from operating. I found a large amount of lint built up inside the unit as well. I removed all four rollers and cleaned the axles, installed the new tension pulley, cleaned the lint from the unit (before/after photos) and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised theyve found ice built up on the RC evaporator and have had to defrost the unit a few times. I tested temps in the FC=12 degrees and RC=43 degrees on a setting of 35. I found ice built up on the RC evaporator and cover. Tested the unit in diagnostics and all components passed. Also found the the RC evap drip pan badly warped. I found both RC door gaskets are torn and one of the modules on the ice box housing not working. I advised the customer of the repairs needed for the unit provided a disclaimer, from management regarding this unit, for the customer to read.

"WF42H5200AW/A2-11 Arrived to inspect vibration and excessive movement. I entered service test mode and found tE1 as the only stored error code. Removal of the rear cover showed the temperature sensor assembly had been damaged by apparent excessive tub movement and wiring had been torn out of it. Further testing revealed the bearings were in failure and would require the rear tub assembly and basket. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Took the temperature of the freezer section and found the freezer at 15?F. Found the refrigerator section at 42?F. Remove the back cover and found evidence of a leak at the dryer on the other loop side. Evacuated all the refrigerant and went to replace the dryer. Found the cap tube was too short for the dryer. Attempted to move the drier to make a better fitting and the cap tube broke by the dryer. Went to pull the capillary tube forward to fit another dryer on and the capillary tube broke at the cabinet side to where I could not see the cap tube coming out of the cabinet. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joe SR# 7735920735. He had me send him some photos of the issue at hand. He advised that at this point, the unit would be deemed NR due to inability to gain access to the capillary tube. He advised the unit would be sent to review and told me to tell the customer that whirlpool would be in contact with me or them depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dishwasher leaking. Entered diagnostic and found error code F9E1 for diverter not finding position due to corrosion. I found no leaks at the moment but did find where there was spots of I previously leaking. Advised customer to replace sump and motor.

Arrived onsite to replace faulty evaporator. Replaced evaporator. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Pressures equalized but compressor did not energize. Verified 120 vac to compressor but no response at all. Tried replacing start device but the connector does not fit. Need to return with correct start device and compressor . Returning with compressor and order white start device. Device with kit is not compatible. Office to reschedule 2 hr sealed system. ; ordrng 1 WPW10350564 (Capacitor) and 1 W10873801 (Start device) and 1 2hr (2 hr)

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the lights not turning on all the time, not dispensing ice and water all the time, and not making ice. I found the black wire in the deli harness causing the issue. I disconnected the harness and all functions started working as designed. I found no error codes for the icemaker and ran a harvest test finding it jammed with ice. I removed the ice and it went thru a harvest and fill test. When I tested the temp in the FC it wasnt getting below 16 degrees. I found the front of the condenser covered in dog hair. I removed the hair and the FC temp dropped to 0. I also found the lock clip broken on the left bracket for the upper drawer in the FC. The bracket and harness need to be replaced ordrng 1 W11170612 (Harness) and 1 W11131390 (Bracket)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling well. I found the RC at 50 degrees and the FC at 20 degrees. I found the RC evaporator frosted over. The customer stated it had done this last week and he used a hair dryer to remove the frost at the bottom of the cover. I checked the drain and it was clear. I tested all the thermistors from the control and they showed good but when I tested the thermistors from the control I found the RC thermistor way out of range getting close to a shorted range. The customer agreed to defrost the unit and clean everything out for use to replace the fan assembly. The customer signed the defrost waiver. To replace the fan. I explained we could test the control voltage output after the new thermistor is installed. The customer understood. Ordering the fan.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the RC section was getting too warm. I found a digital thermometer on the middle shelf in the RC section reading 38 degrees. I checked the temp settings and found the FC set at 0 degrees and the RC set at 33 degrees. Customer advised food items were freezing in the RC section as well. I tested temps in the RC section at the top shelf and it showed 33 degrees; middle and lower shelves were showing 31 degrees. I tested the FC section and it was showing 4 degrees. I found the ice bin full of ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the thermistors and all are within range/passed. I tested the fans and the damper and all are operating as designed. I did find the right RC door gasket badly torn.. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Right RC door gasket)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is leaking. Found water valve seeping and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs.

Arrived on site to replace main harness. Replaced harness test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced gearcase, cam, actuator, capacitor, and washplate cap. Tested unit and found all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service."

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the refrigerant from the unit and then removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port. I vacuumed the system to 410 microns and after allowing it to hold for 15 min, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The RC drain pan required adjustment and the chassis required squaring. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite to replace faulty compressor. Also confirmed leak on manufacturer lokring. Cut out lokring and sleeved. Replaced compressor, dryer and access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Compressor is running. No signs of any other leaks. Job complete"
