Upon further inspection, the customer advised that a pitcher of tea had spilled on the countertop and got on the dishwasher and it stopped working and showing an error code. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I attempted to clear the code but the code would not clear and the drain pump continued to turn on. I gained access to the drain pan and float switch and found the tea had somehow gotten inside the pan and caused the float switch to engage. There was standing water within the tub and the drain pump would only hum and could not be jostled free. I vacuumed the water from the machine and then inspected the pump, finding debris within it that had also scored the inside of the housing. I removed and replaced the pump and then found the gear case had lost oil, that was then flung around the inside of the cabinet and in the rotor. The machine will require the gear case and slider. A drain safety strap will be required as well. No leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the onside was coming from the rear of the unit and he last hear it last night. When I arrived I did not observed the sound however I gained access to the rear of the unit and slightly pressed on the back cover and could feeling it vibrating and causing a similar noise. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from freezer compartment. Upon further inspection I found the the drain in the freezer evap pan was frozen due to the heater probe being displaced. I gained access to to the rear of the unit and verified that the drain pipe is in good condition. I defrosted the frozen drain and made sure the probe is back where it need to be in order to prevent the drain from freezing again. No water leaks observed at the end of service. Unit is operating as designed No parts replaced.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for scratch on freezer door. Took a rag to what appeared to be scratches and found it was glue. Removed glue and unit is now good. No parts replaced. Job complete.

Bonding strap between neutral and ground has been removed. Started a bake cycle, bake cycle engaged but when relay clicked to switch to broil, breaker tripped. Per service pointer (W11490386), replaced bake element (W11182108), broil element (W10856603) and control (W11594188). Removed ground strap and started a burn off cycle. Engaged bake cycle at 500? for 30 minutes. After time elapsed, secured ground strap back to chassis and started another bake cycle at 500?, breaker did not trip. Burn off was successful. Advised customer to continue running bake cycle for an extra 90 minutes to ensure no future issues. Also advised if breaker does trip again to get it replaced. If breaker still trips after breaker was replaced, contact WP customer service for next steps. Contacted techline to document SR#7740180965. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"WUI75X15HB01 Arrived for prior part order. Inspection revealed the drain tube was routed along the lower part of the wall to the right of the machine, and then back and several feet up to a drain for a washer in the next room. The tubing was not the MFG required W11572053, which due to the length of the run, would have to be doubled, or even tripled, to reach. Further, the tubing installed was standard 1/2 ID vinyl and not corrugated, which can crush or kink easily, stopping flow and creating other unwanted issues with leaks. The vent tube that was leaking, was not routed as the newer machines and passed into the harness and system tubing duct, as it should have been, and I corrected, negating the need for the tubing clamps. I discussed the drain issue with the customer and they reached a better solution of having the machine installed closer to the drain. The water supply would have to come from the cold water supply for the washer, but adapters exist to complete the supply line. The management will advise their maintenance staff on placement of the machine and we will be contacted if further issues occur, or if the external pump still has issues. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing items in RC. Found thermistor was reading internal RC temps at 60? when it was 28?. Replaced control box(W11594670) and thermistors(WPW10384183). Advised customer to monitor.

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing properly. Tenant stated maintenance turned water on and unit is now working but leaking. Found drain hose was not installed in drain pipe. Secured drain hose and unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which was the cam assembly grinding. I tilted the unit back and removed the belt and pulley to find the cam was slipping due to gearcase oil leaking. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11239857, W10721967, W11449840"

"Arrived on site to test unit for in level doors and drawer not gliding. Upon arrival customer stated doors are uneven and the deli drawer is hard to pull out. Tested unit, drawer is pulling out as designed. There will be some tension when pulling the deli drawer out but that is normal. Leveled unit, doors are now even. Customer approved. Unit is now functioning as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Replaced both elements and control. Now showing f9e0. Confirmed voltage is good. Rd-Bk=250, each to Wh=125 same to ground, g-w=0. When relay closes I find zero volts but relay no always closing. Getting 75 v from rd-rd/wh. Called tech support. File #7740180286. Gave readings. Arrived onsite and found unit doors misaligned. Leveled the doors by adjusting the cabinet. All else checks good. No parts used

"2011 for unit and gate. Arrived on site for no ice. Found icemaker would run half harvest return and continue same sequence,ran icemaker diagnostics failed icemaker ran half harvest then rotate in opposite direction. Powered unit off installed a new icemaker powered unit on same issue would run half harvest return then continue same sequence of running half,return and start over. Called tech support per tech support will order another icemaker and dispenser uiSR#7740184697; ordrng 1 W10908391 (Icemaker) and 1 W11099702 (Ui) and 1 W11333076 (Main control)"

"GS5SHAXNB01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. On arrival found RC And FC very warm removed back cover and felt compressor little warm but not running . Compressor tried turning on but has a locked motor . Back a forth it would turn on then turn off . Also control Display was out no temperature on display. Ordering part#2255233, wpw10143759,w11506635,W10309994 also need two hour for job. Returning parts just in case needed. Arrived onsite for unit start button not functioning. Button does depress but led does not illuminate and does not respond with control. Button control is part of the main control. Ordering mail control. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11683480 (Main control)

Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Found wires to drain pump were cut. Installed butt connections and completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit is now working as designed. If issue happens again recommend lower harness replacement. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and installed new counter weight and bolts. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no operating. Upon arrival customer stated whenever cycle was started, unit would say its sending, then itll switch to done and cancel the cycle. Verified issue, started a quick wash cycle, when unit begin to sense by agitating and spinning, you can hear a buzz but basket is not moving. Gained access to underside of the unit and tested capacitor, reading out of capacitance. Replaced capacitor (W11395618) and tested unit, unit is now sensing properly and is running as designed. Advised customer that the maximum capacity for a load size should not exceed 40% of the basket. No leaks detected, job complete."
