"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water. I pressed the start button for 3 seconds to get the drain pump turned on and I could hear the pump motor but no water was being drained. I found the drain hose kinked at the disposal and also found the unit connected with the RO system drain hose (photo). I corrected the dishwasher drain hose (photo) and retested the unit. I found the drain pump struggling to pump the water out the unit so I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have whoever installed the RO system to remove the RO drain hose and position it on the lower piping and explained that the manufacturer will not be responsible if the dishwasher floods the home and the RO system drain hose is installed this way. I advised that the RO tank will drain and can potentially backfill into the dishwasher causing it to overflow and flood the home. I contacted techline and got this information documented in SR #7735786333. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the dr hose due the original part being badly crimped. Customer advised that the unit continues to make the noise it was making before and provided a video of the noise which sounded like the condenser fan blade hitting something. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and when the valve came on, I heard a vibration noise and found it was the valve bracket vibrating against the unit chassis so I adjusted it and the noise stopped. When the recirculating pump came on, it began to make a grinding noise as if it were struggling to pump. When the condenser fan came on, I could not hear anything other than normal noise. I advised the customer of my findings, in which, they heard this noises as well. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the burners not lighting. I found all burners lighting correctly. The issue is when the center burner valve is turned all the way down to simmer and then turned up the flame goes out and gas keeps coming out. I could get the valve to work correctly after spinning the shaft back and forth multiple times but when it stays off for a short period the valve fails again. "WRT138FFDM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. Upon initial plug in, the unit made a growling and ed startup sound and then engaged. Amp draw after five minutes only reached .68 and a short-cycle attempt revealed the compressor making the growling noise until start device disengagement. Windings measured 4.4 and 5.4 and start to run was 9.3 , slightly lower than expected. I replaced the start device and capacitor and tested. The compressor actually sounded worse with the replacement. The unit will require a compressor replacement. Office to order compressor, dye drier and service port. The heat exchanger is copper. "WTW5000DW2 Arrived to inspect no spin complaint. I entered service test mode and found F7E6 (Motor Fault) as the only stored error code. Manual test mode revealed the unit would agitate and spin, but there was an audible squeal during ramp up and coast down, during the spin test, but expected and within acceptable limits. Inspection of the gear case area revealed nothing out of the ordinary, except for the secondary lock on the motor connector was not secured and I corrected. The capacitor tested at 51.4 ?F. Further inspection revealed the basket hub was loose and showing signs of excessive wear on the splines. I removed and replaced the basket hub and recalibrated. I replaced the pump to see if it was a heat issue on the pump since 2 control board did not resolve the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

I inspected the inverter and magnetron and found they had failed. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the inverter and mag and retested and continued to get the error code. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I attempted to contact the owner and left a vm advising of my findings and repairs. Remove the back cover of the washer and found the pressure hose had not been inserted onto the tub causing the issue with the leaking and the unit not Completing the cycles. The customer had another washer installed and his washer connections and he advised that he did not want to worry about moving the washer just yet. "Rubbed on site for refrigerator that is a little rusty freezer section and is not cooling the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm both customers complaints and found frost buildup in the freezer even though the freezer door gasket was lined properly with the cabinet. Found separation in between the liner and the cabinet causing the issue. Found that I could stick a quarter and some in the cabinet liner is certain spots. In the refrigerator section, I found that the air return channels were blocked with ice. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7735773799. Remind me to send him several photos of the dabs longer and freezer sections. He did advise that the gaps were quite large but that engineering wanted us to silicone the edges of the cabinet prior to sending the unit to review. Used silicone to bridge the gap between the liner and cabinet in both sections and removed the frost build up inside the air return channels. Test of the unit in the unit begin working operate as designed. Call complete."

I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit work as designed until it got to the agitation portion of the cycle and then shut down. Attempted to do a spin test and found the same thing happened to the control where it would shut off and then come back on. Checked the shifter, motor, and capacitor and could not find an issue. Holding at 420 microns for 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed 48 grams of refrigerant and tested. The unit resumed normal function and started cooling as designed. No water connects to unit."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Upon inspection I found that the fill tube was frozen along with finding a ice block in the ice maker funnel. Upon further inspection I found that the teeth on the hub were stripped out. I replace the hub and corrected the installation of the agitator cam.
