"KBFN506ESS01 Arrived to inspect over-temperature alarm. Discussion with the customer revealed the unit alarms usually once per day, sometimes several times per day. Internal temperatures were -2?F in the FC and 36? in the RC. I found the chassis was too far back in the mounting on the right side and the left was correct at the top, but approximately 1/2 back at the bottom. The left RC door was having difficulties fully closing on its own and if secondary to the right, required additional force to close fully. I was able to correct all the chassis mounting issues and square the entire assembly. The door closer cam required adjustment and after completed, the soft closure of the left RC door was fully corrected. I removed excessive moisture from below the crisper drawer. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the recirculating pump and reservoir drain pump failures, I removed and replaced the both parts and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I found the leaking pipe at the back of the unit had not been repaired (photo) and found it continues to leak water onto the junction box. I left the drain hose for the builder to replace once the electrical box issue and leaking pipe were corrected. I advised the customer of the pipe leaking more than before. I left the unit turned off due to the leak and recommended to the customer that they leave it turned off until the other issues were resolved. No water leaks observed from the unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balance load. I cleared he code and continued with testing. When the unit got to the spin cycle, the unit began to shake vigorously. I stopped testing and pushed down on the basket and found the suspension rods were bad and the unit is not leveled. I removed and replaced the suspension rods and leveled the unit and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making ice now, but still wanted the unit serviced. I inspected the unit and tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=38 degrees. When testing the FC section, I found frost at the bottom of the freezer at the opening (photo). Also found frost at the bottom the FC door (photo). I found the ice maker making good ice. I checked the freezer rack and found it difficult to pull out. Using some manufacturer approved grease, I placed grease on the rack rails and tested and it slides in and out as designed. I removed the frost from the FC bottom and door and checked gaskets and all are sealing properly. No further repairs needed. Issue with ice maker not operating was due to an air leak at the FC door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is buzzing. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does this every hour and a couple hours. I ran through diagnostics and tested the damper control, compressor, evaporator fan, and condenser fan. Could not get the unit to work. After working on the other Appliance for 15 minutes, heard the icemaker cycle and the buzz occur when it was trying to fill the icemaker. Check behind the unit and found that the unit was not hooked up to water. I asked the customer if they had previously had this unit hooked up to water and he advised they did not. I explained that sound was coming from his inlet valve as the icemaker was trying to fill because the icemaker had not been turned off. Turned off the icemaker and could not replicate the sound again for the next 30 minutes. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the burner box had dropped down and separated from the glass cooktop and they had some boards supporting the burner box from underneath (photos). I attempted to raise the unit and place my support boards underneath it to inspect, but I could not get the burner box to raise up. I found where the countertop was not cut correctly and was wedged into the opening in the countertop and looks to be glued into place with tile grout (photos). I advised the customer that there is not anything that I can do at this point due to it being an installation issue and the unit is out of its 30 installation warranty period. I recommended they not use it due to potential electric shock if the burner box falls again while theyre using it. Job completed."

However, when I arrived, I found the unit rocking back and forth and the chassis badly twisted and not square. Previous tech attempted to correct this issue and was unable to. I advised the customer that they needed to contact customer service and they advised they were told by the vendor not to. I contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of my findings and he advised that the previous notes state the issues are cosmetic and the customer would need to contact customer service. I provided the customer with a brochure and the SR number 7735847163 and recommended they contact customer service to discuss. No repairs completed and no water leaks observed during service. Customer advised that they noticed the lights failed to come on when they opened the RC doors and they cycled power to reset the controls. I turned the ice maker on and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes to the ice maker and in test 56 it showed E0-no errors. I tested the ice maker in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray as designed. I advised the customer that there could be issues beginning with the controls and provided a disclaimer from management regarding issues weve been seeing with this particular model. With the unit operating as designed, at this time, I recommended no repairs/parts being replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I advised the customer what to look for when the unit begins to fail."

The inlet was badly restricted on the hot side, but screen removal, screen cleaning and hot supply flushing corrected the issue and the valve was not needed.

Just did the singular valves and found both valves allowing water through. Did find multiple coins stuck between the agitator in the basket and remove them by hand. Upon further inspection, I met with the maintenance personnel and they advised that the unit doesnt leak on a low water setting, but on a deep water wash, it leaks badly. I found the unit in a vacant apartment and pulled out into an open room and found the back left side of the tub was cracked (photo). I plugged the unit in and tested the spin and agitate and both are operating as designed. I am ordering the tub and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech will need to go to the main office and meet with maintenance to get to the unit. Unit left unplugged and no water source connected to the unit. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the FC was at 24?F and there were items, ice cream specifically, that were soft. The compressor was operating, but was not moving enough refrigerant to keep the system acceptably cold. The high side condenser inlet was much cooler than the high side discharge at the compressor and the return from the condenser was cool to the touch. The unit will require the compressor, dye drier and service port. The system is copper and steel only, no aluminum connections observed. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. 2 hours R600a sealed system required. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has issues with the agitator. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they have been told that the end it would be covered as a courtesy. Checked entitlement and found a parts and concession code (W167DQ0APL1). The customer showed me that her wash plate had broken in two different spots and also complained about the unit not draining. I went ahead and replaced the wash plate. Tested the unit and found water in the system. When the unit attempted to drain, could hear the drain pump running but no water flow coming out of the drain. Checked underneath the unit and found drillbits inside of the drain pump area. Remove the obstructions and tested the unit again. Found the drain pump not able to drain out water efficiently. The unit will need a new drain pump for repair. ordrng 1 W11396717 (Drain pump)"

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking . On arrival I found the tub completely full of water and the customer had turned the water off. The washer had over filled and run over the tub. I could not get the unit to go into diagnostics but when I plugged the unit in it drained. It stopped draining and still had about 2 inches of water in the basket. When I started to remove the control panel it finished draining. I texted the pressure sensor and it read 22.2 ohms. I checked the pressure sensor harness and connection at the control and both were good. I made sure the air chamber was clear and the pressure hose was good. I did find some debris in the hose at the tub. I ran a speed wash cycle and the unit works as designed. I did find a lot of suds in the machine when running the cycle and went over detergent use with the customer. I also instructed the customer to unplug the unit if it starts happening again to determine if its a valve issue or control issue. At this time the unit works as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the UI and tested in convection bake getting the same results with the convection fan not running. I called techline and spoke with Leon SR# 7735838689. Leon checked with engineering and found out that the convection fan will not turn on until the oven reaches set point temperature. He also confirmed that the convection fan will cycle on and off in all cycles. I set the unit to 225 degrees in convection bake and the fan did turn on when set point was reached. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"KFGC500JSS01 Arrived to inspect ignition issue. I found the front right burner would continuously attempt ignition when set to lower flame height settings. After adjusting the burner cup position, the issue was fully resolved and the unit would ignite and operate as designed. The front left was slow to ignite and burner cup adjustment corrected its issues. Both compound burners ignited within the first (90%) spark, or at minimum, by the second spark from the igniter.
