I inspected the cooktop and found no signs of issue, I advised the CX that since the operations resumed, it is unlikely that any repair is required. I verified the electrical connection was fully seated at the outlet and moved it to the top receptacle, to prevent accidental contact with items in the cabinet. The unit had a very good ignition spark generated during testing. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

I used gas certified sealant tape on all threads and verified a clean surface in the flare compression fittings. Arrived at customer house for no ice issue. On inspection found the icemaker running a continuous harvest mode and no heater or water turning on. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is freezing product in the deli drawers and not dispensing ice properly. I found the bottom right side of the UI panel not clipped on correctly. I found the dispenser spring installed backwards causing the actuator to have to much pressure put on the arm and not engaging the switch every time. I corrected the spring and the dispenser works correctly every time. I checked the temps and found the freezer getting to - 4.5 degrees and the crisper drawers at 36 degrees with the sealed system components running. I adjusted the temp and the dampener and explained to the customer that the return air vent is located above the crisper drawers and cold air will migrate back into the refrigerator thru the return when the fan turns off causing the sub zero air to enter the drawers and freeze product. After explaining how to set the dampener and thermostat the customer will monitor and adjust as needed. Call complete.

I found it cycling between 12-20 degrees keeping the harvest temperature borderline. I adjusted the thermostat to keep the freezer at 0 degrees and as soon as it was at 10 degrees the icemaker went into a harvest and filled with water. When I tested the ice maker, I had the FC door open and the door switched closed and the ice maker failed to harvest. When I began to close the door, the ice maker began to harvest. Then once they turned it back on the unit cooled well at around 38?F for a day, and then shot up to 48?F. They were tracking this with a digital thermostat inside of the RC. I checked temps and found the RC at 43?F with nothing inside of it. The digital thermostat read 48.5?F, and I informed the customer on how those digital thermostats are not always accurate. Upon further inspection I found no frost build up on either evap and both had good frost patterns. I ohmd out the thermistors and found them within range. Due to the temp being a little high and the service pointer W11450890, I am going to install the control kit to improve performance and for a quality improvement. "Arrived on site for a microwave with the bottom light not turning off. On arrival the customer had removed the light already. I checked voltage going to the light and found a constant 120VAC regardless if the light was on or off. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and housing and found the voltage doing the same thing. Due to this I am ordering another control, harness, and switch to replace. Arrived on site for a dishwasher with no power. I checked voltage at the terminal block and found it good. I then gained access to he control and ohmd out the bimetal to find it open. In order to repair the unit it will need a new bimetal. I installed the bimetal and the unit began working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service

Arrived on site for a range with the front right burner not working. I test the unit and found the front right burner sparking but not igniting. I went to remove the burner head and found it very loose. I tightened it down and then tested it again. I found it now igniting every time. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install the heater per the special pointer. I installed the heater and then test the unit. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range over heating and a spot on the console getting to hot to the touch. On arrival the customer stated the home inspector checked temps after preheating and found them to high compared to he set temp. They also found the right side of the console getting very hot when using the oven. I showed and informed the customer on the vent under that side of the console and how that is were heat/steam escapes. I found the vent working as designed. I preheat the oven to 350?F and let the temps fluctuate. I took the average and found the unit heating as designed. I walked the customer through properly checking temps and theory of operation on how the heat fluctuates. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range throwing an F1E1 error code. On arrival the customer stated that when she preheats to 400?F the unit will throw an error code and cut off. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E1 for over temp. I ohmd out the temp sensor at the sensor and at the control to find it good. I found the harness and connector in good shape. Per the tech sheet the control needs to be replaced. I replaced the control and then preheat the unit to 400?F. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for a four door refrigerator with the left side freezer frosting over. On arrival the customer stated that it only happened once and once they cleaned it up it never occurred again. I checked temps and found all compartments good. Upon further inspection I found all gaskets in good shape. I informed the customer of my findings and that it may have been caused from the door being left open. I walked them through how on this unit the doors will stop and stay open at a 45? angle, and that you have to make sure you push it all the way closed. If not, the hot air mixing with the cold can cause the frost formation. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for Washer fills with water and isn't able to complete the spin cycle, resulting in wet clothes . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F0-E5 off balance, F9-E2 water ring detected, pump drive system problem, F7-E8 motor, stator over temperature , F8-E3 over flow or flood condition, F2-E1 UI stuck button. Ran diagnostics test and all test passed. Ran a mixed, quick cycle with high speed spin and unit operated correctly. After series of questions with tenant. Arrived onsite for Dryer clicking when turning.upon arrival test unit and sound is coming from basket. Disassembled the unit and found belt is shredded and portions of bet are tapping the cabinet. Need to replace the belt.replaced belt and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
