"Arrived on site and found homeowner has two sets of stacked front load washer and dryers next to each other. Found incoming water flow is weak during diagnostic cycle. Removed water hoses and found debris on screen. Some debris may have gone into valve and is not allowing it to open properly.

Arrived on site to continue looking for refrigerant leak. Inspected rc and fc evaporators and found no leaks there. Gained access to the uv drier and found dye at the drier coming out of the cabinet. Isolated the yoddle loop and pressurized it with nitrogen and found it leaking in the cabinet.

"Arrived on site for not filling with water properly. Inspected unit and work area. Put unit into diagnostics mode and found error codes. F0e5 off balance and f0e3 over load. We spoke to the customer about proper soap usage and how the different cycles work. We ran the unit through a bulky cycle, and monitored it for 25 minuets. "Arrived on site to diagnose range intermittently beeping and turning on without the customer starting the unit. Upon arrival the customer mentioned that the unit has beeped randomly but has not turned on since. "Arrived on site to diagnose built in refrigerator with lights out in RC and FC. Checked unit and found the lower left LED module out again. Per the sticky note in account, opened and closed door 20+ times to check aurora board, and lights never fully came on. Replaced the module again under 1 year parts warranty. Tested and all lights are working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found the unit leaking from a white plastic piece under the unit on the right front side. The customer was talking about the float switch housing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. The unit did not leak water. I found old water streaks on the side of the door, on the top of the door at the latch and on the tub at the top near the latch area. I removed the outer door panel and found old water streaks at the door latch on the inside of the outer door panel and more on the inside of the inner door panel. I found the streaks running down the inside of the outer door panel down to the hinge area where the customer advised the water was leaking out. I advised the customer of my findings and that it appears that something has been getting caught in between the door and the cabinet seal and water is leaking out at the top of the door. I recommended that they replace the cabinet seal. Customer advised that they would attempt to clean the gasket/seal on their own.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting up in the freezer. Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint with heavy frost and ice sickles coming down from the ceiling of the FC I found the liner and chassis separating around the FC especially on the upper left and lower right corners. I called techline to report. He advised me to seal the gaps with sealant and take before and after pictures of the gaps I used van stock part #(wp482338) and asked the customer to monitor the unit to ensure the issue doesnt return SR#7731994082. Arrived on site to test unit for ice melting. Found no stored error codes with ice maker. Water filling as designed. Tested ice door with water and no leaks detected. Found condenser extremely clogged causing compressor to kick out on thermal. Also found drip pan was extremely bowed preventing water from draining properly. Cleaned condenser and tested unit. I ran diagnostics and found the unit would shake excessively in spin and has a scratching noise after every rotation consistent with a filed gear case. Arrived on site for a washing machine that feet broke and unit was making a rubbing noise during spin. Upon arrival confirmed complaint of feet being broken I found that the chassis support was still intact and that worked I installed the new feet and re-leveled the unit after entering diagnostics I found no error codes stored but during the spin test I was able to confirm the rubbing noise. Found the cause was due to the belt stretching out and slipping on the cam and motor I was able to install a new belt reassembled and tested the unit and found the washer fully functioning as designed and no longer making any weird noises inform customer that washer is ready for use call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making a clicking sound when its agitating. Ran unit and checked error codes. Found no error codes. When unit has a load you can hear a noticeable clacking coming from the bottom when reversing directions in agitate. Replaced rotor clutch and slider to try and reduce noise. Found minimal improvement after. Called tech line and spoke with Ed, SR7731988276. Advised that unit is not leaking gearcase oil, and is running fine with no grinding or broken pieces found. Ed advised that these units will make noticeable operation sounds when agitating due to the load shifting on the gearcase, causing backlash noises. This is a normal operational sound when the unit is breaking in and loosened up. No further repair recommended since unit is working as designed and this is a normal sound. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Not Powering On - Not Operating - Chest and Upright Freezer. Freezer was unplugged upon arrival. Customer stated it keeps tripping the outlet / breaker its plugged into inside the garage so they are leaving it unplugged for this reason. All outlets in the garage are GFCI. Tested outlet I plugged it into and it was good. Removed start device and tested windings, harness amperage, and continuity. Windings and continuity checked good. Amperage was spiking showing a bad relay in the start device that was not switching from start winding to run winding and putting a constant load on the gfci which was heating it up and causing it to trip. If it trips again we recommend that customer replace the outlet with a normal 120 outlet. Removed start device and installed new start device. Freezer running as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Found that drain line is not a replaceable part. Gained access to drain tube and removed white plastic water cap at the end of the drain tube and water poured out. Inspected white plastic cap and found debris inside restricting water from draining into pan to evaporate. Removed cap and cleaned out debris. Made a small slit in the bottom of the cap to allow water to flow through and avoid restrictions in the drain tube going forward. Slit is only big enough to allow water to weep through and at the same time small enough to restrict return air from entering. Found freezer door gasket was sagging. Had SR tech confirm this was not abnormal. Freezer gasket was getting a good seal when door was closed and gasket was tightly secure inside trim to fit. Job completed.

Arrived onsite and replaced freezer light module for failure. Only one module needed. Special project S191AQ. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived on site to inspect b/r element burner issues. Confirmed the element was defective by the hole in the bottom of the element. Replaced both the element and the infinite switch and the unit tested as needed and heated on all settings. Customer satisfied. Job complete

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Checked all heating components and found the element showing no continuity. Remove the element and found a break in the element. Replaced heating element and tested the unit. The unit began to heat and operate as designed.Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that needs dispenser door replaced. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replaced the left hand dispensers door. Tested the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer UL issues. Upon further inspection I found the unit bearing is causing a loud noise during spin cycle. Ordering the outer tub with bearing inner tub, rotor, stator, filter, screws, wash plate, 2 man and 2 hours for a total rebuild. Office to schedule return services after authorization ; ordrng 1 W10193886 (Tub Assembly with Bearing) and 1 W10222008 (Filter) and 6 WP8533953 (Screws)s and 1 W10296143 (Basket) and 1 W11252784 (Wash plate) and 1 WPW10419333 (Stator) and 1 WP8557836 (Plate) and 1 8534042 (Screw) and 1 Authorization (2 man 2 Hours)"

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not turning off the under hood light. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm with the customers complaint and the customer advised that they had bought an appliance lightbulb through Maytag to make sure that it wasn?t the bulb. Tested unit and found the unit still sending voltage to the lightbulb housing even when the light was supposed to be turned off. Ordering main control in the office will need to contact the customer to reschedule due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11391714 (CONTROL )

"Arrived on site for washer leaking water. Upon arrival I found no errors in diagnostics. Found unit grinding metal during agitation and spin. I found under tub comp. that bearing and seals were failing causing water to leak from rotor/stator, plus bearing kit(all starting to rust also). Also found on top back left side of outter tub near recir. Hose connection that outter tub was completely cracked and causing water to pour out during water recirc cycle(all connections around area also extremely rusted out). During tests found tubs touching ground indicating support rods failing

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed compressor. Upon arrival recovered 5.5 oz of refrigerant. Installled new compressor, ui drier. Reassembled and pulled vac. Found no leaks. Found unit psi around 0/150 after 10 minutes run time with no signs of leaks or abnormalities. Call complete."

On site for dryer not powering on. I checked the wall outlet. Found 103vac across outlet. Only getting 120 on one side and 8vac on the other. Informed customer that he would need to call an electrician to correct electrical issue and to call us back if there is any issues with unit after power is restored.

"Arrived on site for After cooking time is entered and start is entered, an 'open/close door' sign appears in the display and oven magnetron does not start , I tried several times with same result. Oven has been re-started twice (power off-power on) with same result. Found good voltage at the wall. Board also getting good voltage. Tested interlocks and they were failing. Removed interlocks and installed new interlocks. Powered on microwave and tested cup of water. Microwave heating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the icemaker turned off. I asked the customer if they had turned that off or if it had been off. He advised that he was unaware that the icemaker was turned off and did not know if they knew that that was the power button for the icemaker. Turn the unit on and the unit began to harvest immediately. The unit ran as designed. Advise customer to see if the unit continues to make ice or if they still have an issue. I did not have an icemaker on hand. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
