"Arrived on site for a microwave with the door not opening/closing properly. Upon arrival the door was closed, and the lights in the unit were on. Also, the push button was not functioning to open the door. Upon further inspection I found the latches on the door no longer clicked, and were not latching into the switch assembly. I found the door needing to be replaced. I gained access to inside the unit and verified the switches ohmd out fine. They did, and I found no damage to the switch assembly.

Arrived on site for STILL NOT SPINNING THE CLOTHES OUT--JUST KEEPS GETTING STUCK IN CYCLE. Inspected actuator and its still engaged into cam as designed. Placed in diagnostics and found low fill error code. Only error code displayed. Cleared error code. Inspected cold valve side and hot valve side and noticed hot water was turned off. Customer explained all other cycles will spin except heavy duty and bulky. Found debris in cold water valve filter. Used water to clean it out as well as blowing into the cold filter valve to release the dirt and debris inside. Reached out to sr techs and they were able to locate the wash cycle diagram and it showed that both heavy duty and bulky cycles use warm and hot water. This would be the reason the washer cuts off and never spins. Once the cycle calls for warm or hot water and it doesnt sense it coming out the washer shuts off. Job completed.

Found F3-E2 inlet thermistor, F5-E2 lid lock and F6-E2 miscommunications between ACU and UI. Performed component activation and found mechanical failure with lid lock. Found control responsive with UI. Measured thermistor resistance and found within range. Checked incoming water hoses to washer and found correct. Inspected door lock and checked to make sure screws are tight. Not able to identify mechanical failure. Tested all other operations in automatic test mode and found unit working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Tested the unit on a medium setting and the unit ran as designed by cycling on and off. Ran through a medium high heat cycle and the unit cycled on and off as well. Ran unit through high heat cycle and the unit stayed on. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator intermittently leaking from the bottom. Upon further inspection I found the bottom of the freezer compartment had a big sheet of ice on it. Due to this and the service pointer W10632338E I gained access to the drain tube in the back of the unit. I removed the duck bill and found it clogged. I fixed the bill and opened the hole more. I informed the customer that this was the cause of the leak, and that the defrost water had nowhere to go. This allowed the water to build up until it began leaking out of the front. I advised the customer on keeping the unit off for at least 72 hours to completely thaw out Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint by running a load on a normal wash and found the unit would say that it started but would not spin or fail. Ran into diagnostics and found an F3 E3 (inlet water temperature fault), F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure), and F0 E3 (overload) error codes. I attempted to run the unit in manual agitation and spin testing through diagnostics. Neither would work. Spoke to CS and was advised to replace the shifter due to the unit potentially not recognizing its in spanner agitation. Replaced the shifter and the unit began to work as designed. Had the customer test the unit with a load and the unit ran as designed twice in two different wash cycles. Call complete."

The customer advised that the unit had been cooling the freezer section but not the refrigerator section for a while. However, he advised that the unit hasnt stopped cooling the freezer section as well. Found evidence of a defrost issue in his freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found that the heater would not turn on. Check voltage going to the plug and found proper voltage. Unit will need a new evaporator harness, control, and thermistor. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Ran the unit through diagnostics test and test mode to duplicate the issue. Found no error code could not duplicate the issue with the unit not spinning. Found that the customer is using a highly concentrated detergent. Advised the maintenance department that too much detergent could lead to unit failure and not reaching full RPM. 2-3 table spoons of detergent are sufficient. Tested the unit by filling unit with water and running a drain and spin cycle with towel. Unit drained and spun at correct rpm. Ran quick wash to clear out detergent deposits. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Tested electrical and no longer found drop in voltage under load, also found dryer heat cycling perfectly over 10 minutes. 250f - 130f was the cycle swing on hi heat. Advised customer that based on my findings the explanation is a temporary connectivity problem corrected by the throwing of the breaker during testing and the resecuring of the wiring by the electrician.
