"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with safety concern relating to drawers. Customer showed me that there is a semi jagged ridge on the very top rear of the drawer front, so if you were to run your hand across it, you can get cut. Examined drawers and there is a small ridge where the cutout for the metal trim piece gets cut in the plastic. Advised customer this is likely there on all drawers, and I offered to sand down the ridge to make it less jagged. Customer said he would do that if need be, and I did not make any alterations. "Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit was working just fine and then it completely quit. Around the unit through diagnostics and found the water pressure coming into. The reservoir was bad. I check the filter and found at the customer does not have a whirlpool filter on this unit but has an in-line filter going to the ice machine. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and found no pressure difference, indicating a water supply issue or a filter issue. The customer did advised that she has really low water pressure at her house. I did explain to the customer that this could be causing part of her issue due to the reservoir not filling up fast enough. I explained that if the reservoir does not fill properly, the recirculation pump can run out of water to recirculate the water across the evaporator plate. I went ahead and ran through a diagnostic cycle and found the recirculation pump pulsating and intermittently, not pumping water properly. I replaced the recirculation pump as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I did inform the customer that and tell her water pressure gets above 50 psi, she may not have enough water pressure to make full sheets of ice. The unit is working and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for chest freezer not cooling. On inspection the unit was cooling the customer said it was it and miss if it was cooling or not. He said it happen after the few days of the 110?. I installed the new inverter on to the unit. Plugged unit in and it was cooling when I left. W11598145

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling and the lights not working. I found the deli drawer under the UI full of water causing the 12VDC circuit to short out and cause the issue. I found no signs of a defrost issue at this time. There was no water in the bottom of the RC or FC. I found the drip pan good and straight. I found the deli harness good and as soon as I disconnected the harness from the door the lights in the refrigerator came on. I power cycled the unit and all components started working as designed. The refrigerator was getting to temp. I found the ice door leaking and signs where water leaked down filling the drip tray in the door and this could have been the issue. The customer stated there were no cooling issues prior and this all happened at once. The ice door, deli door, and deli UI will all need to be replaced. I also showed the customer the condenser was fill of lint and it would need to be blown out. The customer stated he would clean the condenser. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is leaking water into the dryer when the dryer is not in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had to shut the water off at the wall in order to get the dryer to stop spraying water into the drum. They advised that when they shut it off, their son cranked on it too hard and broke the valve at the wall. I did confirm the customers complaint. I plugged the unit in and check the voltage going to the inlet valve. I found no voltage being supplied. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a walk in the game that is not spinning out close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to not stop filling and that she is having to shut off the water at the wall in order to get the unit to stop filling with water. I ran it through diagnostics and found an F8 E3 (overflow condition) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found that after the unit was supposed to stop filling, the cold water valve would not shut off, even when removing the connector from the cold water valve. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. On arrival found bucket half full. Found not temp failures and ice maker had harvested soon as I had arrived and I found it fill as designed. Called techline Sr#7739792455 and reported finding. Was instructed by techline to bump fc temp to coldest setting and instructed customer to keep an eye on rc items to prevent any potential freezing. Per techline unit is working as designed and recommended no further repairs. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making noise when spinning. On arrival customer advised that the noise happens when the unit agitates. Tested unit and confirmed that when unit is reversing direction on agitation, you can hear a consistent clicking sound coming from the lower end. Sound goes with whiplash / clacking. Sound is consistent and happens with direct drive units often. I called tech line for recommendations for quieting the noise down. SR7739795714. Tech line wanted me to replace the slider. Found gearcase rusted / half fuses to the basket. Had to hammer gearcase excessively to get it removed. Replaced gearcase, suspension, lid, and cleaned off rusted surfaces. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice build up on freezer back wall. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of frost/ice built up on the freezer (FC) evap cover (photo). I was able to gain access to the evaporator by removing some of the ice from the cover. Once I gained access to the evaporator, I found a large amount of ice/frost on the evap. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and found it open. I tested the defrost element and it immediately began to heat and melt the ice/frost. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the defrost thermistor and found it out of place and tested it. I found it out of kohms range showing its too warm inside which is why the unit continues to cool creating the ice formations. I removed and the thermistor and removed most of the remaining ice and reassembled. I left the unit unplugged to allow it to defrost and advised property maintenance to check unit and plug it in with 24 hours and had customer sign the waiver of damages when defrosting refrigerator. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10316760"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave blower not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the vent fan blower and found it does not function in either selection. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover to gain access to the vent blower and found the motor was bad. I removed and replaced he blower motor assembly and retested. Arrived on site for left side of door not closing all the way. Removed door. Disassembled and replaced both door hinges. Still not closing securing on left side. Attempted to remove from wall but it is stuck. Side panels too close and starting to move with movement of oven. Refer to builder to make unit accessible. It may be wedged so door cant close right or receivers may by needed. Marked as complete until unit is accessible.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on, was showing f9e1 before that. Reset and got control working. entered diagnostics. Found f9e1, f7e1, fae3, f8e2, fae2. Diagnostics does no get pass test 1. Removed drain hose and cleaned. Pushed and pass and confirmed water does fill but is not being pushed by wash motor. Water does drain, Removed door panel. Found vent has evidence of malfunctioning. Found large build up under filter caked on optical sensor. Ordering parts needed reset for ; ordrng 1 W11414073 (Vent) and 1 W11410464 (Optical sensor)"

Arrived onsite to replace freezer door. Replaced and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete . Used Lw11037733

Arrived on site to test unit for vent filters not set into place properly. Found blue factory plastic was still on edges of filter screens. Removed blue plastic and unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is no dispensing water and the ice maker is not working. The customer stated the ice maker was working fine and there was ice in the bin. The issue is its not dispensing water. I found it dispensing water real slow with good pressure at the wall. The customer stated they changed the filter and it wouldnt dispense anything so they put the old filter back in. I removed the filter and had great pressure. I changed the filter housing and installed the new filter. The dispenser is working as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W11162042 FILTER HOUSING.

"Arrived on site to diagnose MW oven combo with issues with display. On arrival customer said they no longer needed service and the issue has fixed itself. Customer also said unit was < 1 year old. Checked M/S to clarify, and verified unit is still in 2nd year. No repairs done. Call completed."

Verified a drip coming from in FRONT of the sump, right where the mastic is in the front, directly center. Leak appears to be coming from the heater clip spot welds being bad and causing a leak. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and the icemaker is freezing up. There was no water connection to the refrigerator but the customer must have poured ice in the bin that melted and clumped together. I removed the bin and removed the ice. I found ice build up at the bottom of the evaporator cover. I found the RC Evap thermistor reading .987 kohms at the control and the UI control was showing the evaporator at 105 degrees with the thermistor incased in ice. I removed all the ice and replaced the evaporator cover. I tested the new thermistor and it was reading 69 degrees and was correct. I tested the fan and it works correctly now. I found the right side RC gasket ripped and it will need to be replaced. Ordering W10917313 gasket. RS for Wed 9/4/2024. INSTALLED W11395558 COVER EVAP.; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Gasket)

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice maker not functioning properly. Found the twist tray had cracked and broken a piece off, and was not fully twisting out the cubes. I replaced the icemaker to resolve. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W10873791."

"MVW5430MW1 Arrived to inspect non-completion and draining issue. The customer advised there were several times the washer did not fully drain, then ran the drain pump excessively. I found F9E1 multiple times within service test mode and cleared. The wiring for the drain pump had failed and I was able to correct the issue and retest. The issue was fully resolved and the unit operated and designed. No leaks observed during service."

"KDTE204KPS2 Arrived to inspect non-operation and beeping. Service test mode had F9E2 and F8E4 and I cleared for testing. I found water within the overflow tray and removed, correcting the issue. I discussed usage with the customer and found they have a water softener system and were using concentrated pods. I advised on detergent type and amount. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"RG: MVWB835DC4 Arrived on site for a washer having power issues. Ran a full diagnostics and found error codes F5E1 F2E1 . Further investigation found the the gear case was leaking oil and the rotor engaged teeth were damaged. Removed the wash plate and put anti seize compound . Returning tech will need to replace gear case ,rotor, slider and lid lock. No leaks absorbed .; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11393685 (Gear case)"

"WEG745H0LZ4 Arrived to inspect ignition issue. I found the center burner would not ignite. Disassembly of the burner and removing debris within the lower cup corrected the issue. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."
