I referred the customer to contact the builder to look into an electrician to come check their outlets. Job complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Powered down oven and removed console and installed new console. Powered back on oven and console is responding as designed. Customer tested to ensure it wasnt doing the same thing and it was working as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling, test unit found internal refrigerant leak, no frost pattern developing, dye was coming from cap tube, in r/c cabinet.

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and checked voltage going to the unit. Found proper voltage going to the unit. Checked all heating components and all showed continuity. Removed the wire coming from the centrifugal switch to the heater from the heater itself and checked voltage while the unit was running. Found proper voltage coming through the centrifugal switch but only 4 V coming from the line one side. Checked voltage through the thermal cut off an operating thermostat on both sides to ground. Found 4 V through both components. Checked voltage going into the timer and found proper voltage but not proper voltage coming out of the red wire leading to the heating components. Replaced timer and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack falling, unit leaking water with rust at the bottom the door and gasket falling off. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out what appeared to be rust at the bottom left corner of the door. I found it to be something that spilled onto the door and not rust. When I opened the unit door, I found the rack clips that hold the silverware rack on the bottom rack was caught in between the door and the tub gasket due to the clips being in the wrong position on the rack. I removed the clips as there was no place on the rack for the clips to attach and allow the silverware rack to hang on the rack. Also, I found the upper rack left adjuster wheel broken causing the rack to fall on the left side and the upper rack was warped causing it to rub on the tub gasket and pulling it off. I removed and replaced the adjuster kit and adjusted the upper rack and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Dishwasher starts then quickly switches over to draining. After draining, it beeps for a while then it'll restart the process. Canceling the cycle doesn't stop this and the door must be kept open to prevent the dishwasher from running continuously like this. Removed control and installed new control. Placed in diagnostics and clean LED kept flashing. Found new sump and motor replaced last visit was leaking. Seal is bad and will need a new sump and motor installed.

Arrived onsite for washer still making loud grinding noises. Upon inspection I found some of the cam teeth were worn down. I replaced the cam and had the customer load the unit and run a quick wash. I waited until final spin and could not recreate any abnormal noises at this time the unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I completed the sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. I found the source of the leak which was coming form the capillary tube. While trying to adjust the cap tube, it broke in half approximately halfway down the tube and fell in my hand. After replacing the components, I vacuumed the system and it held pressure. I installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Unit began to cool and had a good frost pattern. No water connected to the unit, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food inside."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer no heat. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I removed the back panel and found a large amount of lint at the back of the unit and could see more inside the cabinet. I tested the element and found it open. Tested the cutoffs and fuse and all are good. I removed and replaced the element and disassembled the unit and cleaned the lint form inside and from the back of the unit, reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. I recommended that the customer have their vents cleaned."

"Arrived on site for Thumping Sound - Dryer. Customer explained the drum doesnt thump but instead it made a thumping noise then doesnt turn anymore. Removed terminal cover and found wire was not secured proper,y to the terminal block by the screw. Screw was loose and caused wire to short out. The wire was only connected with three threads. I was able to cut the wire and strip a new section off to resecure the connector back onto the wire. Reconnected wire to terminal block and fastened all screws as tight as recommended. Dryer turned on and is heating as designed. Found metal vent that stays fastened inside the wall was loose, bent, and falling out of wall. Dryer installers used foil tape to wrap the air vent to this loose vent to keep it secure. I was able to reshape and secure the small round vent back into the wall but explained to customer if the dryer gets moved at all it will pop back out. Currently it is secure but recommended they reach out to the builder to have them secure the small round vent back into position and ensure it is no longer loose. This will also prevent lint from collecting behind the dryer because its so loose inside the wall. Air vent is sealed to dryer and air vent is sealed to small round vent and is not leaking any air. Small round vent unfortunately is loose inside wall. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for 1641256039, its not cooling COOLING-REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER NOT COOLING. Customer informed me it wasnt a cooling issue but instead a freezing issue. Items in fridge were freezing. Dampener was wide open. Ohmed out thermistor and it was in range. Placed in diagnostics and found test 22 would not open or close the dampener. I gave the dampener door a little push but instead of closing when I set it to close the door clicked trying to open again. When I slowly closed the dampener door by hand and set the dampener to close from UI it opened. It was doing the opposite of what command I was giving it. Customer had a brand new filter that we installed and the water started dispensing. After reassembling the fridge and ordering the dampener the customer informed me the ice dispenser wouldnt dispense ice unless you presses against the freezer door hard. Customer also informed me the previous company had replaced the dampener and thermistor about 40 days ago. Tested door switch on the top of the fridge and the light was turning off. Pressed the light switch inside the freezer that the inner door panel switches off and light would not turn off. Ordering new dampener and switch to return and complete the repair. Ice maker should start working now that new filter is installed. Once the freezer has ice upon return we can test the ice maker dispenser to see why the door has to be pushed closed to dispense ice. May need switch Im ordering to resolve ice not dispensing. I removed the brand new water filter to avoid it getting frozen like the previous one did. With this, there may not be any ice in the bin to test dispenser because the fridge does not have a reservoir.; ordrng 1 241853801 (Dampener) and 1 241547901 (Switch)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator getting too cold in both compartments and also creating a small ice formation inside the FC compartment according to the customer on arrival. On arrival I confirmed complaint but I found the temperature in FC was 24? and the RC compartment was 32. After further inspection I found that because of the problem was due to a misalignment of the door not sealing correctly. I was able to quickly realized the door and remove the small amount of ice. Inform customer to give the unit at least 24 hours to stabilize the temps at this time no leaks during repairs call complete

I gained access to the igniter safety line and checked the amp draw during a bake at 350?, I found that it is only getting 2.6 and will not allow gas to flow to through the valve because it requires at least 3.2.

I steamed out the ice that was blocking the tray and found a piece of insulation lodged blocking the way for water causing it to pool out of the unit. I removed it and replaced the ice maker due to a warp in the frame of the ice maker, the unit is now operating properly as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for washer not filling. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F8e1 long fill. Ran test and confirmed valve failure . Replaced valve. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site. Removed defective pump,installed a new pump ran diagnostics all test passed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is leaking. Found lower sprayer arm not installed on pump causing misdirection of water. Installed sprayer arm properly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

"On site for fridge leaking water onto floor. Customer stated they recently replaced the filter and noticed the leak. I exposed the filter and water valve. Tested by dispensing water and didnt find any leaks. Found floor of RC covered in a thick sheet of ice causing water to dip outside of unit onto floor. I removed filter and re-installed. Found water dripping from filter. I removed the water filter, installed bypass and didnt see any leaks. Found the filter had a plastic lip sticking up on one side. Informed customer that a new filter is needed.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the inlet valve but still no dispenser function. I could see a tiny water trail coming down from where the water lines enter the reservoir indicating a frozen reservoir. I accessed the reservoir and steamed it out for a few mins. This restored function to the water dispenser. I found the evaporator cover had a screw missing causing air infiltration to the reservoir. After testing I noticed a trickle sound from the rear near tue valves. I found the dual valve leaking when engaged due to the line not being pushed in all the way. I corrected the line and tested again. No more leaks and the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.
