Arrived on site for ice machine leaking under sink after previous repair. Upon arrival I was instructed that the unit started leaking from the fill line under the sink by the customer upon further inspection I found that the leak was coming underneath the connection that connects the hose to the cut off itself after inspection of the hose I found the seal inside the hose that popped out of place during reinstallation causing a leak was able to re-insert and aligned the seal afterword I reassembled and tested the ice machine multiple times to make sure theres no leaks further from the hose instructed the customer that if this issue happens again the best recommendation would be to just replace the fill line call complete

I ohmd all out and found them good. I gained access to the heater and found significant rust. Upon further inspection I found the connectors severely rusted and breaking apart. I ohmd out the heater and found it fluctuating from open and closed. This indicates a faulty heater. I installed the new heater and then tested the unit. The unit is now heating as designed.

However, I also found a water flow issue at the wall, and the waterline gasket to the dishwasher valve corroded. The corroded gasket was causing the valve at the dishwasher to lightly drip. I got it to stop temporarily during service. However, I let the customer know the line needs to be changed just in case it begins to drip again. "Arrived on site to inspect ice dispenser only dispensing crushed ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice selection on crushed and the FC & RC temps settings at 5 dashes. Customer advised that when she goes to get cubed ice, crushed comes out. I advised the customer that the ice selection is on crushed. I switched it to cubed on the UI and advised that if they get crushed before getting cubed, there will be some crushed that will still get dispensed. I demonstrated to the customer on ice selection on the UI and demonstrated by dispensing the ice. Also made recommendations for temp settings in the refrigerator and freezer sections. "Arrived on site for Freezer no longer freezing.Stored ice starting to melt. Confirmed with Selina fridge was under warranty. Ran temps and fridge was at 45 freezer 35. Ran diagnostics and all systems passed. Fans running, defrost heater working, compressor ramping up. Found when not in diagnostics compressor was not turning on and I could hear the starter clicking but not ramping up the compressor. Tested windings to compressor and compressor is good. Start device failed. Removed start device and installed new start device. Once I plugged in fridge the compressor kicked on immediately. Took temps. Freezer went from 45 to 40 in a five minute period. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the door open indicator on on the UI. When I opened the FC door, I found the half bin housing missing from the top of the FC door causing the FC switch to not get engaged which in turn causes the unit to recognize the FC door constantly open and the unit eventually shuts down. Also, I found the ice bin rod badly rusted as were the dispenser motor bracket, dispenser motor, solenoid, all screws and the motor coupling. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap motor and damper and found both operating as designed. Once I placed a piece of tape over the FC door switch, I monitored the FC evaporator and it began to form a good frost pattern and the unit began to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they recently had their 1 yr inspection and they were told the oven temp only reached 296 degrees on a setting of 350. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 408 degrees. The next three readings were 332, 396, 334 for an average of 354 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. Also found the middle cooktop burner not functioning properly. I found there was grease or cleaning solution in between the burner cap and burner head. Cleaned both and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
