"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the sound happens when the unit is draining and spinning. Ran the unit through diagnostics and tested the drain function. Found the grinding noise coming from the drain pump itself. Gained access to the drain pump and remove the drain pump. Found a nail stuck inside the drain pump assembly housing. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. The customer had some questions about the noise level of the unit and so I ran the unit through an auto test. The unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I did advise them because that they have a die t drive system, the slider may clank when it goes between agitation and spin and they may have noises dur8ng agitation depending on the load size. I did inform them that this is normal operation. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I found the front left and right burners take too long to ignite. I cleaned the front right burner cap and retested and it is operating as designed. I cleaned the front left burner cap and retested and it continued to fail. I removed the burner head and cleaned under the burner and cleaned the cooktop and re-installed the burner and retested and it continued to fail. Customer advised the upper oven bake function doesnt work. I tested and found the ignitor is bad; ordrng 1 WPW10406878 (Left front burner head) and 1 WPW10299236 (Burner caps) and 1 W11596211 (Bake ignitor)"

I found the ice machine empty. I tested the bin the bin thermistor and at room temperature it was reading at 90 degrees. I put the unit through a diagnostics test. I found the water valve slowly suppling water, I removed the water filter and found no change in pressure. I installed the new valve and bin thermistor. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed.

Monitored unit through factory diagnostics cycle and determined likely cause of glitch to be sudsing issue due to high volume of detergent product in unit and saved SUd error. Cleared the airtrap to repair. Tested with clothing on a quick wash and unit normal function restored. Advised that no parts needed for repair at this time and infrequent odd operation or failure to operate is like a sequencing error that can be resolved by power cycling the unit for 5 minutes.

The customer advised that she wasnt sure if there was an actual issue but there is some stuff in the bottom of her refrigerator liner next to the waterlines and she wasnt sure if there was an issue with water for tubes. Remove the bottom shelf and found the tubes were covered in a orangish silicone attached to th bottom for the refrigerator liner where the lines go out. They explained that this is normal but did offer to remove and re-silicone with a white silicone in her refrigerator liner. The customer advised that she did not want any repair done if that was normal she just didnt know what was going on because she had never seen that before. She advised that she hasnt cleaned out her refrigerator up until recently and did not know if that was normal or not and just wanted to have it checked. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was refrigerator not cooling. Removed evaporator cover and inspected for leaks and found no dye anywhere. Gained access to the compressor and installed my gauges and Low psi was -25 and high was 98psi. Spoke to GC and he explained that there probably was moisture and air in the system. He said to vacuum the system for about 20 min and then charge it up. I charged the system with 5.75 R134. I explained to customer to allow 24hrs to let refrigerator cool. Job completed."

The customer advised that she wasnt sure if there was an actual issue but wanted to have it checked out anyway just in case. Ran the unit through diagnostics checking the lid lock and agitation and spin cycles. Could not get the unit to make any abnormal sound. The customer ran a load of towels and the unit began to fill and agitate as designed. Did advise the customer their clicking and clicking noises would be due to the slider moving into and out of position of agitation and spin. I did advise this is normal operation. Call complete.

Upon arrival confirm both complaints after testing the icemaker I found an E2 error code and diagnostics and ran multiple test and found power getting the icemaker but icemaker motor was stuck in place and not rotating. Also found enamel paint of icemaker is flaking off in large chunks. Then found that the freezer LED wiring was faulty and was able to replace the LED and found light functions are stored. Rescheduled customer for 012 5232 complete repairs with new icemaker; ordrng 1 Cnote (Used 1 led/returned others.)

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel would not respond. I check the breaker and it was on. I found a set of three switches on the wall and found all three in the off position. I tested the switches by turning them on and found the middle switch goes to the dishwasher. I turned the unit on and tested and it is operating as designed. Customer advised they recently moved onto the home and were not advised of what the switches were for. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their maintenance crew had checked the unit and heard the noise and after they left, the noise stopped. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I raised the top panel and removed the front panel and found a penny at the bottom of the front panel. I found on the drum front seal where the penny had been rubbing and eventually got caught where the drum seals meet and fell to the bottom of the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Advised the front office staff of my findings. No lint observed during service, job completed."
