Verified oven temperature sensor resistance at room temperature and confirmed it tested within proper range. Checked incoming voltage at the terminal block and found voltage reading correct.Turned the oven on to begin preheating and noticed the oven temperature was climbing abnormally fast, with the display increasing immediately instead of gradually. This indicated a control issue. Inspected further and confirmed the control board was faulty. Replaced both the control board and temperature sensor. Reassembled the unit and tested by preheating the oven to 350?F. The oven reached preheat at the proper time and cycled on and off as designed to maintain set temperature. Ran dishwasher for 20 minutes and there was no leaking.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making grinding noises during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the same thing is happening as previous. He advised that he gets a ticking sound. When the unit is slowly spinning and knocking sound whenever it agitates, one way. He showed me a video of the issue and I ran the unit. Throw a quick wash with some small towels. I did find the noise was able to be replicated. I checked underneath and found the bottom part of the drive shaft on the gear case had fallen and was sliding up and down easily. I found all other parts in good shape. I went ahead and replaced the gear case and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11449841."

Upon further inspection, found the drain hose completely clogged with food debris, which was causing odors to backflow from the garbage disposal into the dishwasher. Customer also mentioned a long wait before unit produced ice. I found the ice machine was hooked up to the hot line and not the cold line. Swapped installed line to proper side. "Dishwasher was unplugged. Outlet is shared with the garbage disposal but you cannot insert the power cord to the dishwasher all the way in, this could be causing overheating and stress to motor because of power fluctuations. Unplugged disposal and plugged in dishwasher. Inside of dishwasher was full of junk, including glass, papstib and grease. Removed filters and cleaned. Advised cx to run vinegar wash and get afresh tablets and run once a month. They also need to clean filters regularly. Checked fault codes and there were none ND dishwasher ran fine. Issue is mostly due to outlet and not plugging in dishwasher correctly. Called wpl saftey to document diagnoses SR"

Verified blower making nois4 when on. Removed grease trap and found blower wheel rubbing on metal guide. Removed guides and adjusted them to allow more space between blower wheel and guide. Tested blower on all speeds and no noises.

"Verified breaker was off upon arrival. Cx stated that when she used the cooktop and oven it would trip the breaker, and now, when she just uses the oven the breaker trips. Removed ground wire and ran oven to 450 degrees with no issue. Replaced ground wire and turned oven on to 350 and no issues."

Verified dryer nottirnong on. Checked voltage at out let and had proper voltage. Removed back panel and checked thermal fuse and found open. Removed and replaced thermal fuse. Tested dryer and it turned on and heats.

Removed rear adapter and removed extra fan. Removed harness and plugged ice box fan into original harness. Ice maker filled tube was clear. Seated heater and foil around fill tube so it was firmly pressed against fill tube. Cleaned customers condenser coils. Reinstalled ice box and checked all fans and they were running good. Advisedcx to give ice maker 24 hours to fill ice bin.

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range not working. On arrival, nobody was home. I spoke with the client through the doorbell camera, and he said the door is unlocked. I saw the range didn't have power, so I flipped the breaker on . The breaker is located on the left side of the home. After I flipped the breaker I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.78. Product works as it's designed no parts used. Customer stated that when pressing Start and closing the door, the unit would continuously beep as if the door was not latched. Verified issue and found that when pressing the door in firmly and holding it, the unit would start, but as soon as pressure was released, the cycle would stop. Contacted Techline for testing and Placed the unit into diagnostics mode and confirmed the problem. Inspected door components and found the striker and door latch assembly both faulty and not securing the door correctly. Replaced striker and latch assembly. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Arrived on site for ICE FORMING AROUND VENT ON TOP OF FRIDGE. WATER DRIPPING INTO FRIDGE. Upon arrival customer states water leaking from ice container area in lower door bins. . And showed me where. I inspected leveling and is correct . I ran an ice maker test and harvested correctly. I ran a icemaker fill test and operated correctly with out any signs of leaks. Found the auger in container begging to fail causing ice chunks to leave ice door slightly open allowing watermelon air to migrate through causing some melting and leaking from bottom of container. Arrived on site for dryer not powering up. Getting correct voltage to block . Found thermal fuse blown WP3392519. Unit is now tumbling and heating . Advised to have maintenance clean exterior vent. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning and not drying properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran an automatic test cycle and all functions are testing as designed. The customer advised that he did not close the detergent dispenser and this would explain the cause of the dishes no cleaning properly. I advised the customer on proper detergent and rinses side usage as well as proper cycle selection and loading. The machine is opening as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing error code F1E1-main control failure. I cleared the code and manually tested the components and found the main control relays for the bake, broil, and convection elements are not functioning. I tested the lower oven bake, broil, and convection and found the same issue. Performed a soft reset on the unit and retested in diagnostics and still getting same results. All fans and lights are operating as designed. I checked error codes again and found F6E1-no communication between ACU and HMI. Also found the display showing no L1. I advised the builder to have the electrical checked, and they advised that it had been checked. I advised that the unit is showing there is no L1 coming in, and the main control has failed. I am ordering the main control and lower oven control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. I advised the builder that the controls are out of stock and that someone from our office will contact them once we receive the parts. ; ordrng 1 W11758701 (Main control) and 1 W11758702 (Lower oven control)"

Arrived onsite for an f9 error. Found everything wired correctly and operating as designed. Cleared error code. Tested unit to bake at 350f. Unit is now operating properly.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer making unusual noises during operation. Upon future inspection, I found that the vent tube was rattling inside the dryer and making a lot of noise. I applied the pads and the problem is now corrected and the dryer is no longer making a loud noise. W11113654"

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners on high for approximately ten minutes, and the breaker never tripped. I tested the oven on Bake at 350, and in the second cycling of the broil element, the breaker tripped. I removed the ground and performed a burnout on Bakemat 500 degrees, and the unit completed preheat. I cycled power and reconnected the ground and cycled power back on and performed a second burnout on Bake at 500 degrees after allowing the unit to cool. While testing, I checked voltage (244V) at the block, Bake and broil elements, and tested amp draw to the bake (10amps) and Broil (14amps). The unit completed the second burnout without the breaker tripping, and I allowed it to continue to heat for approximately 25 minutes. I contacted techline and spoke to Garrett and advised of the complaint, my findings, and the testings of the unit. Garrett advised not to replace parts as the unit completed both burnouts and is operating as designed. Garrett provided SR#7742281531. I contacted Safety and spoke to Monics and provided all the info, and she provided their SR#7742243944. Job completed."

Arrived on site for JennAir Refrigerator not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer states that the refrigerator has been fine that the issue is with other non whirlpool appliances. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator still not making ice. Tested fill and found frozen fill tube keeping unit from filling. I replaced the fill tube heater and added some foil tape. I also increased the temp in each compartment by 1 degree to assist. Verified unit filled at service completion. No further issues found with icemaker, all temps good. Parts used - W11087201."

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for a washer with the pump running. On arrival I verified the issue long drain a failed control board. I checked service pointer to see if washer fell in the defective control board category. It dud i replaced control board, calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

Verified loud screeching noise. Checked under unit and found splutch was not fully seated to gearcase. Removed belt and pulley and sput h. Replaced splutch kit and reinstalled belt and housing. Tested washer and it ran fine under load with no noise.

Arrived on site floor wall oven over heating. On arrival confirmed issue and found f1e0 in diagnostic. I tested oven sensor and it was at 1.09k at room temp. Replaced control w11649136 and tested oven at 350. Found is that the oven is working as designed. Call complete
