"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not dispensing water or ice, or making ice. On arrival customer advised me on the history of the unit, and that door was replaced in 2018. Unit isnt making or dispensing ice, and sometimes water. Found harness had severed wires due to rubbing on the eyelet.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and all components came on. I turned the unit on and monitored a cycle and the evaporator never formed a sheet of ice. While testing, the reservoir drain pump stopped operating. I found where the grid cutter connector had shorted. Tested the cutter and found it out of range on ohms reading. Tested voltage at the control and it is good. I found the compressor very hot and a large amount of corrosion on the copper lines. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Unit left turned off for safety."

"I arrived on site to diagnose a previously installed cooktop that had burned out and tripped the breaker and is no longer showing power, I gained access to the unit and turned on the breaker and verified proper voltage and polarity at the terminal block. I gained access to the module and called tech line and spoke with Anthony to ask why the repeated burn out of the module, he informed me that the unit is not compatible with certain ovens if there is a unit underneath, I gained access and verified the unit is compatible, he informed me that the unit has to have enough room for the fans to ventilate properly which requires 5 3/8 of clearance between the cooktop counter and the oven, I found that there isnt proper clearance sr#7732003902. The correction for this unit would be to either have the cooktop raised or the oven lowered to the point where there is 5 3/8 of clearance between the counter and the top of the oven, otherwise the cooktop will continue to fail. The cooktop is working as designed now after replacing the module, I informed the customer to not use the unit until the clearance issue is corrected. Job complete."

Looked at the unit for having some frost in the freezer. Looked at the evaporator and saw some ice buildup near the bottom of the evaporator. Upon further inspection. Found that the nipple to the drain hose was clogged. Removed the clog and left over ice in the freezer to help the unit drain better when it goes into defrost. No issues at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Ice make not working/leaking. Found mold hanging from motor. Customer was removing ice and accidentally broke mold off motor housing causing the mold to no longer twist and find home position. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Ran test 44 then 45. Ice maker harvested and filled as designed. Ran another harvest to empty water from mold to allow ice maker to start making ice. Inspected wire harness beneath freezer door. Harness looked good. Informed customer to dump any ice it makes today into tonight and tomorrow morning they can start using the ice it produces.

Said to be sure that they are not using more than one pod. When doing a pre rinse to not totally clean the dishes as the soap needs something to cling to as it?s washing. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the gas turned off and the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and turned gas on and tested the burners. I found all burners are operating as designed. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from lifting glass cooktop. I removed the cooktop and using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked all gas connections and found no leaks. I tested the gas line connections under the unit and found no leaks. I tested each burner and tested the connections with the burners turned on and still no leaks. Customer advised that one of the ignitors was arcing by the unit was not turned on. I inspected and tested the ignitor switches and found no damages or shortages. "Arrived on site for on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found unit had stable 120v from outlet. No lights on in RC/FC, found only rc fan running. No other components were functioning. Both compartments were over 75 degrees. After further inspection I found corrosion around deli ui control. Also found multiple failures between dc voltage transfer from all three controls behind fridge as well a power failure to compressor and inverter. Also found 3 way coil resistance out of range. Gave customer quote for following repairs (W11087438 (rc evap fan), WPW10624574 (power supply), WPW10675033 (hv control), W10804160 (aura board), W11429989 (3way silonoid), WPW10769076 (ui deli control) ).
