Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making aloud slapping sound when in use upon arrival the customer demonstrated the issues to me but we only hear the noise on start up and the it went away. I took the unit apart and found some sunflower seeds and a popsicle stick in the blower wheel housing and lint I cleaned that up and checked the felt on the drum and the pulleys and motor and found them all good. I then tested the unit for approximately 15mins and the unit operated as designed.

"KSSS48QMX01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I was able to correct the damaged supply to the ice maker and instal the ice stripper. Installation of the filter to valve line failed due to finding the filter housing outlet would not stop leaking. I attempted the MFG updated part and it was too long and bound, increasing the likelihood of future failure. Standard 1/4 line did not seal either and the filter housing will require replacement. I left a length of tubing for the returning tech, but they will need to trim the tubing to the correct size and dress the ends prior to connection. Contact tech GC if thee are any questions. Water shut off to prevent further issues. No leaks observed from the supply.; ordrng 1 WP2209022 (Filter Housing)"

After other tests, exposure of the evaporator yielded a detectable area of dye at the,eft side of the evaporator and appeared to be a very small pinhole in the area the tubing was bent during manufacturing. I was not sent with the lokring tool necessary to perform the repair and it will need to be added for return service. Office to set sealed system service for two hours. Returning tech will need to replace compressor and dye drier as well, due to low side leak and acidification prevention is required. All heat loop tubing is AL on this unit. Upon inspection I found F7e9 code stored this could have been from the pressure issue with the unit. I deleted the code and ran a diag cycle and that the click was a normal noise coming from the slider when engaging. There was as slight grinding noise when the motor would move slowly in sensing. I checked the rotor and for that it had some small wear marks on the magnets and on the slider, I found some wear as well I replaced both and tested unit and found unit operating as designed job complete"

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I could see evidence of water in the concrete garage floor around the washer. The customer advised they did see I noted the drain line was not fully inserted into the drain and corrected it for testing, advising the customer that I would add a safety strap prior to completing the call. I entered service test mode and found no stored error codes and filled the unit to its maximum allowed level in manual test mode, even causing the shield to make contact with the floor. I found no leaks with the static test and agitated at high speed, again with no leaks observed. I re-calibrated and ran an automatic test mode and all worked as designed. My suspicion is the partially inserted drain line, over the top of the cold water supply line, was the source of the water due to falling out of the drain standpipe, or nearly, and then dropping back in after drain operations. I added a drain safety strap. No leaks observed during service."

Upon arrival confirm noise complaint, and found after further testing that the inner gears of the gearcase were starting to fail and leaking oil all over. I then found that the washplate was rusted on to the gearcase and had to be broken in order to be removed safely. After getting authorization for gearcase and washplate replacement, i then replaced both parts, then reassembled and tested unit and found no leaks and unit now fully functioning as designed with no odd noises. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave door not opening fully. Upon further inspection, I found when opening the microwave door fully, it rubs against the trim pieces (photo). I found the outer door panel/glass is warped and removed and replaced it. After replacing, I found the new door panel rubbed on the trim. After further inspection, I found the base board supporting the unit is beginning to badly warp and the unit is resting on the lower drawer front board (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and that the issue is an installation issue and possibly a cabinet issue. I discussed it in depth on what needed to be repaired and that our company cannot do the repair. Customer took photos of what needed to be repaired as well. Exposed evaporator compartment and found ice ball in top corner but no signs of dye. Checked pressures and equalized at 16 psi. Running pressure at -20/42 psi. Contacted tech line for assistance. Recommended changing 140 psi nitrogen and inspect for leaks or pressure drop. Allowed to sit 20 min . Pressure dropped from 140 to 125 psi after 20 min. Documentation with tech line. SR#7736079893. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning or draining. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel display showing OE-drain pump failure and the tub full of water. I attempted to place the unit into diagnostics and was able to get it to go, but it would not advance any further than the 3rd step. I advised the customer the unit would need a drain pump which is a common failure on lg washers I researched the drain pump,and found it out of stock, but was advised that we could get it within 5-10 business days (SR). No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Unit left unplugged for safety."
