Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing ice. I test the unit and found the auger motor would turn about a quarter of an inch and freeze. I replaced the auger motor and found the same issue occurring. I put the unit on crushed ice and checked voltage at the auger motor from the brown/white to blue/white wires and found it dropping from 90VAC to 10VAC. The motor should get a constant 120VAC to work properly. Due to this I am ordering the UI and main control to replace. Upon further inspection I found the IM auger shaft holder broken. After the cycle I found the UI shorting out and the buttons would randomly activate themselves. I am ordering the console and control to replace. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I attempted the main control and the issue changed, but persisted at a more regular rate of tripping the circuit breaker after approximately 30 seconds, vs the prior rate of 20 seconds to two minutes. I separately, at the loads and then at the control, unloaded every possible line VAC load and the issue persisted and all items tested within MFG specifications. The issue likely resides within the failed upper oven control and the CX does not want to proceed with that part of the repair due to the cost of the part. Nothing further can be done to resolve and the CX will be replacing the unit. I uninstalled the control and no further charges collected. No gas leaks detected during service."

Pushing from the left or right only will not put equal force on the rails and leave a gap between the seal. Closing from the center allows the door to close completely. Job complete

"Arrived on site to insect dishwasher clean light flashing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it back in. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4. Cleared the code and continued with testing. During testing, I removed the drip tray from the float switch and found water in the tray. The unit operated as designed. During testing, I found a large amount of rinse aid suds in the tub. It appears that when the customer put rinse aid in the dispenser, instead of removing the cap, they sprayed the liquid into the dispenser getting rinse aid on the dispenser and door. Customer said the unit has never functioned as the clean light automatically came on when they attempted to run a cycle. I cleaned the suds from the unit and removed and replaced the float switch due to not being able to get all the water out the old one. Retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon inspection I found that the evap was clogged with frost. I cleared the frost and tested the thermistor and the defrost heater and found that they where all good I put unit into a forced defrost no found that the heater came on then I switched the defrost mode to basic as it was set to adaptive. I check that all the fan where operating properly and they where I tested the compressor and found that it would star and run normally. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not leaved Which can cause the doors is not to seal properly, i corrected this.I also noticed when I arrived The freezer was packed with food I did advise the customer that whenever pack in the freezer to leave enough space so that the vents can get adequate airflow. I checked the drain tube found that it was clear and sealed up well. unit began cooling again as air flow returned. Job complete."

During the wash cycle of testing, I found water leaking from the left side overflow tube. After several tests, I finally pin pointed the leak coming from the lower corner of the door gasket. I adjusted the gasket and retested several times and the unit did not leak anymore. I advised the customer of my findings and to monitor the unit. I recommended they call it in for service if they see water leaking or if the unit has the F8E4 error code again. I cleaned the drip pan and float switch and placed them back into position. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine making an abnormal clicking noise. On arrival the customer had a video of the noise. I found the noise occurring during spin and it sounded almost like a card in spokes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then manually activated spin, agitate, and a diagnostics cycle to found the unit running as designed with no abnormal noise. I then loaded the unit and ran it to find no abnormal noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it running as designed. At the time of service I could not replicate the failure. Call complete."
