I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the motor not working. The motor is getting is voltage. I also found the top rack adjusters broken. "I arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed hv control and main control, upon accessing the unit I replaced both, Upon powering on the unit I found the overlay in PE for programming mode and the overlay was unresponsive, I called and spoke with Leon sr#7732273452 and he talked me through the programming sequence, on the fifth attempt the unit was able to be programmed correctly and now the overlay is responsive and operating properly as designed. I gained access to the control and tested resistance on j-5 pin 3 and 4 and found proper resistance to the heater sensor. I replaced the control and verified functionality by running the unit through a diagnostics cycle, the unit is operating properly as designed.

I tested all burners and found all operate except the middle burner. I found the ignitor is arcing on the middle burner and its getting gas, but the burner head is not seated correctly on the cooktop. It appears that either the orifice holder or the burner head is not cut correctly causing the burner head to not seat properly. I attempted to adjust both parts but it did not correct the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and the RC=41 degrees but the temp settings were -3/34 degrees. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found 1.09amps and found frost on the suction line of the compressor which is an indicator that the compressor is beginning to fail. I Inspected the FC evaporator and found a large block of ice on the upper right corner of the evaporator. The customer advised that the compressor has been making a loud noise when it comes on. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and when it ramped up in speed, it began to make an unusual noise and the customer identified the noise but said it gets louder. I found the RC evaporator has a good frost pattern, but will need the drip pan kit as stated in service pointer #W11092686. Also found the ice door is not sealing properly and when I tested the ice dispenser, I found it not coming on. I found the dispenser motor is rusted and seized. Tested the unit again and found voltage going to the drain pump but the drain pump not draining water. Replace the drain pump and tested the unit. The unit began to operate as designed. Arrived on call for complaint of fan making noise. Confirm noise and replace fan. Test unit and noise level normal.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not operating at all, I gained access to the unit and found that the unit is unresponsive at the user interface, I gained access to the control and checked for voltage, I found no voltage going to the control. I gained access beneath the toe plate and gained access to the terminal box, I found improper voltage at the terminal box, neither line is getting 120, I informed the customer of this and recommended an electrician. Customer will call to the office if electrician repairs the issue and unit is still non operational.

Arrived on site for unit not drying and unit moves to much when door is opened. Found unit is not mounted to the cabinet. Tested unit for not heating. Unit heats as designed. Advised customer to use rinse aid. Changed rinse aid setting from 1 to 3. Advised customer that the installer needs to mount unit to the cabinet. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking during water dispenser activation. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further inspection found inlet line from valve to door loose in valve connection. Reinserted and insured unit was secure in valve. Retested unit with customer assistance and surpervision and found no evidence of leaks. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site ,replaced ui control. Ran diagnostics all checked normal. Also installed feet on dryer . Did recommend to customer not to push dryer to back of wall , due to chance to pinch vent hose . No lint build up in dryer. Job complete"
