Arrived on site for washer. Inspected unit and work area. Entered diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I then tested unit and found stator noises. I gained access to stator and found a bolt that hold the stator in place had backed out and was free spinning. I reinstalled bolt and then tested. Unit is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site for washer inspected unit and work area. Tested unit in diagnostics and there where no stored error codes. I then tilted unit backwards and found oil all over the gearcase area. I replaced the gearcase belt splutch kit,actuator, and tested capacitor and it was not reading to specs.Re assembled unit ,tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No leaks detected at the time of service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps,in the FC=66 degrees & RC=54 degrees. Placed my gauges in the sealed system and tested the unit and found the compressor extremely hot to touch. The equalized pressures were good at 47psi. I tested the unit in diagnostics test #4. In subtest 3 pressures were high on the low side measuring at 325psi and -10 on the high side (photo). In subtest 4, low side =225psi and high side =+2 (photo). In subtest 5, low=275psi & high=-1. I inspected the FC and RC evaporators and found a ball of ice on both cap tubes and also found the suction line in the RC section badly corroded (photos). As I began to separate the cap tube from the suction line at the back of the unit, the cap tube broke (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce provided SR#7734304397 and read a disclaimer. Bruce advised that the unit would be sent to engineering for review and someone would contact the customer in 24-48 hours. I advised the customer of my conversation with the manufacturer and provided them with the SR#. Unit reassembled and left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for oven not functioning after repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found cooktop functioning but neither oven would ignite. Opened supply completely and tested. Initially both ovens ignited. Noticed that when smaller oven was heating, the larger oven flame would reduce drastically. Also when ovens were in use the cooktop burners were lighting irregular. The lager oven was burner tube would also sputter. It seemed as if he unit was not receiving sufficient gas flow. When trying to run a secondary test the larger oven was having trouble igniting. It took 10-15 minutes to finally ignite but 45 minutes just to reach preheat temperature. Unit is having ignition and gas flow issues.

"Arrived outside and inspected washer and found customer has already detached motor from mounting point. When washer is set to spin motor hums but does not move. Spoke with SW a new motor would be needed to correct issue

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage to the junction and found none. The unit is hard wired in, I used a non-contact voltage tester, I tested it on the coffee maker and confirmed it works, I used it on the hard line for the dishwasher and found no voltage along the line. I went and reset the breaker and found no change. I recommend the customer have an electrician come out and inspect the hardline and breaker.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with a leak coming from the bottom. Upon inspection I found ice at the bottom of the Fc. I checked the Evap and found a healthy frost pattern and the the fan was running and the heating element was good. I check the drain panel and found that it was frozen over so I removed the ice the my steamer and checked for a clog in the drain tube and found that it was clogged I replaced the clog and the rest of the ice and tested the drain system and found that the water drain out normally.i did also notice that the icemaker seems to be making too much ice as it was over flowing the ice bid I made it known to the cx that this could cause some issues and cx said the shed keep an eye on it. Job complete no leaks found after service.

"Arrived to inspect vibration/noise. I entered service test mode and found the following codes stored: F0E3, F8E6 and F0E7 and I cleared for testing. The CX had a load in the unit and I watched it spin and there was an excessive amount of noise from the gear case/motor area. I inspected and found the replacement gear case had failed and there were signs of oil loss on the rotor and surrounding area, which I removed. I checked the basket nut and it was tight as expected. Due to the excessive noise, basket movement and service history, the basket should be replaced as well. The unit will require the gear case, slider, rotor, basket and suspension to be replaced. Arrive to inspect power loss. The CX advised me the unit had lost power several times. I inspected the junction block and found the L1 and Neutral connectors very loose and corrected the issue. The UI malfunctioned several times and I suspect it was due to the repetitive power loss and will need to be replaced. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and unit is operating as designed. When I pushed the unit back into place, I pulled the water hose through the wall under the sink to remove the kink. Arrived on site to install a new heating element. I verified the model and serial number are within range for service pointer W11540964. I installed a new heating element according to the service pointer. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived to inspect noise and extended dry times. I found one of the roller wheels seized and installed the repair kit. The noise was remedied and I tested airflow and temperatures. The unit ran hotter than normal and there was little draw at the vent. I advised the CX to have the vent cleaned out to prevent any further issues and long dry times. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site for washing machine walking. I inspected the unit and work area. I out the unit into diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it making a clanking noise while spinning. I gained access to the gear case. I found the gear case leaking oil causing the unit not to spin properly. The unit will need a new gearcase, cam, and belt. I spoke to the customer about the repair for the unit. They are going to have Lowes replace the unit. Job complete."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the vent and replaced it and the gasket with new. I reassembled the unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=27 degree and the RC=65 degrees. I found frost built up on the FC evap cover. Disassembled the FC section and found the FC evaporator engulfed in frost/ice. I tested the element and its within ohms range. Tested the defrost mode and I got 121V at the element. I tested the bimetal and it was out of range. . I removed and replaced the bimetal harness and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 48 hours before placing items back inside the FC section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect unit not starting and upon service mode entry, I found F2E1, F5E4, F2E1, F2E1 stored in memory. During manual service test, the unit would not lock the lid and I proceeded to automatic test mode for further testing. The unit did not lock or unlock the lid in automatic mode and during the spin and final agitate portion, the movement was not as expected. Motor and gear case area revealed residue from oil that had been flung out from the rotor, on the inner walls of the cabinet and there were signs of the leak in other areas and on the rotor. Manual turning of the rotor was quite stiff and likely causing the unit to be unable to calibrate during automatic test and the cause of the very slow and unexpected movement. The engagement teeth within the rotor were worn as well. The washer will require the gear case, rotor, slider assy and lid lock.

I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water and the wash motor coming on. I gained access to the control and found the unit reviving proper voltage. I ran the unit in normal operation and found it filling and the wash motor coming on. I am ordering a control to complete the repair, as the pilot relay is intermittently working. "Arrived on site for washing machine not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault codes F3e1 pressure system failure, F9e1 long drain, f7e5 shifter fault. I gained access to the gearcase and found the lower harness damaged. I repaired the harness. And put the unit through a diagnostics cycle, I found the unit not shifting or draining, I found the control not sending proper voltage. Was moved to apartment 3034F7-EA motor disconnected . Test unit on spin. Seems like motor tries to spin but makes like a metallic sound . Spoke with SW and after series of test on stator Recommend replacement of stator. Also ordering rotor and harnes. And returning with control . "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack issues. Upon further inspection, I found the upper rack right rear rub wheels were missing. Also found the right track damaged. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing F4E3 error code. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit not getting water due to the water source being turned off. Turned water on and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed and motor sounds good/strong. I am ordering the tub wheels and track and scheduled return service for 08/11/22.
