Arrived on site for FRZR IS NOT WORKING- BEEN OFF AND ON WORKING. FRIDGE SECTION IS GOOD. Customer stated she unplugged the fridge for 15 to 45 seconds in the recent past because the freezer stopped cooling properly. Found temps in freezer at 3 DF. Fridge temp was 38 DF. All fans running. Compressor running. Removed kick plate and vacuumed dust and hair off condenser coils to assist fridge run more efficiently. At the current time the fridge is running as designed. No repairs needed. Customer knows to call us back if it starts again and to leave plugged in so we can try and diagnose what it is doing to cause freezer to raise in temp. Job completed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon arrival I could hear the noise coming from the evap fan in the FC. I gained access to the fan and found it sagging and hitting the evap cover causing the noise. I am ordering the evap cover assembly with the fan to repair. "Arrived on site for washer that located in detached building from home that?s not operating. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F8-E1 long fill. Ran automatic test mode and found no water entering unit. Tested inlet valve and found cold water solenoid failed. Removed failed inlet valve and installed new. Found no hot from home to unit. Performed diagnostics mode and tested operation in automatic and manual test mode. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the freezer not cooling correctly, and the ice maker not working. I checked temps and found the FC at 28?F and the RC at 35?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I did find the compressor continued to run during diagnostics mode even when it should be off. I then ran test 40 and the compressor stayed on in step 1 and 2 when it should of been off. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC read 7.2k, the FC read 8.93k, the RC evap read 9.5k, and the FC evap read 10.11k. These are all accurate for the temps at the time of reading. Once I plugged the unit back in, the compressor began working as designed. This could be due to something being stuck on the control being reset when unplugged. This indicates a possible faulty control and a faulty UI.d. I am ordering the UI and control to be installed.; ordrng 1 W11330486 (UI) and 1 W11450890 (Control)"

Arrived onsite and found cooktop operating with intermittent failure of the heating coils to maintain sufficient heat to cook. Ordering coils to repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing an F8E2 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated they cannot even run the unit anymore without the error code being thrown. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E2 for dispenser system error, F6E1 for communication error between CCU and ACU, and F5E2 for door lock error. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the dispenser motor would continue to actuate in step three and the cycle would never continue on. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the dispenser motor area leaking water and the connections to the motor corroded. Due to this the dispenser motor will need to be replaced, and the harness to the motor. I also found the vent hose assembly physically broken and knocking loose around the unit when in spin. The dispenser motor, dispenser nozzle, dispenser harness, and vent hose will all need to be replaced to repair the unit. Due to the diagnostics getting stuck in step three I informed the customer we may need to further diagnose the unit once these parts are replaced.

I gained access and verified polarity and voltage at the wall and then ohmed out the drain pump and found it to be good.
