"Arrived on site for Unit has turned off, seemingly getting no power. Can not operate. Found control was receiving the proper voltage, but wouldnt power on the oven. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with drawer or slide issues in the FC. I found RC=38 FC=5 ice box at 22. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. "Arrived on site for fridge randomly powering off. I inspected the unit and work area. I inspected the pantry wiring harness and found no breaks, I inspected Ted the pantry UI and found it dry and free of corrosion. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the 3 way valve constantly moving. I went to activate the fans and on step one the 3 way valve stopped. When o went to step 2 through 4 the fans wouldnt activate and the 3 way valve starting moving again. I tested the thermistors and it showed them all shorted. I gained access to the HV control and replaced it with new. I retested the unit and the 3 way valve only moved when. Called for. All the fans activated when called for and the thermistors showed passing in diagnostics. I tested the ice maker fill tube heater and found it working as designed. I tested the ice door with a cup of water and found it not leaking. I pulled the UI and found no burn marks. I found coffee residue from the customer filling a full cup of coffee with ice. The ice build up in the back of the ice maker was due to the hv control not working properly. The unit is now working s designed. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for wall oven that turned off during a clean cycle and will not power back on. The door latch is also locked. Upon inspection I found the display dead but the breaker was not tripped. I explained to the customer that the thermal fuse would need to be replaced to further diagnose the unit. I was able to access the fuse from the front under the console. I replaced the fuse and unlocked the door after the display returned function. I inspected all elements and all were within range as well as both sensors and fans, I noticed the power supply for the unit was not connected inside a junction but instead just bundled and wire nutted then secured to the wall (see quick pic) I found the lower ovens TOD was tripped. The customer agreed so I replaced the TOD re assembled the unit and tested operation. Both ovens heated as designed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly and ice in freezer built up around front drawers. Upon arrival I took temps of rc and FC and found actual temps at 36/2 degrees while unit was set to 37/0. Amperage to compressor was 0.9. Upon further inspection I confirmed all previous repairs were still within specs and functioning. Found no ice, moister, water build up of any kind in FC/RC. I called techline and went of different tests and procedures all of which showed no failures. All hardware within unit was running within specs. Techline is advising no repairs at this time because symptoms can not be replicated on any visits unless customer could show evidence of unit failing. They did recommend possibly replacing some controls if issue could be replicated. If repairs or symptoms can be replicated then will need to return with all controls. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found ice accumulated on the side of the FC door and the water dispenser does not dispense water. I tested the ice maker with the IM switch jumped with my jumper wire and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube and it failed to dispense water. I removed the filter and retested the fill tube and water dispenser and water dispensed as designed. I removed and replaced the filter head and customer had a new filter that I installed. Arrived on call for complaint of noise. Found the noise level normal but replace the evaporator fan motor to see if it was quieter than original. Noise level same.

Replaced the gasket as it was smashed. When still testing the leaking slowed down from the same spot but did not fix the issue. Ordered parts. To be replaced. Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon inspection I found it spinning and blowing but no heat. I accessed the heating element and found it open or shorted.I assembled the unit and tested. The unit is working as designed at this time.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon arrival checked ice bin and ice bin was full. Unit had been making ice. Ran diagnostics on ice maker and unit showed no stored error codes. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site and inspected ice maker making too much ice. Confirmed the complaint and found the shutoff arm wasnt inside the motor causing it to continuously make ice without stopping. I inserted the shutoff into the ice maker and disposed of the extra ice. Customer satisfied. Job complete

Arrived on call for complaint of not draining. Found disposal plug was not removed.After removing test operation.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is reportedly leaking. On arrival found unit dripping inside basket. Valve isnt fully closing and causing a drip. Replaced inlet valve and verified no further leak. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not making ice.looked inside the unit no found that the fill tube was blocked with ice. Steamed out the ice. Let tenant know to give the unit 24hrs for the unit to make ice. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and found it making the same noise as before. I found one of the screws on the screws on the terminal block had come loose. I placed a larger screw in its place and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. I tested the heat and found none. I then checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. I found only 79VAC when there should be 240VAC. I found the voltage bad at the wall. I informed the customer of my findings and they will need to reach out to an electrician.
