Arrived onsite for a wall oven the is showing F2E1 ERROR CODE. Upon arrival the code was present on the screen. I power cycled the unit and found no change I replaced the ui and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed. Upon further inspection I found that the door seal was flattened which can cause hot/steam to escape and flowing to the ui causing this issue. I fluffed the seal back up to creat a better seal and I also advised the customer to do this every so often to help with the issue.

I examined the vent and found it is the type without a solenoid, so it's open for steam to escape. Based on the size of the trails it's also possible that the upper spray arm cracked and is spraying directly into the vent. I replaced the upper spray arm and advised customer on how the unit functions. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven not reaching temp. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter and thermal couple, I placed the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Using my 2nd multimeter, I tested the lower oven the same way. Before I started testing, I found the customer had a cover over the bottom panel in both ovens and the bottom panel was warped. I advised the customer that the bottom panel cannot be covered as it restricts the heat rising and temps will be off. I continued with testing and for the top oven, my preheat temps was e80 degrees. My next five readings were 389, 312, 391, 321, 383 for an average temp of 359.2 degrees. For the lower oven, my preheat temp was 379. Next five readings were 383, 309, 387, 317, 388 for an average temp of 356.8 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

Arrived on site for leaking upon arrival found evidence of water leaking onto floor. Raised unit to inspect lower components. Hoses and pump are good. And there are no signs of cracked tub. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non-responsive and was plugged in and the breaker turned on. I tested the outlet and it was good.I inspected the junction box and found the harness not wired properly. I removed the outer door panel and found the control with 120V. I found the control panel fascia beginning to bubble up around the selections/start keys. I removed and replaced the control panel and tested and found the unit responding. I placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I re-wired the junction box harness. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the fan was working, I installed the new control board in the unit. Tested the temperature, Rc was 36?& fc 0? . Customer had a digital thermometer taking temperatures. It said the rc was 43? I put the thermometer into the freezer for 25 minutes in it read 22? my meter read 0?. Customer had a mercury thermometer I but it in for 5 minutes and it read 7?. Told the customer if they are using the information of the digital thermometer then they were getting incorrect information. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a MW with no power. Upon arrival I found that the unit had no power. I checked power at the outlet and found that the outlet had no power I checked the breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker and used my outlet tester to che polarity and found that it was good the I checked voltage and found it good too. I check the power cord and found that the neutral and ground were shorted to one another. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found that the ground and neutral at the filter board where touching I corrected this and reinstalled the unit and tested it and found The unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site to inspect top load washer running unbalanced. I found the unit not leveled properly causing the basket to be almost touching the front of the cabinet. I raised the front feet and centered the basket within the cabinet. I then ran a high spin test and found the unit running smoothly with no shaking. I also found error code F0E7. I walked the customer through connecting to WiFi and updating the software. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that intermittently has grinding noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video and advised that the unit tends to do it more often on heavy duty loads but that they have other loads thatll run just fine. Ran the unit through it a speed spin and found what sounded like something wobbling underneath. Gained access underneath and found the rotor bolt missing. Check the slider and from the slider had also been worn. Replace the slider and added the new rotor bolt on. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
