Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is leaking water when it is off. I found an F6E4 open float switch stored error code. I found that the fill valve was not weeping water. I tested the machine in the diagnostics cycle finding it working as designed. I found the RO system connected to the dishwasher drain tube at the disposal with a Y fitting. I took a photo. I explained to the customer to have the RO drain moved down on the P trap drain line and to connect the dishwasher drain line directly to the disposal. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not cleaning clothing. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they were having the unit replaced. Upon further inspection, the customer advised their clothing is not getting cleaned and have some dry spots on them at the end of a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and all components are good. I contacted techline and spoke to Adrian and advised of the complaint, the history and my findings today and that the customer is having the unit replaced but I wanted to get documentation on the unit in case it gets resold by the vendor. Adrian advised that with the unit having the previous repairs and is operating as designed to not replace any parts and provided SR#7736786853. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and had the customer sign for their receipt. No repairs needed at this time and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found by rubbing my finger on the area that it was dirt/debris and was able to remove the debris with my finger. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the filter control board shorting against the chassis, I remove and replaced the board and tested. The lights functioned and then when I tested each speed for the blower, when I got to high, the unit shut off and nothing functioned. I tested voltage at the outlet and to the control and got 122V. I tested ohms readings to the motor and they were within range. Contacted techline and spoke to Steven and advised of the repairs and issues after repairs. Steven advised based off testing to replace the blower and advised information would be documented to previous SR#7736689613. I am ordering the blower, capacitor, filter board and control panel and office to schedule return service. Cleared code and tested. Unit does heat and tumble. Ran air flow check and unit recorded bad airflow. Pulled unit and found vent hose is about 5-6 feet long, kinked and jammed into place. To get laundry door closed unit has no be pushed all the way back. Disconnected line and ran test again. Unit is now showing good air flow. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the bottoms of their cups on the top rack are not drying and sometimes they find water on the inner door panel. I found the customer is using rinse aid and they advised they just started using it. Also, the customer has a water softener system. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised that due to the plastic tub and having a water softener system, the unit may not dry as well as other units. I advised that the bottoms of the cups where they are bowed inward and their plastic Tupperware items will not dry and will have some water/droplets still on the items. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the light panel and found the filter board had shorted out at the fuse because it had come in contact with the chassis. I removed and replaced the filter board and mounted it correctly. There was no valve actuation on either the hot or cold and I could not feel or hear the solenoids humming, as expected. The circuit, tested from the control side showed open to the valves. I inspected the harness and found the final connector (not depicted within the diagram) unplugged and after reseating it, the issue was resolved. Upon further inspection, customer advised they had frost build up in freezer section and they had cycled power to allow unit to defrost. Found the unit not installed and leveled properly and the freezer section cleaned out. Tested temperature in the freezer ad found it a 5 degrees. Also found the freezer door difficult to open. Using grease (WP 542638) from van stock, I greased the rails on the freezer rack and bottom drawer and tested. Leveled the unit and tested both RC doors and freezer drawer and all are closing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin with water in it and the customer had a towel at the back left side of the FC section catching the leaking water as well. I disassembled the FC section and found the ice maker tray dripping water at the back right corner. I removed the ice maker and found water running out of the fill tube (photo). I pulled the unit out and attempted to turn the water off at the valve at the wall and found the valve not able to turn. "AER6303MMS0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I tested to 425?F and the breaker did not trip on this unit. Engaging all cooktop burners and verifying current to the back element, simultaneously, did not trip the breaker either. I removed the rear panels and checked wiring and found no issues. Amp draw on bake ranged between 11 and 15 amps, depending which element the unit was utilizing during preheat, and then 11 amps for the bake element during normal cycling. With all top burners operating, 38 amps was the highest current draw and well within the range of the VAC supply. Operational test good."
