I secured the tubing and tested and could not recreate the issue. During inspection I found the right RC door gasket badly torn and requiring replacement. The RC LH door was warped over 1/4 inch and requiring replacement. Office to order gasket and door and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed charge. Replaced the compressor and evap and dye drier and pulled vacuum for 15 minutes. Vacuum held. Charged system with 4.5 oz of r134a. Advised customer on repair. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the ice maker and the valves. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes in test 56 and found E5-ice maker thermistor is bad. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the fill tube and it too,is operating as designed. When filling the ice tray, I did not hear the valve chatter the virus tech reported. Due to the area where the home is located, the water pressure changes as there are several homes being built. I cycled power to the unit and advised the customer that if the ice maker should fail again to schedule service, at which time, the ice maker and hv control will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WTW5105HC0 Arrived to inspect squealing. I found the belt had started slipping and subsequently damaged the motor and cam pulleys, leaving a large pile of debris under the unit. The gear case was intact and I removed and replaced the motor, cam and belt. I re-calibrated and tested and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service. Drain safety strap added."

"KCGC506JSS00 Arrived to inspect flame issues. I found the left and right front power burners were difficult to ignite. I was able to adjust the burners and get both of them to consistently ignite within three clicks. The flame height was too low, not allowing enough BTUs and I discovered the regulator had been incorrectly set to NG, instead of LPG. After correcting, the high height was correct and low flame adjustment was required and performed. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still not cooling in the rc. Upon inspection I found that the the evaporator was clogged with ice and the thermostat was corroded, which corrupts the signal sensitivity control to control the defrost and cooling of the unit. I remove the ice and I installed new evap cover assembly and ran all functions in diag mode and found unit operational. I did notice that the right side rc door gasket was torn and made this known to the customer they decided to take care of it them selves.

"Arrived on site for freezer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was high temp light on and condensation. At arrival the freezer was not plugged in. I reconnected unit and tested the control and seem to be working fine. Tested the defrost heater and was fine. Also tested the start device and capacitor and looked good. Arrived on site for frost buildup. On inspection found that the gaskets are getting hard and sealing like they should. Found a air gaps in the bottom of the door on the rc and fc. I used a little caulk to seal the gaps. Checked the heating elements and it is work fine.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with water in tub when unit not operating. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub and the customer advised that the unit fills even when the unit is not turned on. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. While testing, I checked ohms readings to all valves, along with voltage reading. I found the main valve was out of range on ohms readings. I removed the inlet hoses and found debris inside the screens on both valve assemblies. I removed and replaced the main valve and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that the inlet hoses would need to be replaced due to the, breaking down internally. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F1E5-inverter error. Cleared the code and found another error code F6E4. Cleared all codes and tested the microwave and oven. I found the oven is operating as designed but the microwave wont heat and it stopped operating and showed the error code again. I pulled the unit out and disassembled the cabinet to find the wave guide damaged on the outside of the guide. When I removed the magnetron, I found the magnetron burnt and the inside of the wave guide damaged.

"WT1501CW Arrived to inspect washer still stalling. I found the unit was triggering off balance and due to prior service and known issues with this failure, I removed and replaced the control. The off balance issue was remedied and further testing showed the unit was also triggering long fill errors. I inspected the valve assembly and found softener resin beads throughout the pre-filters. I advised the customer they will need to have the softener issue addressed and that it is a serious issue that can cause other water problems throughout the residence. I was able to remove all of the debris and the unit then operated fill operations as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for continued door chime issues. Tested all door switches and are good. Contacted Techline for assistance. Tech Recommend replacement of UI. control or both. Customer declined at this time and will call back to proceed. Job complete

Upon arrival I tested for leaks and the ice door and found none i then noticed that the ice maker itself was tilted off to the left and the was a streak of frozen water coming down the back wall where the ice bin sits. I replaced the ice maker and tested it for leaks found none the I monitored the fill tube and found that it didnt drip which caused cause ice to buildup in the funnel and when it good to fill again itll splash over and cause issues. I reinstalled the ice maker making sure that it was straight and then waited for another harvest and found was no longer splashing as much I also noticed some condensation of building up inside of the refrigerator section, then leveled the unit after making sure all of the gaskets were intact to give the unit a better chance of sealing up properly job complete . Found the steel tubes were vibrating and make the noise I used tie wraps to help to quiet the unit down. The unit was not squared up, the doors were not even. That causes the unit to work harder to keep the unit cool and the process it freezes the water tub for the icemaker. The icemaker made ice the first 2 days then stopped. I had the unit harvest and fine home position, no issue. I then called for water to fill the tray it sound like it did put no water was made it to the tray. "WRF535SWHZ07 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the FC rails and noted the door operated as designed, without having to manually push it closed. Since the FC door has been operating better than prior, now a baseline of operation could be established. The RC was over-cooling significantly and I verified the damper operating as designed. I tested the thermistor in a known-temperature glass of water and found it showing 9.47 K at 75?F, (9.88 @ 70? during test imagery) which matches this model per the MFG service manual and has ruled the thermistor out, as the issue. According the the MFG manual, this thermistor does not match the usual temperature charting. All other tests proved the evaporator fan and damper were working as designed, with good airflow. The unit had experienced an exploded water filter prior, drenching the interior of the RC and I suspect the control may have gotten wet and is now not responding to sensor readings correctly. The right RC door gasket had a tear at the top. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service. The prior obvious sign of air incursion into the to left inner part of the door opening had returned and there was an area of moisture within the chassis. The cabinet installation has not been corrected and the chassis, due to being mounted within the incorrectly installed cabinetry, is still causing refrigerator cabinet twist and cannot be corrected without severely protruding out of the cabinet in several areas. The customer is requesting us to contact the MFG to attempt a replacement. I advised the customer we would contact the MFG the following day and follow up. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=12 degrees and RC=44 (setting of 35). I pulled the crisper drawer out and found the RC evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. I placed he unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and could not hear any sizzling from the ice hitting the defrost element. Pulled the unit out and tested the RC evap thermistor at the main control and found it at 88.6 kohms, well out of range. Tested amp draw to the defrost element and it was at 1.32amps and getting 124V. I inspected the FC evap cover and it was good/no ice. Returning tech will replace the RC defrost thermistor and defrost element. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended they unplug the unit at least 24 hours before were return and to place towels around the unit to catch any overflowing water from it defrosting. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no airflow in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=62 degrees and FC=0 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap fan and found it was not operating. When I went to remove the evap cover, I found the cover would not remove due to the evaporator being engulfed in ice. Also found the right RC door gasket torn. ordrng 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher thats not heating. I found an F7E1 error code and ran the diagnostics cycle to reset the control. I found the pump cavitating real bad. I asked the customer if they were cleaning the filter and the customer stated they didnt know about the filter. I checked the filter and found it completely packed with debris and the OWI covered with debris. I cleaned the filter and OWI. I tested the machine and all is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. Use Authorization # W16JR10APL1.

Arrived on site for leaking dishwasher. Ran diagnostics no error codes and found leak at left side at heater element . Replaced heater . Ran diagnostics per WP specs . All checking good . No other leaks detected at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found stable power supply. After further inspection I found ACU burnt out but found no other hardware failures. Replaced ACU and tested unit. Found working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived onsite and found unit not defrosting. Determined the cause of the issue to be lost wire connection on heater circuit. Corrected wiring and tested heater. Unit is now operating. Manually defrosted with steamer to repair. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a washer that seemingly has control panel issues. Upon inspection I found that the panel is functioning properly. Upon further inspection I found that the cold water valve was turned off while the hot water was turned on which can cause the unit to sense that there isnt enough water coming into the unit and it wont start the wash cycle. I contacted this and found that the unit operating and draining in quick wash and draining and spin cycles. I then checked the gearcase actuator and the cam and found them good. Unit operations as designed

Arrived on site for a DW that wouldnt go into wash. Upon inspection I found that the wash motor would not coming on. I replaced the motor and tested the unit and found that the unit operated as designed no leaks.

"Returned to call due to a leaking occurring after I fixed the unit by turning the cold water valve on which may have been left off by builder/installers the leak was pointed out to me by the customer and it was because of the fitting that connects the cold water hose to the water inlet valve on the unit was loose, not by much but enough to cause a leak if moved in a certain way, which is why I missed it the first time I then corrected this by tightening down that fitting and turned back on the cold water and running the unit while monitoring for leaks none showed and I explained this to the customer and then left. Unit is now operating as designed"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the manifold and the igniter harness. Tested unit and the middle burner flame does not go out when it is turn to simmer. No gas leaks detected during service. 7736110020

Building maintenance not willing to remove doors due to insurance liabilities. Owner is not onsite, its tenant leased. Made contact with owner and explained all of the issues and sent pictures.
