"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with detached freezer door gasket. Upon inspection of unit I found that the fc gasket had came loos from the door. I then reinstalled the gasket and closed the door and found that it was not sealing properly. I noticed that the refrigerator was leaning forward a bit so I leveled unit and the checked door and found that it was sealing properly now. I also tested the gasket by ordering the door several times to see if it stayed in place,It did. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for rc lights not turning on when you open the door at times. Upon arrival the customer demonstrated the issue to me. I then gained access to door switches and performed a resistance test on both of the and found them to be good. "Arrived on site and Inspected Washer and found Customer experiences washer not spinning out clothes intermittently. They use only the quick wash and normal cycle. Both of these cycles span is set to maximum. They correct it by resetting it by unplugging the washer. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and found saved error F8E3. Washer completes diagnostic cycle and drains and spins out properly. Sent a short video to PR. Inspected pressure hose, pressure sensor, and air trap. Took one picture. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer advised that he was having the same issue on his other refrigerator for his ice getting caught in his ice chute as his other refrigerator and that we were supposed to fix that too. I had called whirlpool on his other refrigerator and had the same prognosis for this refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7732480682. He referenced service pointer W10647960. They advised that the issue with his refrigerator was a customer usage issue and not an issue with the refrigerator. He said the ice door needs to be fully pressed all the way to the back wall when calling for ice to allow the maximum amount of airway for that ice to travel down. I was advised not to replace any parts on the unit. Customer advised that he wanted parts replaced due to ongoing issues and did not believe the issue to be a customer usage issue. Replaced water valve, ice door, and connector and tested the unit. The end began to work as designed with no leaks present. The unit does not have any ice at this time so could not verify whether that was working properly or not. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that customer said smells stronger when opening door running loads. On arrival customer informed me that recently they feel the odor when opening the door smells stronger and almost like something is burning. I opened the door after running some and it does smell a bit like heat, but not any burning or excessive gas. I examined the inside of the unit with a bore scope and saw some minor lint and fur, but nothing excessive. Examined flame tunnel and I dont see anything out of the ordinary at all. Flame is healthy and blue. Unit seems like its working as designed, however the gas concentration may have changed recently due to construction in the area. Advised customer to monitor and let us know if there are any drastic changes.

This makes the unit not repairable. I called techline and spoke to ED I advise him of my findings

When I opened the left RC door, I found the mullion not making contact with the pivot block; therefore, its not opening and closing properly. I placed some manufacturers approved grease on the top of the mullion and on the pivot block to allow for smoother functioning. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I gained access to the control to check voltage to the FC fan while in test 3 step 2. I found the control sending no voltage. This indicates a faulty deli control, main control, and deli drawer door. "Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. I tested the unit and found the noise coming from the blower wheel area. I gained access to the blower wheel and found that the foam sealer that goes around the lint chute opening was missing (sealer on vent chute connecting to blower housing). "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, tested the dispenser and water flowed slowly to an almost trickle. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I removed and replaced the dual valve and retested and it continues to fail. "Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge and freezer close to room temperature. I gained access to the compressor and tested operating pressures while cooling the fridge I show low side 0 and high side 95. I put the unit into home position and found equalized pressures at 20 psi. I evacuated the system and isolated both the freezer and fridge sections. I put 125 psi into the system and used bubble solution and sprayed the evaporators and the exposed lines by the compressor. I found no bubbling. I called techline And spoke to Steve I advised him of my findings, sr# 7732485353, he advised if we arent finding anything at the evaporator, condenser.

Checked the belt and noticed that the belt was too easy take off and put back on. Ordered a new belt. Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found opened fuse replaced fuse heated oven to 350 and unit test good. Cooling fan coming on but advised customer if fuse opened again we will need to replace blower job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning week. Customer stated that nit was previous service and wanted unit inspected and tested. Inspected unit and work area. Found all wiring correct. Performed diagnostics mode and tested operation. Found all components operating as designed. Spoke with customer on user care guide and soap usage with home water softener system.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no drain, tested unit found pump not engaging, removed pump found metal blades on the pump has split jamming pump and burning it out, replaced pump, tested unit, unit now running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found ice in ice box but ice and water will not dispense , customer stated that it would make ice intermittently, also found extreme frost buildup on right of FC, causing track and door switch to ice up, preventing it from engaging when FC door is closed, also creating a air leak, creating more frost buildup, removed ice buildup, switch is now being activated ever-time door closes, water is now dispensing and ice, advised customer to always close door from middle to ensure that there is no air leaks, door was slightly sagging forward (image provided) but it was sealing good, if issue persists recommend replacing door switch and both tracks, no leaks detected job complete"

Arrived onsite and verified unit not heating due to magnetron failure. Ordering mag cap and diode to repair. All else checks good. ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that runs to much. Upon arrival the customer stated that the main issue was the freezer compartment will intermittently get ice build up around the door. The customer also stated that they found the compressor still running at night. I informed the customer that the unit will still cycle during the night, and this is normal design. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 36?F. Upon further inspection I found the grey plating around the chassis at the FC door not completely flush. I also found that the ice build up on the top of the FC very minimal. The customer did state that it gets worse on colder settings. I verified that the gasket was sealing correctly, I found the fan working as designed, and no excessive ice build up on the evap. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7732488272. Joel informed me that this is all normal design. That the unit will tend to get some ice build up when hot air gets in from opening. Call complete."

Arrived on site for complaints of microwave vent running continuously. Found all functions working properly. Customer stated that it kicks on when she is using all 4 burners and it gets too hot. Advised customer that this is normal operating for the unit. Advised customer to not try and turn it off or unplug unit while vent is on. Job complete.

Arrived on site for install of lid screws. Installed 4 lid screws to secure lid. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and making a grinding noise. On arrival could hear unit at the front door. Opened FC and found evap fan blades hitting ice due to frozen over evap. Evap is in a chunk of ice. Ordering parts to address defrost issue. Customer advised to defrost for 48 hours prior to arrival.
