I found the filter clogged and the spray arms with debris in them. I cleaned the filter and spray arms. I tested the unit and found it working. Replaced ice maker and it did not resolve the issue. Called SW and we went through the diagnostics process and found that there is only 108 vac being supplied to ice maker. Remove control board that receives the sensor and measured voltage at pin 8 to pin 3 there is 120 vac so jumped pin 4 and pin 3 and we are getting 120 vac at the ice maker. And it cycled. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the fans remaining on. I went to step 1 and 2 the screen would go blank instead of flashing a 1 or 2. I went to step e and found the fans not responding. I found the freezer light out. I replaced it with one I had on hand. I swapped in the control kit and found only the lights working. I went into diagnostics and step 3 I found the fans not responsive. I put the unit in step 4 and found the three way valve no changing. I swapped the original controls and found the compressor coming back on. The control kit I was sent with is defective. I am ordering another control kit, both dispenser paddles and the pantry control just in case. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on parts. He stated the unit had no lights coming on on the console but the unit was in a high speed spin and the door could be opened when it was spinning. He stated the start/cancel button would not respond and he had to disconnect power for it to stop. He stated that after a few minutes he plugged it back in and it started spinning again. DRYER WHIRLPOOL MED6230HW0 "Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts.Called SW who advised me to check voltage at the main control t the J8 connections. I checked as advised and found a voltage drop when starting the unit of 111 volts while the drum has to be forced to turn. Also checked voltage at the outlet and got 242/68/ 121 without moving my meter. It is suspected the outlet is defective and not providing enough voltage to start the unit as designed.I explained my findings and even demonstrated the voltage test and made her aware the unit works as designed, but the outlet is in need of repair. The customer stated that when this happened, everything defrosted in the FC the same day they noticed it not cooling. I ran service step 4 and found all SS components running as designed. I found the compressor drawing 1.13 amps. I found the temperature between the suction and discharge lines at the compressor only slightly different in temperature. I found the coils not frosting at all. I found the RC evaporator drip pan slightly warped and cracked. The drip pan will need to be replaced and it will need a SS repair. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after the unit shuts off and sometimes during heating cycles,#(3 hears a loud metal on metal noise. I advised that the noise is due to the damper closing. I pulled the unit from the wall and tested and found that damper closing harder than normal. Using some rubber padding, I placed some on the metal damper housing in between the damper and housing and some on the top of the damper to weigh it down. DISHWASHER GE GSD2100N10BB Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining properly. Upon arrival I found that unit was filling but during agitation the spray arm was dislodged from spray arm base due to base lock being broken. The screw to the filter was also missing causing filter to rise and not allow the check ball to seal properly. Also found timer cycling and trying to rotate while in off mode to the start of a new cycle. Siloniod and motor are functioning but the motor assembly overall is showing wear and tear that will lead to it seizing up soon. Base to spray arm and the timer are currently all that is needed for functionality but tech does recommend motor assembly to prevent further issue soon to occur. Check ball was still present and in good condition within unit. Will need ahs autho on recommendation parts from ahs before reschedule.; ordrng 1 WD12X10244 (spray arm base) and 1 WD26X10051 (Motor assembly kit) and 1 Cnote (Ahs autho needed)
