Arrived on site to test unit WUI95X15HZ02 for shutting off. Upon arrival found ice maker off. Attempted to turn on with no success. Bin also full of water indicating failed external pump. Replaced external pump (W11539855) and applied power; unit powered on properly. Tested function of unit; found low water pressure during fill. Replaced filter provided by customer and retested; water pressure now proper, but unit continuously filled and overflowed, indicating failed water level sensor. Replaced recirculating pump (W11542867) and tested; unit now fills to proper level with ice sheet being produced. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on-site to test unit for not cooling properly and making noise. Tested unit and found the ice maker fill tube was leaking during the fill cycle, causing water to accumulate and freeze around the fan scroll and interfere with fan operation. Removed all ice buildup from the fan scroll area, installed a fill-tube extension, and applied adhesive/sealant (P/N W10841140) around the fill tube using truck stock. Tested the ice maker fill cycle and verified proper water flow with no further leaking. Fan is operating properly and unit is now running as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for the unit not operating correctly. Ran diagnostics and found an F4E3 error code, indicating a wash motor/circulation motor issue.Checked incoming power to the circulation motor and verified that the motor was receiving the correct voltage; however, the motor was not operating or circulating water as designed. Determined that the sump and motor assembly had failed. Replaced the sump and motor assembly.After completing the repair, found that the dishwasher was not connected to the water supply, preventing a complete operational and leak test from being performed. Advised the customer that once the water supply is connected, they should run the dishwasher and carefully check underneath and around the unit for any signs of water leakage.Unable to verify for leaks at this time due to no water supply being connected. After running a full test I found the upper spray arm getting stuck in place causing water to spray on the front door causing the water leak. Arrived on site to inspect dryer WGD4850HW2 making noise and taking multiple cycles to dry. Upon further inspection I gained access to the inner components and found rollers and pulley were worn causing the noise. I installed the dryer repair kit and vacuumed the dryer and reassembled and tested the and found it had good airflow however the gas had never been turned on which is why it was not drying properly. I turned on the gas and checked the heating and it operating and cycling as designed. No gas leaks observed during service 4392065

Arrived on site for washer leaking. Cx stated that washer only leaks when washing bedding or towels. Ran diagnostics and no fault codes. Ran component test and filled washer halfway with water. Ran fast agitation for 5 minutes. Found no signs of leaking. Cx does have a dog and there was dog hair between bellows and glass. Advised cx to keep bellows and glass free from hair and deposits. This can cause a gap in door and cause leak. Advised cx to run normal cycle again and if it leaks to call back.

Arrived onsite for unbalance in washer. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic test cycle and completed with no issue, ran a spin med and high speed and found cam slipping, checked underneath and found cam teeth worn, replaced cam, actuator and belt and unit now operates as designed. Stated to customer there was a error saying that a load was detected during clean washer cycle. Customer threw a small sheet and 2 other items into the unit and stated its swaying weirdly, advised customer it is a unbalanced load, customer stated it wasnt right due to it being a light load. Arrived on site for dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1 that has no power or function. Checked unit and found control and panel non functional. I checked the terminal block and found good power supply. I found the installed wire nut was not holding the L1 wires together. I replaced that wire nut with a better fit, and unit powered on immediately. Tested and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFC236SPS02 ice maker tray falling out of its assembly. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer had the tray sitting on top of the unit and I found the ice maker thermistor hanging from the assembly. I gained access to the ice maker housing and removed it to find ice in the fill tube area. I contacted a manufacturer Rep to discuss my findings and their recommendations. The Rep recommended following the service pointer (W11832817 Rev. D) and to remove the ice maker air duct. I provided photos of my findings to the Rep. Following the servics pointer, I cleared the ice from the fill tube then replaced the ice maker and removed the air duct. Igained access to the dual valve in the RC section and removed and replaced it and positioned the valve harness under the valve to keep it from interfering with the air tower installation. I then placed a foam gasket in the gap at the upper left edge of the air tower. I removed the fill tube with heater and cleared the ice from the opening and applied a piece of foil tape approximately 3/16 of an inch from the opening to help heat the tube. I reassembled the unit and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and should the ice maker fail again to take photos of the ice maker and call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for the customers concern of a rattling/vibrating noise while the unit was running. Started the dryer and performed an operational test to duplicate the reported noise. Confirmed a noticeable rattling sound coming from the blower housing area.Disassembled the necessary panels to gain access to the blower assembly and inspected the blower wheel, motor, and surrounding components. Found the blower wheel was loose on the motor shaft, allowing it to vibrate and create the rattling noise during operation. Properly secured the blower wheel to the motor shaft and verified that it was seated and tightened correctly. Also inspected the surrounding tubing/ducting and found some areas where vibration could cause additional noise. Installed sound-dampening pads around the tubing to prevent contact and reduce vibration/rattling during operation. Reassembled the dryer and ran the unit through a complete operational test. Verified the drum is tumbling properly, airflow is present, and the previous rattling noise is no longer occurring. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete.

I found the oven wiring disconnected from the junction box. I tested the appliance wiring harness and found that the L2 wire is shorted to ground. I will need to order the main wiring harness. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRMF706ESS05 not cooling properly in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees and ice maker housing=10 degrees. I found ice in the bin as well. I disassembled the FC section to find ice in the top right side of the evaporator. Also found the evap grill broken and barely hanging onto the evaporator and fan shroud. The customer advised that a previous company had replaced the thermistors in the freezer. I found that the defrost thermistor had been cut and spliced into the harness and by the looks of the heat shrink, the connection from the thermistor wires to the harness was not good and the unit wasnt going into defrost mode like it should. I forced a defrost in diagnostics test 38 and tested the heater and it is operating as designed. Based on my findings, I am ordering the FC evap motor/harness and evap grill. Scheduled return service for 08/31/26. Returning tech to replace the FC evap motor harness, evap grill and hv control. Arrived on site ro dishwasher nott draining. Ran drain cycle and heard pump kicked on but no water through hose. Sucked out drain hose which was full of food debris. Tested dishwasher again and it filled and drained. Notice that drain hose was not looped and went straight down from disposal. Looped hose so water wouldnt flow back into dishwasher. Should cx how to run vinegar wash. Advised cx if smell is still there after cycle ends to run vinegar wash again and used clea ingredients tablets at least 0nce every 2 months.

Arrived on site to test unit KRFF577KPS02 for not cooling or making ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit started to lose cooling and ice production stopped. Turning on max cool and max ice allowed it to recover and start making ice and cooling properly. Measured internal temps; found FC at -3 and RC at 45, with bin full of ice. Inspected evaporator coil and found no evidence of defrost issue, with evap fan and damper operating normally and all gaskets sealing properly. Condenser coil was packed with dust, cleared during service. Due to intermittent nature of the issue, suspecting control malfunction. Replaced control (W11224256) and retested all components, confirming normal operation. Advised customer if symptoms return, contact ext. warranty company and leave unit in its failed state. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model WTW4950XW3. Inspected unit and work area. I found the wire harness, and actuator had been affected by the leak and found the control defective amd only allowing the done and spin lights to illuminate. I ran the unit through diagnosticsand found several error codes but could not tell what they were due to the failed control. I replaced the main control W10480261, wire harness WPW10383573, actuator WPW10006355, cam W10721967, belt WPW10006384, washplate WPW10215115, gearcase W11454372, and suspension W10780051. I reassembled the machine and ran the unit through calibration. I ran a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect range JDRP548HL03 tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the builder advised that as soon as they plug the unit in, the breaker trips. Theyve had the breaker replaced three times and getting the same results. The builder had the unit pulled out and I found that the leveling feet were still set. I raised the leveling feet and placed the unit back in its space then rolled it back out onto my floor protector. I gained access to the back of the unit and tested the power cord to find the ground and neutral are showing continuity. I separated the the neutral wires at the terminal black and checked continuity from the neutral to the large oven to ground and found that the neutral is grounded somewhere on the chassis. The neutral to the small oven is good. I gained access to the main control and removed the J6 connector and tested the J6-3 (Neutral) to ground and found it is grounded which is causing the unit to trip the breaker when plugged in. I traced the harness but was unable to find the breaker or short. I am ordering the main harness, smaller oven main harness, main control, cooling fan, convection fan and door latch. The unit was left unplugged and no gas leaks detected during service. I sprayed W D40 to try and lose the agitator it didnt move. I m ordering the suspension,agitator, and basket two hours for repair. All returning parts will be needed. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFC236SPS02 that is not making ice and has a service pointer requested service regarding the issue. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the ice maker wires had split. I followed the service pointer (W11832817) to the letter and replaced the dual valve, icemaker, and added a gasket as requested. I reassembled the machine and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the customers complaint about the deli drawer and found the drawer didnt come off the track, but could wobble from side to side once halfway out. The customer advised she didnt like that and wanted her drawers to come out smoothly, since the others do so. I saw a service pointer regarding an issue similar, but was not exactly the same issue. The service pointer was for earlier models and did not apply to this refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joe SR# 24732360. He had me send him photos and advised that these were the most updated parts and that the issue may be with the drawer being completely empty. He advised that the machine is working ajd operating as designed and to make no f I rther repair at this time. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washing machine making a screeching noise when agitating. Upon arrival cx informed me off issue and that it happened 1 time after moving into house recently. Put unit in test mode and ran agitation. Unit agitated normally, showed cx and she agreed it was normal. Removed wash plate to inspect for any debris under it. Was a little dirty but no debris found. Added clothes to unit with cx and ran a rinse and spin. Unit agitated normally with cx present and she agreed it is working normally. Instructed cx that if it happens again to get a video of issue. Unable to duplicate issue, no parts replaced at this time. Unit is working as designed at this time.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX735SDHZ02 making a loud noise and low ice production. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured -1 degrees FC and 37 degrees RC. I verified the noise and found it to be from the evaporator fan making contact with ice forming on the evaporation. I gained access to the control and tested the defrost circuit and found it operating as designed. I removed the evaporator cover and found that it had not completely defrosted on the top area. After speaking with the customer, he informed me that the top rack of the freezer had not been sliding in and out properly. As I removed it, I found that the rod was falling out due to a broken gear whisked caused the door not to close properly. I am ordering the left and right gear and evaporator fan if needed. Office to schedule return service. No water leak observed during service. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHZ20 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the ice maker leaks but they have had no tempertature issues. I took temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 1F and the refrigerator at 37F. I tried jumping the icemaker and found the tray bowed and leaking from the back left corner. I checked and verified proper voltage going to the icemaker, indicating the icemaker had failed. I replaced the icemaker W11700250 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.
