"WT7300CW Arrived to inspect debris within basket area. I found and verified particles of debris from the basket area and the customer had examples on a paper towel. Inspection of the tub area from below the unit showed that most of the tub was clear and there was only an isolated area that showed debris still within it, likely to rinse away in the next several washes. I removed the wash plate cap and found a removed considerable deposits. The wash plate was seized onto the driveshaft and could not be removed without having to destroy it and replace, so a simple inspection of the tub assembly could not be performed. I tested within service mode and during the high speed spin portion of the test, the bearings could be heard making excessive noise. I advised the customer of my findings and they will monitor performance of the unit and replace it when failure occurs. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not draining. I found the plug not knocked out of the new disposal. I removed the plug at the drain port of the disposal and tested the dishwasher. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is fluctuating in temperature. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a temperature reading device. He has in his refrigerator and showed that the temperatures were fluctuating between 34?F and 44?F. Advised that he was concerned with the unit because of the fluctuations in temperature. Ran through diagnostics and found all parts of machine operating and working as designed. I did advise the customer that his machine is measuring air temperature and not product temperature. I explained that even though the air temperature will fluctuate above and below their set temperature, the product temperature will not have as wide of a swing. I asked the customer if hes had any issues with food spoiling and he advised that they have not but he just was concerned due to an issue where some of their food seemed a little warm over a week ago. Did advise him that everything appeared to be working and operating as designed. The customer also advised that his door mullion was having a hard time engaging in the slot at the top of his refrigerator and was causing issues with the door closing properly. Adjusted the door mullion up on his door to engage on the mullion assist. The unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling on either FC or RC. Customer stated husband pulled unit out and scratched flooring. Used floor protector and pulled unit out. Upon closer inspection found unit to be unplugged since issue arose. Inspect unit found compressor and 3 way valve engaging as intended, as well as compressor pulling 1.2- 1.3 amps. Then exposed both evaporators to visualize frost pattern. Freezer compartment had no frost and RC had no frost on evaps. Then applied bubble solution to visualize a leak, found section of cap tube separated where it should have been soldered to suction tube entering cabinet above RC evap and visually confirmed leak from that area. Called tech line to discuss what was found, SR7737756326. Unit will be submitted for review as location of leak is not in a position for repair."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not maintaining proper temp. Ice build up behind bottom drawer causing drawer not to closing properly. Upon arrival I found all of this to be true. Being that this is our 6th trip out For the same issue I connected techline and advised Nate of all of the repair and trips we have made on the unit, we then tested resistance across the defrost thermistor at the control and found that it was showing OL. We then tested it through diag mode and it passed. He mentioned that the thermistor may be faulty and the Evap cover may be leaking air which and cause this issues. Then was given sr#7737761995. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the drain tube was sealed up and not clogged, the customer also mentioned to me that the butter that she keeps in the right door of the RC will have condensation on it. I found that there is a tear in the gasket on the side which cause this as well. I ordered the gasket, Evap cover, and some permagum to help seal the new cover when we replace it. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has moisture and water leaking into the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaked again inside of the refrigerator section and that they were wondering if this was the same issue as before. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found no ice or water residue in the freezer section. Checked the air channel and found individual moisture droplets, but no ice buildup in the actual air channel. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737762382. He advised that this is a common with this style refrigerator, and that moisture will build up in the air channels and will leak from time to time onto the top shelves of the refrigerator. He advised that this is normal operation and there is nothing that can be done about it. He advises the customer will just need to wipe off the top shelves from time to time with a paper towel, and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

WTW8127LC1 arrived on site to inspect a washer with a drawer issue. Replaced the drawer and the housing. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The UI does not have power and the ice or water does not dispense. I found the UI connector not fully seated. I also found the paddles not contacting the switches. I adjusted the paddles so they contact the switches and plugged the connector all the way in and tested. The unit now operates as designed. The customer informed me the water dispenser was leaking but stopped yesterday. I found no leaks at this time. The unit is operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that air filter cap wouldnt shut. Upon arrival confirmed issue and was able to pop door flap back into place and is working as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for led lights not working in refrigerator. On inspection there were no led lights working. Gain access to the top of the unit and found voltage going to the led power board. Installed new led power board and the led are operating as designed. Customer asked me to look at the icemaker not dispensing ice. On further inspection there was a ice block in auger and ice ice been had to melt it out. Got the auger freed up and operating again. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the filter housing and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting and flashing lights. Upon arrival found unit leaning forward far enough that water was leaking from under door and into leak drip tray. Found water had triggered float switch and was preventing unit from running a cycle. After leveling and reinstalling unit I found dishwasher no longer leaked and cycled as designed call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not sealing fc door and forming ice around door. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found top left of fc gasket warpped. Replaced gasket and reshaped it to liner. Found fc door sealing as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for lights intermittently lighting. Upon arrival, inspected unit and ui is not responding. Test polarity at supply and junction box and is good. Removed front panel to inspect control. Found all connections are secured. Noticed that opening and closing the door the lights flashed. Found that at bottom of door where Harness folds under unit, when touching harness the lights flicker. Need to replace harness. Ordering harness. Arrived on site to replace faulty tub. Replace tub and transferred over components. Ran test cycle and unit is not leaking. Job completed . Transferred over model and serial tag to new tub but adhesive is not as sticky. Recommend customer replace a small piece of tape over serial tag so that it does not get lost.

WDF331PAHS1 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher not heating and drying dishes. Ran the diagnostic cycle and the heating element operated as designed. Checked the resistance and the element is within operating range. Informed the customer on the use and care of the unit and set the rinse aid dispenser to the appropriate level. No water leaks observed during service

"Arrived on site to test unit for not going into spin cycle, tested unit found multiple F8E1 errors, ran diagnostics and found hot water valve is humming but not opening, belt squeaking excessively, recommend replacing valve, belt, shift actuator and capacitor as precautionary do to washer sometimes gets stuck in spin mode and will not shut off, office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11513255 (Valve) and 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for excessive shaking, customer stated that depending on the load washer starts to bang around, smaller loads are intermittent, tested unit found all components working properly, inspected basket and found holes towards the middle of basket are not punched all the way through causing incorrect drainage during spin, ordering basket office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11513243 (Basket)"

Advised customer oven is designed to removed heat from controls and blow that out front so and it also vent in front. This is normal. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the UI and tested. The unit now operates as designed.
