I melted down the ice and found some worn out permagum that was likely leaking from the FC. I advised the customer that I can attempt to seal the hole with permagum, and possibly crush the air leak, but it may also be due to failing insulation on the unit.

I waited 5 minuets and replugged the unit back in. I was able to remove the control lock and put the unit into diagnostics. I found no fault codes in diagnostics. I ran an HMI key test and found all keys working. I put the Unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed. I told the customer if the console locks itself again I recommended replacing the console. Job complete.

Found no voltage at L1 to ground or neutral. Customer will need to contact electrician to have voltage to unit corrected. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Robert (SR# 7731478729).

Arrived onsite for wall oven turning off during cooking and beeping at random times in the night. Upon inspection I found the unit would turn on in preheat bake. I accessed the main control and tested both sensors both showed within range. I checked the cooling fan and it showed good continuity. I followed troubleshooting tests with JC and we determined the main control is failing and breaking down under current flow.

Arrived onsite for unit having ice buildup. Looked at the unit and saw ice buildup at the back of the refrigerator. Unit needs to be unthawed before diagnosing correctly. Ordered another part just incase. Let customer know to allow the unit to un thaw and will need towels to soak up the water when it unthaw also to check the drawers to be sure they are sealing after the ice has unthawed. The amount of food currently inside the drawers was not irregular or even extremely heavy, but with pulling the drawers out and pushing the drawers in with the food inside it could cause additional stress and make them snap again. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator cooling in the freezer compartment, but not in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged, and stated it had been unplugged for roughly a week. I checked temps and found both compartments were at 78?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. I found while in diagnostics mode, the compressor still ran and never shut off. Due to this I ran test 40 to test the compressor and valves. It did not pass the test. The compressor turned off during step three, when it should of turned on. I then activated each airflow component in the unit. I found the RC fan not turning on. While in test 57 with the RC on I checked voltage to it at the control. I found 0VDC going to it. I then ohmd out the thermistors at the control and found the FC thermistor at 2.65k, the RC at 2.67k, the RC evap at 3.54k, and the FC evap thermistor at 2.91k. These are all good. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7731479066. Austin recommended to replace the UI and control.Ordering the UI and returning with the control already on hand. I punctured the system and found a full charge in the system. I replaced the compressor and installed a uv dryer and an access valve. I did a push pull test on the system and found it working. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found no vacuum leaks. I put a measured charge into the system and found it holding and pressures building properly. I found a good frost pattern forming on the evaporator and the unit started cooling. I advised the customer to monitor it over the next 24 to 48 hours. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven receiving a F6E0 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had a small power outage recently around the time this started. Per service pointer for this unit and this error code, the error code can be thrown from a power outage. I reset the unit at the breaker for two minutes. I then turned it back on. The unit was no longer showing the error code. I ran the unit with a cup of water for several minutes. The unit was not throwing the error code. The unit is working as designed.
