Arrived onsite for unit making buzzing noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Fridge is in cabinet surround. Found when unit was pulled out the noise lessened. Noise is amplified when pushed back. Leveled unit to try and reduce vibration of condenser. Normal operating sounds. .8 amps cooling properly. Maybe slight intermittent failure. Customer mentioned it seemed like on 2-3 separate occasions frozen fruits were thawed out. Notified customer to monitor product and if thawing continues there may be an issue with compressor.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound when the agitator moves counterclockwise again. Inspected unit and work area. Customer showed me a video of the issue and I did confirm that the unit was still having that issue. Tested the unit and diagnostics and confirmed customers complaint. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736368143. He advised that the only known issue is with the slider on these units and that he did not want to pull the trigger on replacing all the previously replaced parts. He advised to replace the slider one last time and then if the customer called back to refer them to customer service at this point due to ongoing issues. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began agitated and work as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Went ahead and tried to drain the rest and found the drain pump running but sounding like it was hitting something. when I had and remove the drain pump assembly and found a piece of glass instead of the drain pump area and it caused the fins on the drain pump to break off. When I hadnt been removed the instructions and replaced the drain pump. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is intermittently turning itself off in the middle of cycles and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she will have dry cycles were in the middle of the cycle. The light turns off and the drum stops turning, and if she leaves it on long enough, the motor will start up again. She also said turning off the unit and restarting the cycle will work as well. Checked voltage and found proper voltage. Turned the unit on for 15 minutes and was able to get the unit to tumble and heat as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7736800637.He advised that based on the problem the customer is having, the issue would be with the main control. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit is making ice, and that the noise they were experiencing was initially due to the icemaker cover, falling off and getting stuck in between the fins of the ice container. They have since removed it, but he is having problems with the ice coming out at different sizes. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the refrigerator unlevel and leaning towards the front of the refrigerator. The ice that was coming out look like a xylophone do too small sizes in the rear and bigger sizes upfront. Went ahead and re-level B unit and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has misaligned doors and is frosting up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the gasket ceiling on all four sides, but frost on the left-hand side of the freezer section. Found the slides working properly, but the door slightly off-center when it came to the gaskets. Found that the door was just barely touching above the freezer liner, potentially causing the issue. Added silicone around the edges of the cabinet liner, and adjusted up the door on both sides to even out the freezer door. The customer also complained about a knocking sound that they are hearing when the refrigerator turns off. I was able to replicate it going into diagnostics, but then was not able to replicate it throughout diagnostics. Tested several components, and could not detect where the sound was coming from. Did advise the customer of the repairs maiden told him to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Found the tub completely leaning towards the front and found the suspension rods were not attached to the cabinet. Looked underneath the washer and found the suspension rods dangling. Went ahead and replace the suspension but found the tub ring was also bent and bowed. Ordering the tub ring, but all tests ran as designed in an auto test. Gained access to the evaporator and found the black heater. Connector and wire had not been fully inserted, causing the heater not to function properly. went to head and reset the wiring in the connector and added electrical tape to add extra support. Arrived on site for a range that is flashing an F3 E0 (oven temperature sensor shorted or open) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the error message across the screen upon arrival. The customer advised they have never been able to use the bait element on this unit checked the temperature sensor and found it registering 1.099 kg ohms of resistance. found the oven at room temperature indicating that temperature sensor mightve been a little bit out of range. Went ahead and replaced both control and temperature sensor and tested the unit. The unit head preheat on a 350?F bake cycle without erroring out. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
