Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not powering up. Inspected unit and work area. Consumer advised that the unit stopped midcycle and has not been able to power back on cents. Confirmed the customers complaint and check voltage at the control. Only found 25 V going to the control. Certainly unplug the unit from the wall and the unit popped inside the wall plug. Went to the breaker to flip it back on and check voltage at the wall on the other wall plug. Found 5 V going through the ground line. I did advise the customer that they may want to have there plug looked at due to issue with unplugging the unit as well as voltage found. I did check between hot and neutral and found 120 V. Check voltage again at the main control using the bottom plug and found 127 V. Replaced main control and went to drain the unit. Found the control pop as soon as the drain pump was activated. Unit will need new drain pump and control for repair. Or ordering a new control and will return ; ordrng 1 W11543994 (Control)

Advised him to purchase a periscope style vent hose for aluminum valve and hose to install to ensure that he does not have any issues with drying. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Placed the unit in diagnostics and found an E 14 (slow drain) and E16 (drain pump algorithm failed). Spoke to JC and was advised to just replace the drain pump due to no other faults found. The customer did show me a video of what happens to the unit when it does not complete the cycle. What shows on the video is that the unit is consistently trying to drain the unit and is not activating the spin cycle. Replaced the drain pump and ran the unit through diagnostic testing. Checked the drain pump, fill valves, and pressure sensor and all checked good. Advised the customer to run several cycles to see how the unit responds and to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete."

I called techline and spoke to Leon and kept the same SR# 7732374464. Leon stated that when the light setting is on low the voltage to the lights is lowered. This is actually going to cause a flicker visible to the eye. He stated the high setting actually flickers as well, but it is so fast that it is just not visible to the eye. "Arrived onsite for a range that is over heating during bake cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle and checked temperature fluctuations. Found the unit fluctuating between 380?F and 290?F. The customer advised that they did change the settings on their control to try to adjust for that one cycle that seem to burn her brownies. Found the unit was set at -30?F under calibration. Adjusted the calibration back to factory setting and tested the unit in a 375? bake cycle. Found the unit reaching up to 405?F and then dropping back down to 360?F. Advise the customer that at this time the unit is working as designed and to watch her next few bake cycles to ensure the unit is cooking properly. I advised her that she may need to mess around with the temperature calibration a little bit to make sure the air unit is working to her satisfaction. However, the units seem to be working as designed. Call complete."

Canceled the cycle and place the unit into a drain and spin. The unit ran for 10 minutes with no sounds present. Just the unit again and could not replicate the issue. Found the fill tube completely frozen so I had to steam off excess ice. Remove the ice buildup inside of the icemaker funnel and steamed out ice buildup in the fill tube. Attempted to jump icemaker to ensure everything was working properly but the unit would not turn. Checked voltage going to the icemaker and only found 25 V. Attempted to trace back voltage and could not get voltage even at the wire harness coming in from the compartment. Power cycled the unit and found proper voltage again. Jumped the icemaker in the unit began to harvest and fill as designed. Call complete.
