"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not make ice and wont dispense water. Confirmed issues, valve is energizing but no water is coming through it. Tried to cycle ice maker, would not harvest. Replaced ice maker (W11700250) and cycled, unit cycled but when calling for water valve energized but once again no water entered. Removed filter, no change. Replaced valve (W11645245) and tested unit, water is now dispensing. Cycled ice maker, ice maker went through a harvest and filled with adequate amount of water. Unit is now running as designed. Advised customer that it will take about 24-48 hours for ice production to start, once production starts it will take about 72 hours to fill the bin. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect leaking washer. Upon further inspection, I found evidence of a leak under the overfill tub. I checked the pressure sensor and there are no issue with the switch. I checked all the hoses and water connections and all are without issue.i tested the suspension, and found that it is weak ams most likely cause the washer to go out of balance and spill water out of the tub. Arrived onsite for washarm not spraying. Upon arrival customer stated the washarm came off and she didn't know where it went. The washarm was not broken so I clipped in place and ran a test cycle. When testing the unit I found the numbers to be not showing correctly as if the leds are going out. Will need to order a housing ui to solve issue. "KRMF536RPS00 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. Temperatures of the machine were FC -3 and RC 36. There were no ice maker error codes within test 56. I found the ice maker fill tube heater was not placed as it should have been, showing large gapping and loss of thermal transfer to the fill tube nozzle and likely resulting in freezing. There was no ice/water within the mold and the ice maker was fully operational. I corrected the fill tube heater issue and verified water filled to the expected level within the mold. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for icemaker not dumping ice. Upon arrival I ran a harvest cycle and found the icemaker tray to turn halfway and then jump. After it jum0ed the icemaker tray returned to normal position indicating the tray will not turn all the way as it's supposed to. I replaced the icemaker and ran a test. The icemaker tray is now turning all the way and filling as designed. No overspray was present at time of service when watching it fill. Freezer was at 7 degrees and RC at 38. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced HMI (W11675700) and encoder (W11675700), tested unit, unit entered diagnostics started to fill and drain. When unit began agitating, LEDs started flashing and relays clicking, agitation stopped and all LEDs illuminated then cycle was shut down. Contacted SW for assistance, capacitor is reading within range. Motor windings are reading 4.4 ohms. Replaced actuator (W11481722) from job 428580 and motor (W11026785) from job 427543, entered diagnostics and ran a cycle, unit filled and drained and agitated four times before flashing all LEDs and shutting down the cycle once again. Per service thread will need to order all parts pertaining to the issue at hand. Also recommend calling techline upon arrival on return visit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water and ice not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water dispensed. I checked the ice bin and found d it full of ice but it was c,impeded together. When I removed the bin from the left FC door ice maker housing, I found a large block of ice at the bin exit and ice inside the ice chute (photos). I tested the ice door and found it not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the chute and causing the ice in the bin to sweat and ultimately freezing together. I removed and replaced the ice door and retested and it is sealing properly. I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed but failed to fill with water. I pulled the unit out and tested the valve and got 120V. I removed the filter, which the customer advised they replaced approximately four months ago. I retested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker fill tube and water filled the tray. I advised the customer that they would need a new filter and due to the filter being bad, I inspected the filter housing and found it damaged inside. I removed and replaced the housing and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range causing condensation under knobs. Upon further inspection, I found that the gasket was not connected properly to the frame. I fixed the gasket. I next checked the door hinges and hinges are good. I ran a test to check the blower and the blower is operating as designed. I called tech line to document my findings. The customer needs to keep in mind that it is not recommended to open the door during the cooking process to check on the food. Also it is advised to cover all food and also to not force close the door. The door is designed to soft close. Together following these steps will minimize any moisture escaping from the oven. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect dripping from dispenser. I found that after dispensing water, thee would be a drip after 10 seconds that would run down the front of the machine. I was able to correct the drip via removal of excessive dispenser material, causing water to be retained via surface tension. Inspection of the rest of the machine revealed it was in the early stages of evaporator icing and there was a significant mass of solid ice at the lower left of the air intake at the evaporator. I placed a flow modifier in the ice maker fill tube, the source of the ice being formed at the back wall and subsequently the lower evaporator area and verified the ice maker fill issue resolved. The RC drawers were stiff and I lubricated them, correcting the issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for washer not draining and door locked. Upon arrival I checked the pump harness from the control and found it to be open. I checked the pump terminals and found it to be getting 20.8 ohms. The harness has a break and needed to be replaced. I replaced the harness and tested the unit. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed part. When attempting to replace the harness I had to take off the waterline to get underneath. When trying to take off the waterline I noticed the water pressure to stay consistent and the valve not turning the water off. I tried to take the waterline off in bot positions due to the valve not being labeled and there is water pressure still in both positions. Arrived onsite and installed the heater under the special project provision W11540964. Unit is now operating leak free. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. W11537778

"Arrived on site to test unit for not completing cycle. Upon arrival customer stated when unit has power no LEDs illuminate and the drain pump would activate and not turn off. Applied power to unit and verified, LEDs did not illuminate and drain pump immediately engaged. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures, or restrictions. Noticed water lines were crossed, matched cold and hot water line to the cold and hot side of the valve. Replaced control (W11603811) and tested unit, LEDs are illuminating and drain pump is not immediately engaging. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not operating properly. Upon further inspection, I found that 2 infinite switches were shorted and burned and the other 2 were not operating properly and not regulating temperature. I replaced all 4 infinite switches and retested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. WP3148952 WP3149400"

Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water. Unit is making ice. Ran test and found solenoid to dual vale not opening. Replaced valve. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Found no issues with pressure. Job complete Used w11567408

Arrived on site to test oven not getting to temp correctly. Test unit and found temp at room temp to be at 110?. Test sensor and found bad sensor. Replaced sensor W11598120 from truck stock and test unit and unit test good job complete

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Found bent tube to filter housing. Unit dripping. Ordering tube to replace housing and inlet/ outlet tube. Leaving water off as floor has some water damage. Set to return Monday the 28. ; ordrng 1 W11162036 (Tube filter outlet) and 1 W11162040 (Tube filter inlet)

Arrived on site for oven not turning on. Replaced oven console. Tested and found the blower is clicking. Found it visually has a wobble. Ordering blower. Breaker tripped when testing. Reset for thurs on. ; ordrng 1 W11598119 (Blower)

Arrived on site to replace harness ordered by previous technician. Replaced harness test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for not washing, upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran a normal cycle and unit begins filling, then washing as normal. Unit then drains correctly. Cannot find any errors or malfunctions. Did find that rinse aid has never been used. Explained the benefits of rinse aid, running hot water at sink 1st, clearing as much food off dishes and placement of plastic dishes between heat absorbing dishes. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site for oven blowing air out the bottom and smelling like gas. Says food does not cook in the middle. No errors stored. Tested sensor and elements. Checked temperature and it was good. Advised customer to allow 10-15 min after preheat. Working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for unit coming loose from bracket, tested unit found unit is still on the mounting bracket but screws used to attach bracket have came out from the wall making this a installation issue, explained to customer that unit is not the issue but installers did not use correct anchor screw and they need to be contacted, at this time unit is running as designed, job complete, no parts installed"

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not making consistent ice. On arrival spoke with the customer who clarified that the issue wasn't just some ice, but compartments had both warmed up and some food had spoiled. Customer attempted to dispense some ice and had water also run out from the ice door due to melted ice. The icemaker is showing no error codes currently, and ice bin is full. I did examine the icemaker assembly and found the rear gasket had condensation dripping down back wall, so I corrected the positioning of the icemaker adapter and gasket. Since breaker has been reset on the last visit, the unit had gone back to working properly with no issues. Issue appears to be resolved, but icemaker related issue was likely due to low cooling. Customer advised to monitor temps and follow up if cooling decreases. No parts needed since unit has returned to proper function, and if customer has further issues a low cool diagnosis should be performed."
