The unit filled with water and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump and element all operating as designed. When I verified the model/serial numbers, I found the model number off by one digit and the sump/motor assembly prescreened for today was the incorrect part. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having ongoing issues from the previous service. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just makes it grinding noise and does not actually start the cycle. Ran made it through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor circuit open) error code. Ran unit through an auto test with the bottom cover shield pulled off. Found the unit fill and ran properly, but went when it went to agitate, found the shifter would pull the cam most of the way, but did not actually shift it fully into agitation, and would make that grinding noise. I unplugged the unit and tested the cam. Found the cam shift into place while turning the drive pulley. Tested the unit again and found the unit start to agitate. Went ahead and replaced both the cam and the actuator and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Tested the unit twice and both diagnostic tests passed without any issue. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection I ran the unit in diagnostics mode 2 time and no water leaks. I put the unit into the 1 hr wash cycle and still no leaks. The customer showed me video that there was 1:15 left in the cycle when the water started to leak from the bottom of the door. She said every time she heard the water hit the door it leaked. The spray arm was separating once it got extremely hot in the unit and the water was coming out the side of the spray arm and making a wave that would go over front lip of the tub and leak from the bottom of the door. Chase said to install the arm at no charge. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Added a coupler to the dryer and cap tube in but the coupler did not hold. I made a second attempt with another coupler and was able to successfully attach the dryer and cap tube. Pressurize the unit with nitrogen and found pressures. Hold steady at 125 psi. Vacuum down the unit and the unit held by -30 psi pressure for 15 minutes. Charge the ended up with 50 g of R600 and tested unit. Unit began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete. ; used 2 W10890128 (Coupler) from stock

"Arrived onsite for unit not powering on. Power button would not respond, tried diagnostic with cycle buttons and did not respond. Tried diagnostic with temperature/soil buttons and unit did power on. Recorded no error codes. While running tests found that supply lines may be switched. Ran cold water and unit filled with hot water. During testing steam would build up above dispenser and condensate underneath dryer and drip down. This may be shorting the console. Need to return with console and control and filter. Unit needs to be unstacked on return. Maintenance notified to check supply lines and have unit unstacked by next appointment . Scheduled for 7/14.; schdld next appmnt for 7/14 FRI !"

Ran unit on timed dry at high heat and after 40 minutes has not tripped breaker . Contacted Chris from techline for assistance . Checked amp draw and is at 21 amps, which is within range. Unit is operating as designed. Tech recommended giving customer service pointer # w11525530 for breaker tripping breaker nuisance and to call EATON breaker company. Tech gave SR# 7736801435. Contacted SAFTEY. Everything has been noted from techline to SAFTEY team. Job complete"

Inspected broil and bake elements and resistance and amp draw are correct on both. Test oven on bake and unit tripps breaker during preheat. Test broil and unit preheats correctly. After oven is heated tried preheating on bake again and this time does not tripp breaker due to not needing assistance from broil to preheat. Found unit is operating on a Square D breaker.
