I tested the moisture sensor in diagnostics and found it working as designed. I ran the unit through a timed dry and a normal dry. I found the unit working as designed with no issues. I found the exterior vent pinched, I pulled out dry out some and cleared the vent tub. It is now clear and fRee flowing. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer not starting and throwing an error code. I tested the unit and found that as soon as you pressed start, it would throw an F error. I tested voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the control and found the voltage there good. I then checked voltage at the K2 relay and found it only sending 111VAC. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. The unit was now running as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will run for a few minutes and then begin draining. Upon arrival the customer stated it used to be intermittent, but is now almost every time. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error code F8E4 for drain motor electrical problem. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed, but did not completely drain at the end. I then began a normal cycle and found the same issue with no drain. I found nothing clogging nor blocking the drain. The customer accepted. I installed both parts and then tested the unit. The unit was now draining as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service.

Found unit has a failed HV system and will need replacement. I noticed an excessive amount of grease and moisture in the top of the unit. I checked the vent outside and found the vent flap door is open over an inch, allowing moisture to creep into the unit. Advised homeowner they will need to find a way to close down that door, or issues will continue. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. I found the RC=40 and the FC=4. Ice room = 27. I ran test 3 and verified airflow through the baffle. I tested the ice box thermistor and found it out of range reading colder than actual. And the fan not running while out of diagnostics. I found the ice fan working in diagnostics. I removed the ice maker and heated up the thermistor. After re installing the ice fan came on. I found the ice maker in the unit doesnt match the parts schematic, replace the ice maker which includes a new harness and thermistor. The customer agreed so I replaced the ice maker and harness. As soon as I installed the ice ,asker it rotated and dipped as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the next 24 hours to ensure ice production. No leaks detected during time of serviceJob complete."

Arrived onsite for range that will spark randomly while other burners are lit. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found that when the front middle burner is lit the other ignitors will start sparking. I removed the burner heads and cleaned off the ignitor ports and the issue seemed to go away for a short time. I advised the customer to try to clean the ignitor ports with some mild degreaser or vinegar because dirty ignitors and port can cause reigniting.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine not producing ice fast. Upon arrival the customer stated it takes roughly 24hrs to produce the same amount of ice it used to in roughly 3 hours. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin full of thick cubed ice. I put the unit into test mode and found everything working as designed. The customer also provided videos of the ice slabs on the grid. I explained to the customer on how the ice may take a while to drop from there, and as long as the ice is not stacking on there then it is as designed. I also found the unit left on normal ice mode. I informed the customer they most likely used to have it on max ice, and how this heavily increase the ice production. I found the unit itself working as designed.

Due to the sealed system failure, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve and removed the lokring where the refrigerant leak was found and welded a sleeve connector onto the lines. Vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. Installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at 1/125. Evaporator had a good frost pattern and unit is beginning to cool. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food items inside. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has a stuck ice bucket and isnt making ice. On arrival I had to forcefully remove the ice bucket, but it did remove easily after. I checked the icemaker and found cubes stuck by bail arm, but the unit is making ice. Found vent obstructed in the RC, causing a rise in temps, which will keep the icemaker from harvesting. Advised to clear up airflow channels so unit can properly cool, and will make more ice. Icemaker is cycling and working as designed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the top FC door was rubbing on the bottom of the cabinet when closing the door causing it to not seal properly. Also found that the cabinet on the left side at the RC door was dented creating an air gap and is not repairable. Also found at the top left corner of the RC door, the mullion is bent inward creating a gap as well and is not repairable. I found the right side panel is warped, but doesnt appear to be causing any issues. Tested the door and it is sealing properly.
