"Arrived on site and inspected dryer not heating. Confirmed the complaint and checked voltage at the outlet and got 21 volts. I also checked the standard 120 for the washer and got 124 volts. I accessed the breaker box and the switches marked for the dryer looked to be tripped. I turned them off, then on again and checked voltage at the outlet again and got the same reading of 21 volts. I checked the element, cutoff and thermostat and all were working properly. Customer saw my readings. I advised her the issue is with the outlet, not the dryer. Landlord to be contacted by the tenant. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit doesn?t spin but it also does not wash. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the agitation sounding funny and the spin not spinning the basket but only spinning the agitator. Checked underneath and did not find any evidence of oil leaks or issues with the cam or shifter. Attempted to remove the wash plate and found it seized onto the driveshaft. Attempted to use vice grips and a dryer belt to lift up on the agitator. Could not get the wash plate up far enough to pop off. Attempted to push down on the wash plate to slide it back down and jerk it but the wash plate would not get past a certain point. End it will need complete rebuild for repair. Ordering outer tub, inner basket, clean out filter, hub drive assembly, splutch assembly, gear case, wash plate, and screws. The office will need to contact the extended warranty for authorization on the repair as well as contact about I need for two men and two hours. At control, P1-2 P2-7 FC heater 122VAC, 31 ohms. From control P5-3 P5-4 FC thermistor, 7.4k ohms, 2.2vdc. Ran test 6 bi metal and heater. Took off evap cover. Found heater functioning. Found ice build up covering fan blades. Steamed out FC evaporator. Tested fan operation, found it functioning. Customer stated previous tech didnt steam out FC last trip. All defrost components functioning as designed. Informed customer that if the unit wasnt cleared of the ice buildup, they would experience the same issue due to the fan not operating because of ice around it. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles after a load has been run through. The customer advised they?re having to unplug the unit and reset their unit every single time between cycles. Test of the unit and diagnostics and found an F5 E4 (lid not opened between cycles) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Arrived onsite for stuff in the freezer being over frozen and iced over. Looked at the unit and found that the seal along the freezer door had a gap and the refrigerator door somehow had fallen down a bit from the bottom hinge. Tightened screws for the bottom of door and pulled together and sealed as normal. Heated the gasket on the freezer door to close the gap. Was able to close the gap. Let tenant know to let the unit un plug the unit to unthaw for 48hrs before using once again and to have towels ready for the water that will come from the unit. Also called landlord to update on the issues and the fix as well. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose built In refrigerator with over temp alarm going off. Found temps in both compartments warm. Could feel heat radiating from the unit, especially top cover. Removed cover and checked compressor and found it scalding hot, no frost pattern on evap. Compressor, Evap, Heat Exchanger, drier and access valve, tubing kit, pan heater, permagum."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, RC evap,drip, and RC evaporator. While removing the evaporator, I found the RC defrost thermistor was bad, as were the RC evap cover and damper control. I advised the customer of my findings and they requested replacing whatever needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the damper, RC evap motor harness with thermistors and foil taped and ziptied the defrost thermistor to the suction line, and replaced the evap cover. I vacuumed the system and install 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Tested in diagnostics test #4 and pressures are good. Unit is operating as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I did a factory reset on the control and retested the components and they are functioning properly. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the main control and programmed. Retested and unit is operating as designed. Being as this is a new build and vacant, I left a brochure and left instructions on connecting the unit to WiFi. I made contact with the builder and recommended that they let the new homeowners know to connect to WiFi. Job completed."

"Arrived on site and found refrigerator doesnt have any incoming power. Breaker was off, after resetting breaker power is on and compressor is running, evap fan motor is running. Condensor fan motor is running.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran test and all passed. Found that customer was not using rinse agent. Instructed customer on continual use of rinse aid proper loading per use and care guide. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not sealing. Upon arrival found unit top washer missing causing fc door to rub against rc door. Ordering washer office to reschedule upon receiving.; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with light not working. Found freezer led module failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for refrig IM ice is frozen together and dispenser water dispensing very slow.. wheel on the bottom is broken. Found bottom left roller and leg mount missing wheel. Removed left roller and installed new left roller. Tested water dispenser and water would only trickle out. Removed filter and water came out in a strong flow. Ran harvest and completed without issue. Ran water fill test and no water is coming into mold. Returning with all parts plus valve to complete the repair. Replacing the triple valve should resolve the water not coming into the mold. Otherwise filter head may be necessary for replacement too. Customer will be purchasing a new filter for installation upon our return. Currently the bottom ice maker is working and water dispenser is dispensing with filter removed. ; O-emld tckt
