I requested the latch when I received the callback but the latch did not arrive at the parts department yet. Im requesting the latch again (marked as failed to bring with me) and will return with all parts to complete the repair. I showed the customer how to make the switch recognize the door is closed by gently pulling on the door handle forward and backwards until the switch clicks and turns off the light. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and retested and it completed testing but did not fill properly. I removed the water hoses and found debris in the cold valve. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they ran a bulky load about a week ago and it did not finish the cycle. They also advised that they had run a towel cycle a few days before that and that that load did not finish the cycle either. I ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer what type of load she was running on the bulky cycle and she advised that she was washing some rugs. I did inform the customer that the unit will have a difficult time washing rugs due to the weight of them and due to potential for off-balance loads. I instructed her that it is possible that the reasoning that shes getting those types of loads not finishing is because it does go off balance and its not completing the cycle. She advised that she has been running the unit for the past two months with normal loads and the unit has not had this problem but wanted to get a checked out due to having two loads do the same thing. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7731676789. He advised that the unit showing a minute left on the cycle and continuing to run was an indicator of an off-balance issue. He advised that based on the information, the issue is with the customer loading and low types. Went over loading with the customer and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I had a customer show me how they closed the door and found the customer being extremely gentle with the door to wear in the door switch does not get activated completely. Advise the customer that he needs to make sure the door is completely closed for the unit to continue to heal as it is a safety feature of the unit that if the door is open for more than 30 seconds, the unit will stop heating. "Washer is stacked, took pictures. Arrived on site and inspected washer and found debris between bellow and door glass surface. Inspected bellow and it is is good, ran all functions is manual diagnostics and everything passed. Sent a short video to PR of washer agitating but not leaking. Replaced dispenser and showed customer how to adjust detergent concentration. Job complete"

Arrived on site for unit not draining. Found knock out plug still in disposal. Removed knock out plug and test the unit. Unit drains correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
