I did not see any visible shorts or breaks in the harness. The unit went through diagnostics as designed washed and drained. I monitored the amp draw during the wash cycle and the unit never exceeded specifications for amp draw. I found a service pointer related to the heater and the symptoms sound similar to this situation. I am ordering the vent wax motor, main control, drain pump, inlet valve, and heater assembly for return visit to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker had failed in the middle of a harvest. I inspected the harness at the bottom left corner and all wiring looked good. I found the harness bracket under the unit was badly bent up. I adjusted the bracket (photos). I tested voltage to the ice maker and its getting voltage. I removed and replaced the ice maker and as soon as I plugged it in, it began to harvest. When I barely moved the FC door, the ice maker stopped in the middle of the harvest. I checked the harness at the bottom hinge again and found some of the wiring to have bends in them and the protective covering was white. While checking the harness, I moved it and the ice maker began to harvest then stopped. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the FC door SS and CNOTE-RESEARCH HARNESS BRACKET. Office to schedule return service when the parts arrive. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 LW11202405 (Left FC door SS) and 1 CNOTE (RESEARCH HARNESS BRACKET LOWER LEFT CORNER)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the door outer glass. The part sent with me was damaged inside the box, but the part was not needed. I found the retainer clips, that hold the glass in lace at the bottom the door, were loose and needed to be adjusted and tightened. Also found the screws holding the hinges in place were loose. I adjusted the clips and tightened and tightened the hinge screws and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I found the spray arm had been upside down and resting on the heater at some point and burned through the spray arm on 2 sides. The heater also looks damaged because of this. I ran diagnostics and found all functions passed. I found the track stops had broken off and one of the toe kick retainers was damaged and not securing. I will order and return with the heater, lower spray arm, both stops, and retainer to complete the repair. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found the units control has 2 lines through it and it is not responding. All interior lights are on but no compressor or fans. I attempted to put the unit into service diagnostics and could not. I cycled power and tried again. Still no function to the control. I pressed the water dispenser and found it would engage. I called techline to provide assistance on the situation SR#7731706331 he advised to check incoming voltage to the jazz board and if there is 120Vac to replace the jazz board. I confirmed voltage to the jazz board.After programming all fans came on and then compressor. I waited and could feel cold air coming out of the vents in the FC. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the next 24 hours. Job complete.

Ran the unit in drain and spin to get the tub to spin fast. Unit was not shaking more than usual. Customer stated during a regular load wash cycle that the unit will jump around. started a regular wash cycle. Unit was not showing any extra type of shaking from the unit.
