Ran a high speed spin with customer present. Explained if it start shaking or moving to take a video as its happening and to pause the machine while videoing and open the lid to show us how the load is resting inside the basket. Explained loads can get off center and cause the machine to shake. If load gets off center pausing opening lid and redistribution of the clothes inside the basket will help prevent the washer from shaking. Customer will make sure to send us the video if the load is centered and the washer is shaking beyond what is expected. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Upon arrival the customer stated the unit was freezing on the shelf right above the bins in the RC, and the water in the unit also stopped working around the same time. I checked temps and found the FC at 2?F and the RC at 36?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I tested the water dispenser and found the water flow good. At the time of service I found no mechanical failure, and the unit was running as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival the customer stated that the ice maker starting making ice, but with very slow ice production. I checked temps and found the FC at 17?F, the RC at 48?F, and the IB at 36?F. I gained access to the evap covers and found significant ice build up on he RC evap cover. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I activated a manual defrost and found it working as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor read 7.55k, the FC read 6.83k, the RC evap read 6.81k. The FC and RC was accurate at time of reading, but the RC evap thermistor was out of range due to how much ice was covering it. This indicates the RC evap thermistor needing to be replaced. I am ordering the thermistor to return and install. I informed the customer that the unit needs to be left off for at least 48 hours prior to service in order to thaw. I advised him on putting down towels, for water will come out of the bottom.; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)"

Arrived on site for microwave that made a popping noise on two different occasions according to the customer that sounded like a gunshot going off. Upon arrival found no error codes and diagnostics I ran multiple heating test but cannot confirm any sort of loud popping noises but I did however find that the turntable was not seated properly on the turntable mounting motor and found that the turntable had some charring right next to the terminal connections also found a turntable was too easy to turn by hand manually after replacing the turntable motor I reassembled and tested unit found that microwave was much quieter than before still no popping noises and unit is heating as design. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit without any rinse aid (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and all components are within range, including the heating element (7-9amps...photos). I recommended that the customer use liquid detergent and rinse aid in rod the unit to operate according to manufacturer recommendations. No repairs needed at this time. After installing the new console I found the unit would now turn on and I was able to evoke diagnostics but when I would close the door the unit would lose power. I accessed the junction box and found the wiring incorrect. I corrected the wiring and checked incoming voltage. I found no voltage going from hot to neutral but 120VAC going from hot to ground and 120 from neutral to ground. I advised the customer they would have to have a electrician come service the circuit before we can make any further determination about the dishwasher.

I ran diagnostics and found the unit working as designed. I took off the front of the bellow and inspected for evidence of water leakage. I did not find any and the bellow hose was connected. I found an abundance of dog hair within the unit and explained to the customer that the dog hair can get stuck between the bellow and door causing the leak but the unit is otherwise working as designed. Water trails were found going down the front, and I found a hair chunk stuck to the bellow. Checked unit for error codes and found a code for Too much soap. Ran a basic cycle and saw a lot of suds building. Removed cover and cleared out pressure hose. Advised customer on running affresh through unit to clean it, this will remove buildup. No further faults found, unit is running. Once cleaned unit should be working as designed.No further leaks found."
