After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R134 4.5oz . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"KSSC48QMS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. The customer advised me the unit had gone up in temperature in both chambers, over the weekend reached 30-40?F above the set points. I found the FC at 20 and the RC at 39, with the sealed system running. Airflow was acceptable within both chambers and I could hear a intermittent whooshing of refrigerant within the evaporator assy in the FC. Exposing the evaporator, the system had signs of refrigerant loss, or an inefficient compressor. Due to finding no signs of oil or dye throughout the accessible parts of the system and oxidized copper on the system return lines, I suspect inefficient compression to be the cause. Further inspection did not reveal any obvious signs of cabinet air leaks.

By the time of my arrival, the customer had defrosted for several hours and the issue had resolved. I verified the RC fan was operating and acceptable flow was felt. I advised the customer if the issue occurs again, they will need to fully defrost the unit. I could see that the defrost system was working and thee was liquid water within the drip tray. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that was leaking from underneath. I removed the toe kick and tested the machine finding no leaks anywhere. The customer had saw it leaking from the diverter and I pointed at the location of the diverter where they usually will leak and Mr confirmed that was where it did leak from. The customer stated it was dripping very fast when it was leaking. I felt in the shaft housing and it was completely dry and there was no calcium build up anywhere. The customer stated it was the first time it had ever leaked. I checked stored error codes and did have an F9E1 diverter couldnt find position error but we ran the cycle the machine had previous leaked on and the diverter was working properly. The customer didnt want to replace the pump and motor at this time. I did advise the customer to install a dishwasher pan under the machine in case it starts leaking again.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not coolong in the refrigerator compartment. On arrival I checked both compartments and found the RC airflow vent clogged with ice. I checked the freezer and found frost trails, and excessive frost going from the door to rhe evap cover and on top of items. This indicates that the door was left open, and moisture/water froze and clogged the airflow vents. The fan is running currently and I did not see frost through the cover. I advised the landlord to have the tenant defrost the unit to melt the ice down and remove anything that would cause the door to be unable to close. At this time the gaskets do loom good and have a proper seal. If issue returns and there is no frost trail, we can rediagnose a defrost issue.

Arrived onsite for washer that wont spin accept in drain and spin mode. Ran diagnostics and when it went into spin mode it only spun 1 or 2 turns and shut down. The tech before installed a control board and actuator. I checked the capacitor and it 45.5uf the motor was 11 ohms. I calibrated the system and re diagnostics and it spun after the calibration cycle. Put the unit and quick was that the said it would not spin in that cycle. It ran for 20 minutes and it was spinning during the cycle. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop to call techline because the filter is not fitting correctly. The cooktop opening is 3 1/16 x 16 1/2. The drip pan the filter rest in is 16 3/8 long. The opening to the fan is 16 13/16 x 2. The filters we are receiving are 15 9/16 x 5 9/16. I called techline and spoke with Rob SR# 7736654058. Rob stated there is absolutely nothing techline can do about this issue and that we needed to contact Jenn-Air because they do their own parts research. Rob transferred me to Jenn-Air and I spoke with Eva. Eva instructed to have Shana email Sarah back responding to the email from last Monday and attach the photo of the cooktop opening that was taken today. I looked at the part number online with Eva at Jenn-Air and explained that it is the part we are getting but its not long enough to cover the opening fro the fan allowing grease and debris to enter the fan and duct. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they werent sure what was wrong with the unit as they have not been able to remove their ice container from the refrigerator for the past six months. They advised that even though the ice container wouldnt Come out, the unit had still made ice up until the last couple weeks. Attempted to remove the ice container and the ice container would not budge. The customer put a scope inside of the ice container area, and there appeared to be some ice blockage, preventing the ice bucket from pulling out. due to the place where it was stuck, I was unable to steam out the ice. Spoke to SW and advised the customer to thaw out the unit prior to service on the next trip. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after every third wash or so, the unit would leak water and they would find the water on the floor at the bottom left corner. I pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and tested. I didnt find any leaks within the drain tubing, drain pump, or valve hoses. I found water in the vent at the back of the unit (photo). I removed the vent tube and found water all in the tubing. Removed the water and re-installed and retested. I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photo). Made recommendations for use and care and recommended cleaning the unit several times before using again and use a minimal amount of detergent. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the drip tray and found evidence of refrigerant inside of the drip pan assembly. I charged the unit up with 120 psi of nitrogen and found pressures would not hold. I checked all access ports around the compressor area with bubbles and could not detect any leaks from the compressor or dryer areas. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7736710865. He had me run a couple checks and send him photos of the bubble solution at the welds and a picture of the drip pan with the refrigerant inside of it. He then advised that he would send the unit up to review as the evaporator on this unit was not serviceable. He advised to tell the customer that whirlpool will be in contact with us or them, depending on the next steps and make no further repairs at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher tripping breaker. On inspection the breaker was tripped. Reset the breaker and I put the amp meter on two L1 and watched the meter. The most I saw the DW draw was 10amps during a 1 hr wash cycle. The breaker is a GFIC breaker, I told the customer to try changing out the breaker. The unit did knit go into diagnostics mode, I tried for 15 minutes to unit in diagnostics with no luck. No water leaks detected during service."
