Customer stated the door gas,eta and damaged. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Went to remove hose from valve and the knob to turn off cold water was missing. Hot water valve has the knob but no water is plumbed to this hot water valve. I was able to use my pliers to turn the cold water stem to the off position. Unfortunately, when I went to remove the hose water was still spraying out of the washers cold water valve end of the hose. Tried using pliers to turn the cold water stem the opposite direction and more water sprayed out. Even with the stem turned to the off position water still comes out of the wall. Explained to customer that the valve was not turning off and until they had a plumber come out to fix it we wouldnt be able to repair and replace the valve. Customer stated the washer has been working great since my last visit when the lid latch was replaced. She may or may not call us back to repair the valve. Again, at the current time and since my last visit the washer is working as designed. Removed damaged bezel and installed new bezel. Customer knows only cold water will allow the washer to run correctly. Job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit power harness shorted and harness grounded. Customer supplying new power cord and will return with needed power block to repair. L1 burnt at power block. ; ordrng 1 WP3397659 (Block)

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop not lighting the rear right burner. Ran unit and saw no spark at all on that burner. Removed cooktop cover and checked wiring. Found the igniter wire for that burner had been run under the cover for the spark module and it was cutting into it and causing it to arc on the cover. Moved wire and insulated. Reassembled and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit had been completely defrosted and dried out perfectly. Disassembled and replaced the evap harness and fan assembly. Shimmed the drip pan and replaced the evap cover. Reassembled and tested unit. Operating as designed at time of completion. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator million not making contact with pivot block. Inspected unit and work area. Found right rear side lower. Added Whirlpool shim to correct. Arrived on site for freezer that had stop freezing. At time of arrival unit was running and temperature was good. While measuring temperature unit went in to defrost mode. Gained access to evaporator and monitored defrost operation and found fully defrosted before going back to cooling. Spoke with customer on possible causes of intermittent cooling. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker had stopped during harvest. I turned the IM off at the switch and turned it back on and nothing happened. I pressed the reset button for 5 seconds and again it failed. "Arrived on site for Dishes Not Drying - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and water filled, wash arms sprayed, diverter turned, and drain pump removed water. Once drain pump turned off I opened the door and water was sizzling across the heating element. Dishwasher running as designed. Customer is using rinse aid. Customer has a water softener so we turned the rinse aid dial down to 1 1/2 instead of 3. I noticed a good amount of suds inside the dishwasher once diagnostics had completed. With the dial turned down on the rinse aid dispenser the suds should subside. Explained to customer that plastic dish ware in most cases will need to be hand dried. He showed me a picture he took previously of the wet items after the dishwasher had completed a cycle and the items were all plastic. Explained the importance of keeping bowls and concave glasses at an angle on racks to prevent water from pooling and leaving water in these concave areas where water cant slide out. Customer was very responsive and understood how the dishwasher works with rinse aid and plastics. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator section not cooling properly. Coolest at bottom of cabinet and warmer up each level. Ran test and isolated fans. In diagnostics mode passed but would not energize in normal operation. Called tech line for assistance. Explained situation and test run and tech recommended replacing RC evaporator cover with fan and thermistor assembly. SR7732079595.Installed evaporator cover assembly and tested. "Arrived on site for washer not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found error codes f8e6 water hazard, f931 long drain, f53e lid will not unlock, I tried to run the unit through a diagnostics cycle and the unit would not respond. I swapped in a new control and tested the unit I found the drain pump receiving power but not rotating. I quoted customer for control and drain pump. I installed the drain pump. I calibrated the unit and ran it through a diagnostics cycle. The unit is working as designed, job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with a no drain condition. On arrival customer had advised me that they have had 2 loads that did drain, but clothes were still wet. Once on towels, and once a very small quick wash. Checked for error codes but saw 0 codes present. Ran unit on high speed spin and verified no wobble or noise present. Checked suspension and found no damaged or broken shocks or springs. Advised to make sure unit does not end up overloaded or off balance, or it will cause it to stop. Per tech sheet could potentially be a bad UI control. Found wc3 connector clip on board broken and not making good contact. Adjusted connector and manually secured. Ran test and was functioning correctly. Due to broken connector clip if symptoms persist unit will need UI board replaced. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to replace ACU from previous diagnosis. Replaced ACU, tested unit, unit working as designed. No leaks detected. If issues persist or future service required for unit, will need two man, 2hrs and ensure customer is aware we would not be responsible to hook dryer vent back up as not enough room and not enough vent hose present. Dryer vent was attached to unit and pulled from exterior and cut to size for flapper door maybe about 12 inches of vent present and virtually impossible to hook back up without removing flapper from exterior and reaching through from outside. Arrived onsite for dryer that wont start. Upon inspection I found F1E1 stored in the fault codes. I confirmed good voltage at the terminal block. I found thermal fuse open. I accessed and replaced the fuse. The unit is running as designed. I tested drum temps and found temps increasing too fast indicting a blocked vent. I went outside and checked what looked like laundry outlets and could not feel or hear any airflow. I advised the customer of my findings but the unit is otherwise working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for walloven (lower half) not going past 100 degrees. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found no errors in diagnostics. Upon further disassembly I found bake element ohmed at 19.7 ohms. Found t.o.d. As well as oven sensor within specs as well. Found power lose from ACU to secondary board. Reset power and found proper connection to secondary board but during diagnostics tests the secondary board was failing to send proper voltage to bake element. When I went to replace the control panel, as shown in the parts breakdown, I found the part I have did not include the UI. I advised the customer of my findings. "Arrived on site for Refrigerator will not get to refrigeration temperature. It is staying at 55? even with trying to adjust it. Same problem I had before. Placed in diagnostics and defrost heater sensor is showing open. Tested defrost heater in diagnostics and thermistors at the board and got strange reading for defrost heater. Thermistors read good. We will return with the main board, evaporator thermistor, and UI to complete the repair. We will also inspect the heater connector to ensure it is getting a good connection. When I tried placing the fridge in a forced defrost the heater wasnt coming on. Once all three parts are installed the fridge should start kicking on the defrost heater to allow the fridge to cool as designed. ;

Tested the unit and found the water dispenser still not working. Checked the water reservoir and found it frozen over again. Steamed the water reservoir up until water began to dispense from the water dispenser. I did advise the customer to run several gallons of water through her water dispenser due to using a new filter. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer filling non stop, I gained access to the unit and found that it was not level, I leveled the unit and then put it into service diagnostics, I found no fault codes, I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the unit is operating properly as designed. I spoke with the customer about proper loading techniques and cycles and informed her that when you run a cycle the unit has to sense the clothing in the unit first and will continue to fill up with water until the appropriate load/cycle will begin actuating and spinning. Arrived on site for unit leaking gas. Inspected unit and work area. Turned gas on and checked inline with gas detector and bubbles. Was not able to identify leak. "Arrived on site for drawer issues. Found glides to bin defective,bearing in glides preventing bins from sliding smoothly diagnosed unit would need middle and side glides.

"Arrived on site for surface light out . Found bulb burned out . Replaced bulb .No other issues found . Job complete ."

"On site for dishwasher not heating. In diagnostics, found F2E1 stuck key. Cleared error. Ran diagnostics cycle. Heater came on. Customer recently moved in (new home build). Advised customer to either use rinse aid and regular detergent or use detergent that has rinse aid included without liquid rinse aid. Informed customer that it takes about 90 washes for rinse aid to properly coat tub to allow better water runoff. Also, that condensation builds at the top of tub and one unit cools, that condensation will fall on top of dishes. To help prevent this, slightly open dishwasher after cycle is complete. For example: if cups on upper rack are dry on the inside, the dishwasher was completed the dry cycle as intended per manufacturer specifications. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite to replace screw and wash plate. Replaced parts upon bolting down the wash plate. The bolt had managed to brake off inside the gear case. Ordered new screw. Need to replace screw and gearcase. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10772621 (screw)

"Arrived on site and inspected washer not completing cycles. Free spun the basket and unit has bearing noise, control issues and draining problems.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failing valve symptom of dripping dispenser and dripping ice fill line. Replaced inlet dual valve. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning quietly, upon inspection found the blower cracked and the motor causing extra rubbing noises. Replaced both parts and tested unit. Complete"
