Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not powering on. I confirmed the filter board was not passing voltage. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not draining correctly. I found the drain hose elbow collapsing causing the issue. I put a twist in the hose to correct the issue and tested the unit. The unit drains properly and is working as designed. I did find the door rubbing against the screws the installer mounted the dishwasher with because it was not mounted correctly thru the brackets. The brackets are missing and the W11573757 right side tub plug is missing. These parts and the mounting screws would be needed to install the and machine correctly. I explained to the customer that this is an installation issue and since it is past 30 days they would need to contact the builder who would need to contact Whirlpool. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect no power. I found no faults with the unit and the customer said the issue occurred during recent power issues. I found the breaker had tripped and when setting the unit back up, the clock would not go to manual mode and could not be reset. I removed and replaced the control and the clock issue was resolved. "Arrived on site for a dryer that has a check vent light that stays on during automatic cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that on any other cycle besides time to dry, the unit seems to flash the check vent sign and they have checked their lint trap and vent hose for any restrictions and have found none. Pulled up to use and care guide and did it show the customer that the check vent signal is meant to show that theres some kind of airflow restriction inside of the dryer vent. Ran a vent test kit on the unit and found good airflow for gas dryers but poor airflow for electric dryers. Checked behind the unit and found that the vent hose was kinked in two separate areas due to where the vent hose goes into the wall. I did advise the customer that with how they have to Set up the dryer, they may want to switch to a periscope style vent. I did explain to the customer that if there are further issues, they would need to check in their ducting going out of the home to see if theres any kind of restriction up into the attic or out of the home. I could see where water had gotten in the particle board on the left side cabinet at the bottom but found no bowing from the wood at this time. Arrived on site for the washing machine that will not drain and is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to run the unit through manual drain and did not hear the drain pump turn on. Gained access to the control and checked resistance through the drain pump. Found the drain pump circuit open. Checked underneath the unit and removed the drain pump electrical connection from underneath. Checked resistance on the drain pump itself and found 19.7 ohms of resistance indicating a good drain pump. Check continuity between the light blue and the black wires going between the drain pump and control and found the neutral (black) wire showing open between the control and drain pump. Attempted to find the split in the wire but was unable to do so due to so much electrical tape covering most of the wiring. Ordering a lower harness for repair and will return with the drain pump and control. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness)

Arrived on site for RC leaking water. On inspection found the RC evap cased in Ice. Ordering the parts to fix the issue according to service pointer w11092686. Inform the customer that the it needed to defrost when we get back so we can complete the job in a timely manner. Customer sign the disclosure on how to defrost the unit. Leaks were detected due the issue of the evap.

Arrived on site for fridge smoking. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer stated it was coming from the fresh food section. I gained access to the evaporator and found the defrost heater came u clipped and was melting the fan scroll. I called safety and document my findings. I am ordering a new fan scroll and defrost Heater. ordrng 1 W11608966 (Fan scroll) and 1 W11621725 (Defrost heater)

"Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with intermittent defrost issues in fc. Found ui, and hv control not communicating with fc sensors. Both controls and fc harness will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 W11658799 (Harness) and 1 W11608967 (Ui) and 1 WP482338 (Silicone)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing enough ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found water leaking at the top left back corner of the unit where the ice maker fill tube is located. I inspected the tube and found the rubber cracked (photo). Also found the left RC door inner liner dented inward and not making good contact with the left door switch (photo). Inspected the ice maker and found the fill tube chute full of ice and the tube clogged with ice. I tested the ice maker using my jumper wire from points T-H and the ice maker harvested as designed. Also found the right RC door gasket torn (photo). I am ordering the left RC door, right RC door gasket, dual valve, and ice maker fill tube. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Ice maker turned off at the UI. No further water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Fill tube) and 1 W11435353 (Left RC door) and 1 W10830274 (Right RC door gasket)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not completing a cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display flashing 12 mins. The customer advised that they had started a wash cycle and thats where it had stopped and wouldnt finish. I cleared the cycle and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit vent fan assembly failed to come on. I removed the outer door panel and removed the vent assembly and found the motor locked up. I am ordering the vent assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service for 02/09/23 and upon return service, I will replace the vent and main control. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 WPW10469574 (Vent)"

"Arrived to inspect temperature swings and frozen produce. I had reviewed the prior history of the unit at length and elected to replaced the Orion, HV (dispenser controller included) and UI as a set. I removed and replaced all the aforementioned controllers and tested. The unit had full function and during final inspection, I did find the RH RC door gasket was tearing at the top, near the flap. Office to order gasket and set service for GCO for follow up. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10917313 (RH RC Door Gasket, GY) and 1 GCO (Tech GC)"

Arrived on site for latch issues . Found strike on lid broken . Ordering strike .

Arrived on site for dishwasher not working. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f4e3 in diagnostics. Found u it filled and drained but wouldnt cycle water through sump asm.
