"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not move past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer advised of the unit makes a grinding sound and does not go past the sensing portion of the cycle and will shut off. The customer ran a a load on the normal wash cycle and I immediately heard the sound. Checked underneath the washer and found the cam has been completely stripped. Due to the load that was in the washer, I did advise the customer against washing blankets and thicker items that are really weedy when saturated. I did advise the customer that the manufacturer recommends to take those to the laundromat such as quilts, comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, etc. the customer advised this unit specifically for the space so they could wash whatever they needed. Replaced the cam and tested the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Applied bubble solution to all weld joints with no signs of leaking from those areas. "Arrived onsite for a washer making a making clicking and squealing noises. I checked error codes and found F7E9 locked rotor, F7E5 shifter failure, F0E3 overload, and F2E1 UI stuck button error. I could feel something rubbing and there was drag when rotating the basket. I removed the basket and found nothing under it and determined the drag was in the gearcase. I replaced both then ran a calibration cycle and a service diagnostics cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is frozen up in the ice bin and starting to leak water out. I found the right side of the ice bin with a solid block of ice and the bin frozen in the door. I steamed out the ice and removed the bin. I found the end of the fill tube limed up causing water to spray everywhere when the ice maker filled. I cleaned the tube and reassembled the unit. I ran a harvest test and the unit filled and worked as designed. Call complete.

"FFCD2413US2A Arrived to inspect dishwasher water issues. The unit filled, but when the circulation pump attempted to run, it would only hum. Tapping on the pump caused it to operate and showed the pump is in the early stages of failure and should be replaced. No leaks observed during service.

"GFW850SSN0WW Arrived to inspect noise. The valve was squealing loudly and I removed and replaced. The issue was resolved and thee were no leaks observed during service.

The unit had difficulty starting the compressor and I monitored current. 12 amps declining to 10 before start device shutdown occurred and I removed and replaced the start device. The unit then resumed normal operation with a draw of .8 amps after several minutes and normal operating sound. No leaks observed during service.

The units insulation was saturated with water in the area around the drain tube. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning and closed. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. Written unit through manual diagnostics and attempted to run the unit and a high-speed spin. Heard the unit drain but then the unit would flash the F7 E1 error code. Replace the actuator and tested the unit again. Still had the same issue. Replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. Still had the same issue. I checked the harness to try to find any potential shorts and could not get a reading on resistance to the shifter from the control. "Arrived on site for a DW that is not filling with water. Upon inspection I found that there was no codes stored, I ran a diagnostics cycle and found that the unit operated normally. I then started a normal cycle and found the the unit contained to operate as before. I did briefly go over detergent and rinse aide use. Un it operating as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that will not wash. Upon inspection I found 4fe3 stored upon running a diagnostic cycle I found that the sump&motor did not run. I replaced the sump&motor and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. No leaks job complete.
