Arrived on site for a dishwasher not powering on. Upon arrival the customer already removed the front door panel. Upon further inspection I found the vent badly leaking and needing replacement. I asked the customer about their water temperature as the cold water that was coming into the unit was abnormally hot. They did advise that since this heat wave thats come through over the last month and a half, their water temperature has been abnormally high when taking showers or running water. I did advise them that this is most likely the issue thats being caused the washer with the unit not finishing out the spin cycle. I ran the unit through various manual testing with all components showing they were working. Advise the customer that this will be a seasonal issue as their waterlines are most likely dug really shallow into the ground out here in the country and this will only be a seasonal issue. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling and previous company diagnosing a sealed system issue. Upon arrival found customer had moved the unit out of the kitchen. "Arrived on site for UI not having any power. I inspected the unit and work area. When I opened the freezer door I found the lights not coming on, but they do when the rc door is opened. I gained access to the UI and found no voltage to it. I pulled the door switch and found the line in spade connector broken. I replaced the spade connector and powered the unit back on. It is now working as designed.

Arrived on site for dryer not having power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit not powering on. I pulled the dryer out and it turned on. I gained access to the outlet and found it loose. I wiggled the plug in the outlet and found thebpower cutting in and out. I tested resistance through the power cable and found it good and no loosing resistance as I move it around. I held the plug into the outlet with my hand and ran the dryer. It is working as designed. I recommend the customer have an electrician come out and inspect or replace the dryer outlet. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer with a drain pump that wont turn off at the end of the cycle. Upon inspection found found 8fe1 long fill code and f5e4 door not open error. I cleared them and ran a diagnostic cycle and found that the unit ran just fine. I the I tested unit in quick wash with towel in unit and found that the unit when though the cycle just fine. I then ran it in the drain and spin and found the same. I check the drain pump for any obstructions and found none. I noticed that the customer used the pod style detergent which could cause a over suds issue I advised her of this. Unit operating as designed no leaks.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice buildup in rc. Upon inspection I found the At the drain pan was downed up and would not let the water drain properly causing ice buildup and I also found that the bi-metal was not in the right spot so I corrected this after removal of the ice. I then found that the drain tube was clogged so I cleared it and sealed it up to prevent air leaks. I am ordering 1x drain pan and shims. Upon further inspection I found that the right side door gasket was torn and lest warm air into the rc.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the RC seemed to be losing temp but the FC was fine. They left the unit off for several hours to try and thaw any ice that may have built up and then the unit seemed to work for a while. Shortly after it started having cooling issues again. I checked temps and found the FC at -2?F (set to -6?F) and the RC at 47?F. Upon further inspection I found some frost/ice build up on the evap cover. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found both heaters and airflow components running as designed. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the FC read 34k, the FC evap read 29.6k, the RC read 6.57k, and the RC evap read 6.74k. These were all roughly accurate at the time of reading. This indicates a possible faulty control. "Arrived onsite for Not Cooling. Upon arrival unit is plugged in and cooling, just not cold enough. Compressor is warm to the touch and pulling .85 amps. Both condenser and evaporator fans are operating correctly. Uploaded evaporator frost pattern on S.D. Contacted JC for assistance. JC recommends replacing compressor. This is a r600 unit. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the back trim not setting flush on the bottom. I found the pro style cooktop not installed correctly. The side and rear trim pieces were holding the entire weight of the cooktop. I talked to the builder over the customers phone and explained what need to be done. I showed the customer in the installation manual that a solid shelf needs to be installed under the cooktop 7 1/4 below the granite counter top. I also showed Ms that a notch needs to be cut in the shelf to allow the gas line to move from front to rear when the cooktop is pulled forward or pushed back. Ms marked all these notes in the installation manual and will show the builder. The shelf needs to get finished then we will need to return and correct the trim pieces. I also found some scratches on the control panel but explained to Ms that the unit is more than 30 days old and advised to call KitchenAid for assistance to get it replaced and if they agree to call our office. Arrived onsite for front right and front left burners not heating properly. Elements are functioning however temperature regulations are the issue. Switches will need to be replaced. Found that incorrect switch for right front burner was sent. Replaced left front and burner is now functioning properly

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is no longer cooling. Upon inspection I found that the compressor would pull 13 amps on startup then turn off and do the same when a known good device was put on and tested; ordrng 1 WPW10463858 (COMPRESSOR) and 1 Av (Access valve) and 1 Uv (Uv dryer)

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed new fan motor and hv control. Found that the refrigerator started to run as it was not running when I arrived. I checked to see if the unit need to be reprogrammed after the repair and found that it did not. I advised customer that the refrigerator should reach a good temp in about 12-24 hrs. Job complete ; ordrng 1 W11024089 (Evap fan)

"Arrived on site and inspect the dishwasher and found door panel is dented, and kickplate is missing. Also found left front foot is bent. Straighten foot and run a diagnostics cycle and dishwasher is operating properly. Arrived onsite for washer not progressing through cycle correctly and leaking oil. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tilted unit to check for oil. Found capacitor exploded and is leaking dark substance. Ran test and found valves and drain pump functioning properly. Will need to order and replace capacitor. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)

"Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found main seal in unit failed causing a leak that has caused all motor components to fail. Due to multiple failed components and cost to repair, homeowner is replacing washer."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating without heating. Found incoming power shorted but breaker not tripped. Advised customer that electrician would be needed to restore power to unit. All else checks good. Advised customer on findings.

Arrived on site for range tripping breaker. Inspected unit and work area. I swapped the control and tested with all burners and water boiling in 2 pots. Unit is now operating as designed. Job completed.
