I gained access to the dispenser motor and tested voltage. I found none. I gained access to the UI connections and found them good. This indicates a faulty UI not sending the correct voltage to the dispenser motor. I am ordering the UI to return and install. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the noise by dispensing water and after a few seconds, the valve began to make a loud chatter or jackhammer noise. I removed the filter and the noise got louder. I disconnected the water line at the left upper hinge and retested and the noise stopped. I removed the waterbox cover and found a small amount of water on the cover and water slowly dripping from the opening where the water line goes into the cabinet to the hinge. Also found the ice melting. I found the ice bin door gasket badly crimped allowing warm air into the ice bin and melting the ice. I am ordering the ice bin door, water line in the door, water line from valve to hinge and will return with the filter head and dual valve. No water leaks observed at the end of service. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts.; ordrng 1 W11484606 (Water line from valve to hinge) and 1 WPW10499015 (In door water line) and 1 W11171728 (Ice bin door)"

Reconnected vent and ran a timed dry to remove any residual water from the vent and interior of dryer. Showed customer what I had found and they took a video so they could show the builders the issue. Let customers know I wanted to leave the timed dry running and to allow it to run a full cycle for 40 minutes after I leave to make sure its dry as possible. Explained they would want to disconnect the vent from the wall if it rains to avoid water from getting inside vent again and causing further damage to the dryer. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for long drain error code. Upon arrival unit was full of standing water. Ran drain and spin but unit did not respond. Put unit in diagnostics and activated drain motor but did not energize. Manually drained water out. After most of the water was drained I powered unit and he drain pump kicked on automatically and drained the remaining water. Went back into diagnostics and ran auto test. All passed. Ran calibration and all passed. Ran drain motor test and passed. Called tech line for assistance. SR#7732071281. Tech suggests replacing the drain pump. Impeller could be bad and getting caught. Forcing the water out may have freed it and it energized once plugged in. Replaced drain pump and tested. Unit is still giving issues. Would not properly cancel and drain tub. Replaced control for issues. Ran test and again did not function. Called tech line again for assistance. Recommended restarting unit and waiting 3 full minutes before turning on so that the control can load it?s software. Restarted unit and ran test. Unit did respond properly. Job complete

Upon arrival I put the unit into service diagnostics and found no fault codes, I put the unit into a service diagnostics cycle and found that the unit is operating properly as designed. I found service pointer #W11520474 regarding clicking or metal on metal noises regarding the complaint of clicking noises emanating from the unit, i put the unit in a manual high spin per the service pointer and was unable to replicate any noise. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker creating solid blocks of ice in the ice bin and leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the ice maker is making ice, but will drop a big block of ice, and the ice will not break into pieces. Upon further inspection I found that the ice block was as the mold would make it, but it looks like it is not breaking it up. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F and the IB at 14?F. I then ran an IM harvest in diagnostics and found the harvest working as designed. However, it appeared that the IM would harvest before the ice was completely frozen, which would allow the ice to slip out before it broke. This indicates a faulty thermistor on the IM. I installed the new IM and then tested the unit again. The unit is now running as designed.

Arrived on site for a dryer with a loud screeching noise. I tested the unit and found the sound to be a scratching or scraping noise. Upon further inspection I found a rock in the unit that was most likely causing the noise. I could see the felt on the back of the tub folded over where the rock may have been stuck. They would have to use a lighter to start the flame for the front right burner. Upon further inspection I found the orifice holder needing to be adjusted and not making proper contact with the cooktop surface. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=64 degrees. I removed the evap cover and found a small block of ice on the evaporator capillary tube and no frost on the evaporator. I checked the compressor and felt it very hot to touch. I found the condensate tube leaking in the evaporator pan to the right of the compressor. Thinking it was vibration from the condenser coil, I slightly lifted the tubing and found the water in the pan not moving. When I lowered the tubing back into the pan, air was blowing out even more.No water connections to unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is sometimes going off balance during bulky loads with towels, and some loads are still retaining odor in the clothes. Checked the inside of the unit and could not find any doors at all, or any evidence of mildew or standing water. Had customer show me their detergent, which is a plant based natural brand. Could not find any fault or odors with machine. Advised to use warmer water temps to assist in breaking down thicker detergents, which should assist with odor related issues, and to continue running affresh. I checked codes for off balance and found no codes present. When I ran the unit in a high speed spin, I found the unit rocking a bit on a diagonal axis, which I was able to resolve by adjusting a rear foot. Unit vibrates and moves less. I advised to add more items to towel and bedding style loads to make sure it doesnt go off balance due to wadding up. Unit is working as designed, and no failures were found. Call complete."
