"Arrived on site for Oven will attempt to light, clicks many times, but gas will not light. Or the oven will light and start getting up to temperature then flame goes out and cannot relight. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Placed in bake to preheat and igniter lit first click. Removed bottom bake cover to inspect igniter. Igniter wasnt bowed out bad but I bent it inwards a little to ensure it didnt have too large of a gap. Relit bake to preheat and after third high temp attempt the igniter would not relight. Took voltage readings at the DSI board and the board was not getting the proper voltage to bake igniter. Ordering correct DSI board to return and complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 WPW10511278 (DSI)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator FC ice maker overflowing and ice building up in the bin. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of spillage ice in the FC ice bin and the fill tube reservoir clogged with ice. I removed the ice from the fill tube and reservoir and found where the fill tube had been pushed out of the cabinet and wasnt seated correctly in the reservoir. Issue appears to be weeping valve and the placement of this fill tube. I am ordering the fill tube, valve and DNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the ice maker. Adjusted the fill tube and re-installed it into the cabinet until return service. Ran burners for ten minutes and couldnt replicate the popping sound customer reported. Could be that the screws holding the valves down werent tight enough from the factory. I made sure the screws were all fastened securely. Customer confirmed the center burner flames looked good. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with items in the refrigerator compartment freezing over. Upon arrival the customer had the door propped open. The customer had the door propped open for quite a while, and there was still frozen items in the RC while servicing. I found items to be frozen throughout the entire unit. I checked temps and found the FC at 8?F. I also found the FC overfilled, and advised the customer on the implications of this. I gained access to the damper and found it looking broken. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the damper not operating, but you could still hear it trying to open/close. This indicates a faulty damper. No leaks observed at the time of service. I called the land lord and informed them on my findings.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice upon arrival I found the RC=37 set to 33 FC=4 set to 0 ice room =15 I put the unit in diagnostics, test 1 and 2 both showed pass. I ran test 3 and I could hear the damper making a very loud grinding noise consistent with a failure. I ran test 56 and it showed E5 indicating a failure in the ice maker. Test 36 showed good strong airflow from the icebox fan. I was able to fill the icemaker as well. I called techline to document the situation and for advise before ordering parts. He advised there must be a airflow issue or blockage in the FC. I am ordering the damper and ice maker for return service. Returning tech to inspect FC evap for frost build up airflow blockage to the ice maker. I confirmed the ice fan is running in diagnostics. I advised the customer to give the unit 24 hours to start producing a good amount. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for NOT HEATING UP- TURNS ON AND ROTATES BUT NO HEAT AT ALL. Tested microwave with a cup of water for one minute. Did not heat. Gained access to inverter and wasnt ohming out to proper readings. Removed inverter and installed new inverter. Tested with cup of water. Still not heating. Found magnetron had also failed. Removed magnetron and installed new magnetron. Powered up microwave and tested with one cup of water. Microwave now heating as designed. Job completed.

"I arrived on site to diagnose washer not turning on, upon arrival I found that the unit would not respond to console commands, I gained access to the breaker and reset it, I found good polarity and voltage at the receptacle. I unplugged and plugged the unit back in and found that it is now turning on and off appropriately. I put the unit into service diagnostics and checked for fault codes, I found overload and out of balance, i instructed the customer on operation, the unit is operating properly as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production. Found no issues with unit in diagnostics but did find ice thickness was set to two, changed setting to six. Customer stated condenser was really clogged so he cleaned it. Ran unit in max ice and allowed two sheets of ice to form. During second sheet noticed the recirculating pump was periodically shutting off. Monitored voltage and did not see a change in voltage when recirculating pump was kicking off. Recommend replacing recirculating pump. Ordering control and bin thermistor to ensure completion on return visit. Arrived onsite for wall oven win touch screen not responding. Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint the unit would not respond to touch at all. I cycled power at the breaker and the unit restored function to the touch screen. I checked fault codes and there were none stored in the system. I noticed the unit was not connected to WiFi. I informed the customer that the unit would need to be connected so it can receive updates. And that the lack of update likely caused the screen to freeze.

Gas line is not long enough to pull dryer out all the way. Took one picture of installation location. Disassembled dryer and found all components checked good, igniter is running but there is no gas. Disconnected gas supply line from wall supply and there is no gas coming out. House looks to be recently renovated, recommend that builder be contacted. there is no gas being supplied to the dryer from the home. Job complete"

Cleared error code. Tested drain in diagnostics and pump was making unusual noise. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump.
