The customer advised that the unit does not leak every single time and has only leaked three times but it always seems to happen on bulky items. Advise that he washes a number of blankets including ones for the bed and intermittently when he has washing those, it has leaked. He advised that all other loads do not leak. Ran unit through an auto test in the unit. Ran as designed. Ran the unit 2/3 of the way full of water and drained it out. Still cannot get the unit to leak. Did advise customer that because we could not replicate the issue or find any water residue anywhere, I cannot determine exactly what was causing the issue. I did explain that it is possible that because he is running heavy duty loads, that the washer may be going off balance and could be causing it to leak during spin. Arrived onsite for a microwave making a whistling sound. The customer stated it doesnt make a whistle sound but more like a high pitched noise. The customer stated that when it happens it usually only last a few seconds. The customer and I ran the microwave multiple cycles and could never duplicate the noise. The customer is going to try and record the sound if it continues to happen. I advised the customer to push on the door if it happens again to see if the noise Id door switch chatter. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the unit is on it sounds like some screws are inside the unit somewhere. I tested the unit and once it was on, I could hear what sounded like debris bouncing/moving around inside. I disassembled the unit and inspected the rollers and tension pulley and checked to see if there was any debris inside the blower housing. I found the back left roller axle was not secured and was sagging and caused the roller to wear much quicker. Also found the belt was beginning to fray as the drum was tilted on the left side due to the left axle. I tightened the axle and removed and replaced the rollers (2), tension pulley and belt and reassembled. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

The customer said it stopped for three days and over the weekend but when they came home on Monday the ice bin was full again. I found the RC at 38 degrees and the sealed system was off. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace previous diagnosed parts. The tenant had the unit defrosted enough to gain access to the evaporator. I gained access and found the pin connector on the brown wire to the defrost heater was never locked into the molex connector and was backed out not allowing voltage to the heater. I snapped the pin connector in place and it locked into the molex connector. I made sure all other connections were good and ran a forced defrost. The unit was working as designed. I defrosted the coil. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

I removed the cover and adjusted the spring retainers and could not recreate the vibration after the adjustment. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found this place is on but its not showing any information. Unplugged dryer and allowed it to power off completely for one minute before reconnecting plug. Dryer is now working properly. It is heating correctly but airflow is showing completely restricted on airflow meter, Took pictures. Showed customer how a sheet of copy paper will not stay on lint screen because there is no suction. Removed the vent hose and showed them how copy paper will now stay in place. Recommended that they have a service clean the vent to the exterior of the home before dryer is used again to prevent damage to dryer, Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found that refrigerator would turn itself on and off rapidly. I checked voltage and polarity at the wall and found that it was good. I replace the control and updated further inspection I found that the doors where not closing properly causing warm air to flow into the unit causing condensation and temperature issues. I adjusted the door as leveled the unit and found that the doors sealed up like normal and now the unit is no longer turning itself on and off and should begin cooling as normal as well.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed customers issue was unit not dispensing ice properly. Found unit making ice as designed. Found auger yoke was loose from auger and not rotating bucket. Tightened yoke and retested dispenser on crushed and cubbed. Found unit dispensing as designed. Call complete

Upon arrival inspected unit for leaks. Customer stated unit still leaked after last visit. Customer stated unit had a couple dings that were noticed during installation. Pulled unit from wall to inspect entire cabinet. Ran unit for a few minutes to inspect. No leaks were present. Opened the door and found extreme sudsing. This oversudsing effect will cause a leak to occur. Took pictures. Eliminated suds build up and ran unit. Also noticed unit did not have a high drain loop which could cause back-flow from the sink. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately I could hear a thumping noise. I raised the top panel and found the drive belt badly frayed. I tested the unit again with the top panel raised and could hear the thumping coming from the tension pulley area or possibly something caught inside the drum baffles. I disassembled the unit to inspect the rollers and pulley and hand rolled the drum and found no unusual noises coming from the baffles. I removed the old rollers and tension pulley and cleaned the axles and Unit and installed 2 rollers,,tension pulley and belt and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no further abnormal noises. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"LSD2615HEW Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer reported the unit had operated normally after the last repair, for approximately one week and then failed to cool again. I found the start device would trip, with no compressor operation, nor any audible failure cues. As last service, the start and run windings were within tolerance, 3.5 and 4.5 ohms respectively, and total was 7.9 , as they were today. The replacement start device tested as expected and the compressor has now fully failed internally, likely mechanically and cannot start.

Tested the unit and did confirm that the cold water valve at the wall and hoses were incorrect with the blue hose and valve pulling in hot water and the red valve and hose bringing in cold water. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. I found the temps good and the icemaker mold dry. I forced a harvest and the motor didnt turn. I tested voltage at the icemaker and only had 17VAC. I tested voltage at the molex connector next to the icemaker and still had 17VAC. I tested voltage out of the control at P3-3 to neutral and had 123VAC. This means the L1 wire from the control to the icemaker is coming apart in the chassis

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that made a melted plastic smell. The customer showed me the element was completely warped out of shape and stated the unit was not cleaning the dishes well. I found the heater open and misshaped. I replaced the heater and tested the machine. I did find a crack in the elbow for the utensil sprayer and the customer is going to replace it themselves. Everything else is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is leaking water daily. Found freezer floor covered in ice due to defrost water leaking from clogged drain. Removed drain and removed obstructions. Steamed out drain and ice. Verified good drainage.

"WTW5105HW0 Arrived to inspect squeal from washer. I verified the issue occurred during spin operations and inspected. I found the belt was worn and the cause of the noise. I removed and replaced the belt and tested, after recalibrating the machine. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the issue was due to the RC drip pan warping, causing water to spill out on the right side. I corrected the issue via shim and inspected the rest of the chassis. The drain tube was drooping and required correction. The unit was tilted forward at the top and required chassis level, squaring and door matching. I found two spots on the back of the unit where condensate was forming from the internal system tubing and informed the customer of my findings and importance. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave element support broken. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave element hanging down and the support missing. Once I had the unit disassembled, I found the clip in place along with a piece of the support. I installed a new support and reassembled the unit and tested. When I cycled power to the unit, I found the microwave light not coming on. I went to test the microwave and found the panel display showing error code F6E8. Cleared the code and attempted to test the microwave and it failed and the error code displayed again. Following the tech sheet, I found all connections good and the control getting 125V. I cycled power and placed in diagnostics and cleared the code and retested and the code reappeared. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer popping the breaker when used. Customer said it pops when they open the door, and they saw a black spot inside. Examined unit and found the interior light had blown apart and shorted, and the light housing, socket, bulb and wiring were all burnt. When I checked the rear of the unit i saw the rear panel was crushed right on top of the heating element, likely driving the element coil to the chassis and shorting it. Ordering all parts to resolve. Ordering harness, rear panel, bulb, lens, housing, socket, heating element, control may also be needed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and is fluctuating in temperature. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that theyve been having this problem for the last week and had issues with things in the freezer being soft. I did confirm the customers complaint and took temperature of the freezer and refrigerator. Found the freezer at 13?F and the refrigerator at 38?F. Found no evidence of any defrost issue inside of the unit. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it pulling .741 A, but the compressor was hot to touch. Found a leak on the low side line at the compressor. Spoke to JC and was advisory order all sealed some stuff and contact Tech line. I did attempt to contact Tech line, but Techline was closed due to the Memorial Day holiday. Ordering all pertinent parts in the office. Entered service test mode and found 10-3 stored in memory and I noted the only light that would blink was on the console, and not the frontal indicator, in unison, as usually expected. The unit filled and then experienced a power loss, causing an endless loop. I unloaded the fan motor and the unit then operated throughout service test mode. Returning tech will need to reconnect secured fan motor, 5VDC connection upon installation of vent assembly. Office to order fan, no leaks observed during service. "Arrived onsite for a microwave that the vent hood fan is not coming on. I verified 121VAC out of the control to the fan from P4-5 black to P2-3 blue. The unit either has a bad fan motor, capacitor, resistor, or wasnt plugged back in after the fan was rotated for an external vent. I am not able to drop this unit by myself because of the height and when lowered far enough to get a good hold on it the wall bracket is binding. It will require two men to drop it. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that will not start and the control panel is non responsive. I found no power to the dishwasher. I found the circuit breaker tripped. I reset the breaker and it blinked 3 times and tripped again. The breaker needs to be replaced and I explained this to the customer. I plugged the dishwasher into the disposal outlet to test it. I found an F6E4 error. I ran diagnostics and found it not filling with water. I checked the float switch and found the switch closed. I checked for voltage at the valve and had none. The resistance of the valve was in range. I tested voltage out of the control to the valve and had none. I found wrong voltage readings to ground and tested polarity at the outlet finding it correct but the polarity was reversed at the j-box. I corrected the polarity and replaced the control. I tested the unit and it still would not fill. I tested voltage out of the new control from P6-4 to neutral and had no voltage. I tested the circuits from the control and the float switch showed open but when I tested the switch itself it showed closed. Ordering another control, float switch, and the harness. Marking all other parts as UORV. Ordering W10906426 control, W11227372 harness, and WPW10195039 switch. Office to RS. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer stated the FC icemaker works good but the RC icemaker stopped making ice. I found the fan working as designed. I found a stored E5 error. I ran a harvest test and a fill test and the unit worked as designed. The icemaker needs to be replaced. Ordering W11658802 icemaker. "Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the ui and it did not change anything. Still no light, water being dispense and no ice being dispensed. Order the wiring harness for the dispenser and another ui. May need to take closer look at the wires at the bottom of the freezer door if the wiring harness for the dispensers doesnt work. The icemaker paddle does not turn on the auger in the bin. There is no water being dispense.; ordrng 1 W10898319 (Dispenser wiring harness.) and 1 W11203289 (Control board)"

"Upon arrival found extreme water damage on wall and floor. Upload picture on SD.Found broken brittle hoses at valve and from under cabinet to front bottom of unit. Also found door ice motor is stuck open creating frost build up in freezer. Customer does not want to fix ice door at this time. Customer only wants repairs for water leaks at this time. Ordering tubing and returning with filter head. Left unit unplugged with supply water valve turned off. ordrng 1 WR17X11324 (Water line)"

"Arrived on site to install refrigerator ice maker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with an ice maker, but it was not producing ice. When I removed the ice maker and went to install the new IM, I found the new part did not have the correct harness. Also found the new part was incorrect. Made contact with the office (SR) and advised of the situation and also found there is a service pointer for this units ice maker kit W11566182. ordrng 1 W11517113 (Ice maker kit)"

"FC was 0?F, RC was 37?. I found the RC evaporator was frozen and inspected further. The door hinges were exhibiting the popping that is sometimes found with these units. On our prior service, the correction for the issue was unknown, but since has been realized. I corrected the hinge issue and tested. The doors closed as designed. The interior lights were not coming on in the FC and top of the RC. The unit qualifies for Technical Service Pointer #: W11606409 Rev G, Special Project #: S84638 and we will return with the lights. "Arrived on site and found freezer temperature is currently 2 degrees, ice production in lower and upper icemaker is good. Took pictures. Air Temperature in upper ice box is 19 degrees. Water dispenser isnt working but ice dispenser is, replaced HV control and UI and it is now working. Customer states they still see water on bottom of fresh food section. All components were replaced on last visit by previous technician, and currently there is no water on bottom of fresh food section. New evaporator tray is not full of water and dont see any issues. Customer also pointed out that ice in upper ice bin appears to be melting. Show them there is no water in the bottom of the ice bin and pointed towards the possibility of the ice box fan eroding the ice Because it is not consumed. Requested that they use the icemaker more and see if a visible difference happens, job complete"

"Arrived on site. At time unit cooling correctly replaced main control and ui control,reprogrammed control unit powered on."

Arrived on site. Replaced the main control and ui powered unit on ran diagnostics all test passed.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking from filter. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran dispenser to test and could not duplicate any issues. Asked customer if unit had been purged after installation. If not air gaps could cause issues. Insured filter was inserted properly. Ran more water but again did not duplicate. Customer will monitor. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for freezer frosted over. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that customer had grocery bags stored on the side of the unit and some had fallen over and were jammed in between the gaskets and door frame preventing a good seal. Instructed tenant on how to clear frost. Also per tenant he will order his own filter. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer shaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found not leveled. Attempted to level but found floor is not level. Floor is pear and beam. Flooring is bowed in spots and dips in others. Notified customer that unit will continue to go out of balance if not on a leveled foundation. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"WFE505W0JZ3 Arrived to inspect oven and cooktop malfunction. I found the unit would not operate the cooktop or oven and was comp,Evelyn unresponsive. NCV registered low VAC and I inspected. L1 and L2 were 122.9 and 122.7, respectively and L1-L2 was 245.8. N-G was negligible. Inspection of the unit revealed the control had failed and all four main burners had visibly burnt areas. The MFG tech assistance service was not available on a holiday, and will be contacted the following business day. Unit left unplugged due to potential hazard. Office will contact customer."

Arrived on site to replace outer door to resolve bad seal from factory. Replaced outer door and verified proper function. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not running. If you start the unit it counts down, but does not actually heat. Checked safety devices and found the thermal fuse was open and had failed. Replaced thermal fuse and tested unit. Verified all working as designed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is not heating in the oven. Tested unit and found broil element running, but bake is not heating. Tested bake element and found element open. Replaced bake element and retested. Verified proper operation. Repair completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged door. Replaced door test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for left front burner not lighting. Found primary orifice clogged with debris . Cleaned out orifice . Burner is igniting now . No gas leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Test unit and unit giving error codes F9E1 F7E1. Replaced sump andMotor test unit and unit test good job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Found agitator was extremely loose causing noise. Removed agitator and inspected for damage. Found no damages to splines. Reattached agitator and secured bolt. Noise no longer present. No leaks detected. Job complete.
