Video shows that after after a while unit stops heating and after restarting, the time starts counting down , but the basket is not turning and unit will not heat. After letting the unit sit for more than 10 minutes it will then operate. Need to replace control due to relay not sending voltage. Replaced control and thermistor. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts JBZFL30IGX00. Upon arrival I found the ice bin completely full and the ice was properly sized with a good appearance. I suspect the prior issue was completely due to the supply line freezing and due to current operation and prior findings of all correct voltages and resistances, no further action should be taken. The unit was not set well within the chassis and I corrected and matched to the cabinet. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. I contacted the MFG tech assist line and advised of my findings, SR# 7734387162, tech Bruce. The tech advised no further action and if future issues arise, W11515313 and W11234554 should be replaced at that point."

Arrived onsite for and oven that is not cooking evenly. Up arrival I performed a temp test and found the the unit is heated as normal. Cx showed me a picture of bacon the they were cooking in the oven and it showed that One side was crispier than the other. I advised the cx that oven may have hotspots in them and what could help is if they turn the dish they are cooling halfway through the cooking process. As I could not find any sort of failure I contacted Butch at techline and advised of the findings and it was determined that the unit is operating as designed and was given the same advice that I gave to the cx. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer on high heat on timed dry. The ignitor illuminated and the burner came on, but for a brief period of time (approximately 20 secs). Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and both tests passed. I checked the vent as it vents directly outside and found a large amount of lint on the ground. Using my borescope, I checked the vent and it appeared to be clear. I disassembled the unit and tested the ignitor coils and found the coils bad I removed and replaced the coils and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Found the thermal fuse closed indicating a good thermal fuse. Disassembled the unit and found that that motor shaft had broken that holds the belt. Found the belt stripped due to improper placement of the belts. Went to remove the blower wheel and found it seized on the drive motor shaft. The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the blower wheel, motor, and belt and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

I found the dispenser squealing with a water filter in and not when out. I attempted to remove the fridge from the cabinet to turn off the water so no water leaks on to the customers wood floor. I found the fridge stuck in the cabinet, pinched between the outer trim not allowing the fridge to move. I spoke to the customer and let them know because of how tight the fridge is in the cabinet, I cannot force the fridge out, without causing any damage to the cabinet. They would have to get the fridge removed and the cabinet trimmed properly.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the floor damaged from the customer pulling the unit out of its space (photo). The customer advised that the unit leaked water and it came out from the bottom left corner. I removed the front grill and inspected the water valve and tubing and found no signs of a water leak. Using my floor protector, I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover to inspect the external drain pump. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no leaks found. I turned the unit on and allowed it perform a normal cycle and the unit continued to operate as designed with no leaks. The external drain pump and hoses were all dry. I advised the customer of my findings. Customer advised that they would keep the unit turned on and if it began to leak again, they would call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the valve struggling to dispense water into the tub. The noise occurred at 1:58 and 1:42 on the display. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E2-valve electrical problem. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I never heard the valve make any unusual noises, but when the sump/motor began to force water to the spray arms, I could hear the noise but very faint. I tested two more times and could not duplicate the noise. I contacted techline and spoke to Cliff and advised the complaint and my findings. Cliff recommended replacing the valve and sump/motor assembly and provided SR#7734878023. I will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived to inspect no spin. I found the clutch would not engage and after disassembling, determined there was oil within the friction material to clutch contact points. The upper seal of the gear case output shaft had failed and most of the oil had likely been flung out of the unit at a much earlier time. Further inspection revealed the prior drive tube issue was due to the drive block having its retaining lip worn away. I removed and replaced the block, but the gear case will require replacement. I did ind possible evidence of a pinhole leak in the tub, but it will need to be investigated during the gear case instal. No leaks of the water supply observed during service. Tech GC please.; ordrng 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 3360629 (Gear Case) and 1 GCO (GCO)"

Upon further inspection I found that the compressor was pulling .98 amps and the temps in the rc was at 80* and fc was at 73* I contacted Bruce at tech line and tolled him of my findings and it was determined that theres a leak in the sealed system and that the compressor would be covered but the harness and start device would have to be replaced with an oem one and cx would not be covered for those parts. Due to the nature of the seals system leak the evap access valve and uv dryer will have to be replaced, I also found that the right side rc door gasket was tipped causing a air leak.
