Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is frosting up in the freezer and leaking. Upon arrival I found that there was ice in the drain pan I removed the ice and also unclogged the drain tube and replace the control and thermistor unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped making ice. Upon arrival the customer advised me that the unit began making ice again. I checked that the freezer evap was not ice over it had a good frost pattern on it and the evap fan was running. The was ice in the ice bin did however find that the doors were not sealing properly causing water air to get in. I adjusted the for and the chassis to insure a proper seal.

"WDT730PAHZ0 Arrived to inspect drying issues. There were no stored error codes and I found the dispenser lid assembly would not operate as designed and I replaced the dispenser. Service test mode showed all functions present and the unit completed the cycle as designed. The customer pre-rinses well and was using pods. I advised against the use due to the excessive amount of detergent creating foam, which prevents the expected heat transfer and made a recommendation for detergent type and amount. I set the rinse agent dispenser to 1 and advised on rinse agent use. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to diagnose upright freezer that is not cooling. Examined unit and found the evaporator covered in frost / iced over causing airflow not to be able to move. Removed evap cover and found 2 wires on the defrost heater completely severed. I was able to depin the connector and repair the wiring with solder seals. Reconnected and verified continuity from the heater. Customer advised to defrost unit to remove ice build up. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was making noise / shaking. I attempted to remove the washplate but found it was completely stuck to the gearcase. Attempted to separate washplate and could not hammer it out. Advised customer I would need to cut the washplate out and replace it. Customer does not want to spend more money on the unit and will replace. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for buttons getting stuck. Showed builder how to turn it on and off with out pushing the buttons to far back. Job complete and replaced control board.

Arrived onsite for a dryer not working. I found the timer switch not closing between C/black wire and H/violet wire when the timer is turned on. I inspected the harness at the timer and found nothing wrong with it. I replaced the timer and tried to start the dryer but nothing happened. I tested L1 circuit to the motor and found 123VAC to the motor at all test points to ground. I tested voltage from T2 to H on the timer and had 13VAC. I traced the neutral circuit and found the connection between all the neutral wires in the control panel had come disconnected in the blue shrink wrap. I connected the harness and tested the dryer. The dryer is working as designed. I stopped and started it multiple times in front of the customer showing him it worked. I tested the amp draw at H on the timer where the timers have been failing and had .10 amps the entire time the dryer was running. This is not going to cause the switch points to fail in the timers. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for oven cycle on and off. On inspection pulled the unit and checked the power was getting 248vac. I then turn the unit on to preheat I used rapid. The unit got to 280? in stopped and rebooted . I called WP tech line they said that the UI need to be replaced and maybe the control board.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F10E1 & F7E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and began the wash cycles and drained. I had my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and when it came time for the element to come on, there was no amp draw reading. I removed the outer door panel and inspected the main control and found the harness molex connector at the control shorted and burnt. I found an F6 E2 (UI cannot hear ACU) and F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear UI) error codes. Checked connections and found proper connections. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling. I found the system almost out of refrigerant. I checked all the lower unit parts and found no signs of dye. I found no traces of dye in the condenser pan. I exposed the evaporator and found no signs of dye. I verified there was dye in the system at the drier access valve. I looked for signs around the FC door and rear chassis finding no dye. I removed the refrigerant and filled the system with nitrogen and verified there is a slow leak in the chassis. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for range showing F6E1 in diagnostics. Upon arriving confirmed issue and found the following errors: F1e0, F6E1, F8E0. Found elements both in tact. Found oven sensor at 1.09k at room temp at reached around 1.67k after 45 minute 350 degree test. Couldnt replicate any of the error codes or find faults with ACU or cooling fan. Found unit could hold temps for 45 minutes wit,hour failure. Reset unit and instructed customer to use oven and see if issue reoccurs. Call complete"

"WOS31ES0JS01 Arrived to inspect no power. I found the thermal fuse had failed and I removed and replaced. All functions resumed and the unit heated and cycled as designed.

"rE 06 02 20, 06 04 20, 06 00 20. Per the MFG service documentation, the codes listed were for the FF ice maker, with which, the unit is not equipped. I tested all available FZ ice maker tests and found no mechanical or electrical faults. The ice maker had cubes within it and they were ejected as well. The FZ ice maker full test, #100, revealed all functions were present, however, water did not enter the ice maker mold and the valve could be heard operating. I found the fill line was frozen and I tested continuity and voltage supply to the fill tube heater and found them correct and present. The factory applied heat tape was incorrectly applied in the area where the freezing occurred and I corrected and re-wrapped with foil tape, spreading the element wires to opposing sides of the tubing, as the rest of the tube, that was unaffected, was wrapped. I tested again and all functions returned. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found unit getting 5v. Plugged unit in to another outlet and unit working correctly.

Arrived on site to test unit for broken hinge. Found right hinge broken replaced hinge. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested voltage at the outlet and got 245V. I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I disassembled the unit and tested the element,cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the element open. I removed the element to find the middle metal plate badly warped and cracked and the coils broken. I cleaned the lint from the unit (before/after photos) and installed a new element and reassembled the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop with no power. The customer stated the cooktop had power but the fan would not run, the knobs were crooked, the emblems around the knobs are not readable, and they were not sent one of the burner caps. I found the fan gasket not installed correctly over one of the bolts and it was pushed inward binding the blower wheel. I corrected the gasket and tested the fan finding it working as designed. The customer was only sent four burner caps and one of those caps was the extra melt cap for the 5000 BTU burner head. The front right burner cap was not there. I found the manifold twisted causing the valves to all lean to the right and it was causing the knobs to look crooked. I found the writing on the cooktop around the knobs very hard to read. I found the grease filter that was sent with the cooktop to small and not fitting in the chamber correctly. Ordering the W11512355 manifold, W11476218 cooktop, 5EA. "On site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint info to defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the defrost sensor passed the test. Went to force, defrost in front of the heater would not turn on. Gained access to the heater and found the heater measuring proper resistance at 25.6 ohms of resistance but the heater only getting 40 V. Check voltage at the freezer harness connector and found the same voltage going into the cabinet. Went to replace the control in the control sent with me, would not illuminate the user interface. I advised the customer of my findings and they advised that the unit would make a loud screeching noise before it would go into spin cycle. Replaced the control and tested unit again. Still had the same issue. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rich SR # 7736428746. He advised that the motor barely turning would indicate a failure of the convection fan motor. Arrived onsite for vent hood light not staying on. On inspection the button when pushed did latch on due to the switch being to far back. Gain access to the switch and 1 of the screws were lose allowing the button to move back when push on I tighten the screw and reassembled the unit. It is working as designed now. The lights stay on.

Arrived onsite for DW ui not working properly. On inspection the tough and normal buttons were not working. I checked the polarity of the unit at the junction box and everything was good. I replaced the control and ui at the same time. The tough and normal button are working now. The issue is that from previous tech have changed the control and the ui to try in fix the issue and the ui last about 2 weeks before the issue comes back. Not sure the other tech switched the control and the ui at the same time. If they did there is a deeper problem. The unit is only a few months old. Called and talked with TJ to see if there was a solution for this issue. He said there are no known issues at this time with parts we were installing. No water leaks detected during service

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. The unit was not plugged in and it was in the shop, I plugged it in and the compressor came on. The unit started cooling and I found there a lot of water in the drain pan. It looks like the unit had been froze up and defrosted you could tell by all the water in the drain pan. The unit was cooling, it was down to 40? when I left. I found there was a gap between the RC liner and the frame, I sealed the gap."

KOCE500ESS22 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the outer oven door and tested. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher trupping breaker. On arrival found breaker flipped. I reset and checked errors. Found F9E1, F7E1, F10E2, F8E2. Unit would not do anything except drain at first. After several resets the unit finally starting filling. Wash motor would not run again. Swapped controls to test and still found no wash motor engagement. Advised customer we need to replace the wash motor due to electrical issues. Customer does not want to move forward with any other repairs on the unit and will replace. Customer request office to follow up with them. CAll complete."

Arrived on site to replace wheels. Replaced wheels test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer burning and not turning drum. Upon arrival confirm3d issue and found motor getting power but locking up. Called safety team and reported findings Sr#7736452178. Replaced motor and reassembled and tested unit. Found dryer working as designed without any burning smell or other failures. Call complete

Removed unit from enclosure found water has been dripping from supply line uploaded picture informed customer to have line replaced,tightened connections at water line no visible leaks. Installed a new drain pump ran water through pump water drained no leaks at tubing or connections ran diagnostics all test passed."

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had lost cooling in RC. Examined the damper and found it had frozen moisture keeping it sealed. Replaced the damper and sealed with silicon instead of permagum. Verified good seal. Replaced part under parts warranty. No charge. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not starting cycles. Tested unit after firmly closing door with a cup or water present. Verified unit heating and rotating. Advised builder to make sure door is closed firmly to trigger the interlock in the right side. Unit now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with a warped warming drawer. Upon arrival I adjusted the drawer and found that is is fitting perfectly now.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making noise when in use and the door doesnt close properly. Upon inspection I found that the door was sagging a little bit but the hinge itself was not damaged the customer will have to close the door firmly, and the noise was caused by a loose screw in the inside door that I tightened up and then tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed"

Arrived on site replaced conrtol and wire harnes . Ran calibration and diagnostics wash all checked normal. No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace auger motor to resolve locked up motor. Replaced and tested unit. Verified unit working as designed and dispensing ice. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the UI and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care (wrapping food in foil or steam bag and open door fully and sliding food all the way out before opening foil or steam bag). Contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the issue and my repairs from previous diagnosis and my recommendations to the customer. Leon documented info and provided SR#7736482696. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker had stopped midway through a cycle as the ice tray was upside down. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120 and it continued to fail. I cycled power to,the u;it and retested and this time the UI display showed E4-multiple errors. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested in test 120 and the ice maker harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 97 and the tray filled with water. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
