"Arrived on site to inspect wine cooler racks. Upon further inspection, I found the 2nd, from the top, rack wooden slats pop out of place and the customer had a bottle of wine fall through the rack due to one of the slats coming unattached. I tested all slats in the other racks and only found the 2nd rack faulty. I found the wooden slats are flimsy, but none of the others popped out of the rack. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew advised that the wooden slats should not pop out and to replace the entire rack. Provided SR#7734195994. I advised the customer that I would be replacing the rack per tech support recommendations. "Arrived on site to inspect freezer no cool. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and nothing happened except the interior light came on. I removed the evap cover and tested the thermostat control by jumping the black and blue wires and the unit came on. I inspected the compressor compartment and found the heat exchange badly corroded and what appeared to be oil/refrigerant in the drain pan (photos). I monitored the evaporator frost pattern and found it would frost up at the front of the evaporator but was slow to frost in the back; ordrng 1 5304513035 (Thermostat control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found where the ice maker had leaked water into the ice bin area again. I placed the unit in diagnostics and noticed the UI not making any tone sounds when pressing buttons. Tested the ice maker harvest in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and the tray filled and the water level was at the top edge of the tray. I removed and replaced the UI and retested and also tested the water dispenser. Ice maker is operating as designed and the water dispenser filled an 8oz cup in 8 seconds. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended they monitor the unit and if theres any further issues to contact the manufacturer and get scheduled for service. Upon inspection I found that the issue was actually melt water from the water dispenser line coming from the top of the unit into the cabinet. I check the line for leaks found none. I drying up the water in the tub and sealed it up to prevent air from getting in there and causing the same situation again. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine with broken parts and a leak. On arrival the customer showed me how the latch, strike, and lock bezel are broken. The customer also stated the unit will leak several gallons of water onto the floor, but the tub will still be full. They found the leak to occur at the end of the cycle and around the drain. On arrival the unit was also stuck on a canceling cycle screen, and the only way to remove this was to unplug the unit for several minutes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found stored error codes F5E4 lid opening issues, F8E1 for long fill, F0E4 for spin limited by water temp, F0E5 for off balance, and F0E3 for overload. I cleared the error codes. I then tried to manually activate each component, but found the control sending no voltage to any of them. Due to this I was not able to properly check all components. Upon further inspection I did find signs of the valve leaking. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil as well. In order to repair the unit it will need a strike, latch, bezel, valve, control, gearcase, and slider. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. I found the unit plugged in and both compartments warm. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I gained access to the evaps and found no ice or frost build up. I then gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the thermistors. I found them good. After I plugged the unit in the compressor turned on and made an abnormally loud noise. I found the customer had not heard anything from the unit since it has stopped cooling. Due to this I let the compressor run for several minutes and found it now cooling. I informed the customer of my findings. I found the unit now running as designed after the reset. If unit stops cooling again it may be a possible SS issue.

On arrival the customer stated the thermostat they put in the unit was significantly under what the set temp was, and their food was not cooking through properly. Randy through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F7 E8 (motor stator over temperature), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested the unit in a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working as designed. Tested all basic functions of the unit through manual diagnostics. All tests ran as designed. Check the suspension and the suspension was good. I asked the customer about whether this was a continual issue or if this just happened one time. The customer advised that atoms in his refrigerator are not holding and are going bad. Check temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 37?F. Found the freezer sitting at -2?F. Asked the customer about his refrigerator due to the fact that the unit was sitting in non-air-conditioned setting at 90?F and issues with cooling the refrigerator section. Arrived on site to test oven for inconsistent temps. Tested unit at 350 and 400. Found temps were correct and elements cycling as designed. Advised customer on operation of unit and how unit is designed to have temps fluctuate. Collected service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer not operating. Upon arrival found dryer powering on but not starting cycle. Disassembled unit for inspection. Found failed belt. Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit had power but the compressor not coming on. I tested voltage to the compressor and found none. I gained access to the control box and tested voltage from the control. I found none from the control. I am ordering a new control box. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Pre previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the ice bin door and checked for gaps in the gasket. I found the door gasket is gapped at the bottom. I used my level and found the door liner is warped (photos). "1953# Arrived on site for ice machine not powering on. Found icemachine not powering on,attempted to removed unit from enclosure pump powered on,unit powered on diagnosed a defective external drain pump. Removed front cover,found tile drops at ice machine legs,legs all the way down unable to remove unit from enclosure due to tile. "Arrived on site for a commercial washer that wouldnt take coins in properly. On arrival the customer stated the unit will intermittently take in money, sense, tumble once, and then restart. It will then ask to have money inserted again. I called commercial techline and spoke to Alex and received SR# 7734183549. "Arrived on site. Found new door with matte stainless steel finish,new door doesnt match fresh food stainless steel finish,freezer door needs to have shiny stainless steel finish. Arrived on site for freezer and upper fresh food leds not working. Per service pointer W11460554 replaced freezer led module same issue diagnosed unit will need a new main control. . Freezer led replacement autho S191AQ; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Control main)

Arrived on site for a no heat microwave. I test the unit with a MW safe cup of water and found no heat at all. I gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the fuse and thermostats good. I isolated the HV system and found it bad. I am ordering HV system components to install. "Arrived on site install previously diagnosed parts for dryer, inspected unit and work area. While I was going to install new power cord found wiring harness damaged at the therminal block and found wire screws also damaged from over heating. Will have to order repair kit and reschedule CX when parts have arrived. No leaks where observed during service. CX would like sooner service if available.; ordrng 1 279318 (Therminal repair kit)"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is begging to have cooling issues. Upon arrival I found that the fc was not cool. Upon found inspection I found that the fc evap had ice buildup on it. Removed the ice. The checked the drain pan and found that it was bowed up slightly, then I checked the drain tube for any clogs around none but it was sagging so I sealed it up. And when I put the refrigerator back in it position all of the interior lights turned off and I didnt hear the compressor running. I unplugged the unit and then unplugged the LED driver board and then plugged the unit back in and found the compressor running again, as it was running I plugged in the LED board and it continue to run normally. ; ordrng 1 W10830288 (LED board)"
