"I arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed knobs, potentially switches and elements, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and replaced the knobs and found none of the switches were activating the elements still, I gained access behind the console and lifted the top of the range, upon inspection I found that three of the main harness lines had been cut at two connectors at the control, the customer informed me that this was a floor model, they cut the lines to avoid any sort of functionality to the unit. I plugged in two loose connectors and now the cooktop is operating properly as designed, I am ordering the main harness to complete the repair. Checked temps and found freezer wasnt dropping much past 8. Checked settings and found freezer set to 4. Set temp to 0. When I checked the RC I found several shelves had stuff over the airflow channel. Advised to move stuff out of the channels and make sure not to block the vent. This should allow temps to get back to harvest temp. Customer will follow up if unit doesnt make jce within a day. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice being wet and clumping together. Upon further inspection, I found a large clump of ice in the bin. I found the gasket on the ice bin door was not seated correctly and would not seat. Tested the ice fan and found it not operating as designed. Also found ice built up at the back of the ice maker housing and the back wall of the unit. I tested the ice dispenser door and found the gasket on the door not sealing properly and allowing warm air into the ice bin. Customer advised that the water dispenser sprays water and does not come out in a stream. I found service pointer #W10873154 which states to replace the fill tube and discard of the chrome ring on the dispenser. Upon arrival customer stated that unit had been making ice just fine but they were noticing a lot of ice buildup around the ice bucket and underneath the bucket nice is melting together and sometimes when they would use the ice dispenser water would come out instead. Upon further inspection I found that there was an air leak inside the ice dispenser door flat causing the ice to melt and water to fall down around the auger motor and down over the ice dispenser paddle causing it to short out when I activated and allow for water to dispense. ; ordrng 1 W11130210 (Ice door) and 1 WPW10346924 (Paddle) and 1 W11130211 (Ui control (jic if needed))
