Arrived on site for oven being out of range. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the oven light would not turn off. I found the door switch good. I replaced the control. I tested the oven bake at 350 with a thermal couple and found it heating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly, tested unit found upper oven reading 77 and lower at 72, per heated both ovens to 350 and used thermal coupling to measure temp and got a steady reading of 350, upper oven took about 10 min to reach 350 and lower about 15 minutes, both oven reignited multiple times to maintain proper temp, unit all running as designed, customer was using after market thermostat, showed customer in owners manual that it is not recommended, also advised customer about calibration option in unit that would help her with items cooking to slow or fast, called tech line to present my findings got Sr#7732500788, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. On arrival pierced dryer (unit unplugged) and recorded 65 psi. Recovered refrigerant. No suspected leak, but potential restriction at dryer. Replaced dryer and inserted access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged unit per spec and did not equalize. Had low side negative 28 and high side 75. Potentially clogged cap tube. Replaced dryer again with truck truck and ran pressure test. Unit still would not equalize. Removed cap tube from evaporator side and charged with refrigerant (nitrogen not available) refrigerant entered system and recorded 75 psi however did not make it through the cap tube. Called tech line for assistance. Cap tube has restriction. Tech line recommended returning with nitrogen and charging to 140 psi and see if it blows threw the cap tube. Provided SR#7732500672. "Arrived on site for a cooktop getting an F25 error code when trying to use the left two burners. Per the tech sheet I gained access to the inside of the unit and found all wiring correct with no damage, therefore I replaced the module. I then powered back on the unit and it was throwing an F47 error code. This indicates a faulty UI. I tried to calibrate the unit, but the UI ended up failing and not coming back on. I gained access to the inside of the unit again and found all wiring correct. We installed a faulty module and it threw out the UI. Due to this I am ordering another module and UI to install. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Customer stated that he attempted to replace auger motor but fork was stripped. Inspected unit and work area. Removed ice container, found only screw in ice dispenser solenoid and solenoid lever not in correct position. Removed ice container and spin auger by hand and found turning freely. Tested ice container and found loose ice mechanism. Tightened mechanism and tested operation. Found ice dispensing only crushed due to solenoid. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not running properly, and being very loud at the beginning of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found that the motor would make a very loud noise as soon as it ramped up. I then gained access to the sump and motor. I found the sump gasket bubbling up and bad. I also found the chopper in the sump bad, which was most likely causing the noise. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found that the sump tabs had broken off, and was allowing the sump to leak. Upon further inspection I also found the display on the unit going out, and that the unit was missing the toe plate/insulation. We will need to get authorization for the sump and motor, the sump tabs, the toe plate and insulation, and the display. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off and not ice in the bin. Customer advised that they found water streaks down the inside of the left RC door and water puddles on the top of the FC door. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it got to half harvest and stopped. I cycled power to the unit and retested and it is operating as designed and the fill tube is operating properly. I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees. When I tested temps in the cooling ducts, my temp readings were very warm (68 degrees). I disassembled the FC section and tested the ice fan and found it getting 12VDC but when I ohmed it out, it showed 0 ohms. Also, I found the right RC door gasket is badly torn. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. I sealed the gap with silicone (photo). I am ordering the ice fan and right RC door gasket and scheduled return service . "Arrived on site and inspected oven and found no power showing on display. Access control board and found L2 is missing. Found builder had used a plug head instead of hardwiring pigtail to a junction box. Inspected plug head and found L2 is disconnected. Took one picture. Reconnected it for testing and oven is now working and observed it heating properly. Explained to homeowner that this is not the installation recommended in the use and care document for the oven. If issue happens again recommend that they have an electrician hardwire the outlet properly

Arrived on site for washer leaking water into tub when not in use (per customer on arrival) after running multiple diagnostics and normal operation tests I found cause was due to a failing inlet valve not sealing closed when needed. Arrived on call for complaint of leaks. Found the bellow damaged and allowing water leak out front. After replacing test washer no leaks detected at time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, both RC door gaskets being badly torn and the defrost bimetal failure, I removed and replaced all parts mentioned including the UV dye drier and access valve. After replacing the compressor, drier, and access valve, I vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. I installed 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at 2/148. Using my heat gun I shaped the gaskets before installing and checked for air gaps. Doors are sealing properly.No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 24 hours."

Arrived on site for unit not heating error code F1E4 MW relay. Tested unit and found turntable not turning and unit intermittently operating. Found switches were bad. Need to replace switches. Replaced both upper and lower interlocks. Tested unit by heating a glass of water for 30 seconds. The turntable is operating correctly and the water heated. Unit operates correctly. Job complete.

The customer had the unit off and defrosted it. I found a puddle of water at the bottom of the fresh food section. I checked the deli UI and harness and found it in good condition. I found the rc drip pan warped. I put the unit through a forced defrost and checked voltage at the control. I found good voltage to the defrost heater and good continuity through the circuit. I tested the rc thermistor and found it reading 45 degrees when it is set to 37. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit calibrated +30 degrees. I reset the calibration back to 0 and tested. Once the oven bake burner came on, the bottom panel back left corner popped up. I stopped testing and found the bottom panel badly warped and not secured by the clips on the back liner. When I attempted to put the panel back in place, the right liner at the back bottom corner bent inward. I found the weld on the liner was broken and causing the back right corner of the liner to warp and allow warm air to leak. I contacted techline and spoke to Robert and advised of the complaint and my findings.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the customer not using rinse aid (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. All components are within range in amp draw. Element is showing 7-9amps in wash and dry cycles of diagnostics. I tested ohms at the control to the element and the element is within ohms range. Tested voltage at the control and its getting 120V. Unplugged the UI from the main control and closed the door and the drain pump came on indicating the main control is good. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found error code E1(no cooling). Found bottom of both FC and RC was full of water and ice. Found both drains frozen. Water from RC was dripping down into FC return vents. Found air channel for ice maker on left side of FC evap was completely frozen preventing air flow to ice maker. Completely exposed both evaps and cleared all frost and ice. Thermistors tested good and were in proper location. Removed drain tube and put a bead of caulking to prevent air leak. Spoke to SW and was advised that based on the current checks the issue would have to be either with the microwave itself or a timing issue with the switches. Being that we couldnt narrow it down, she advised to order all parts and return with everything to ensure proper repair.

Was replacing dryer again and cap tube broke near cabinet area. Previously, tube was difficult to access due to no slack on the line when removing original dryer.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. I checked temps and found the RC at 60?F and the FC at -3?F. I found the FC completely frosted over, and upon further inspection I found the light assembly broken off. This was causing the assembly to hang in front of the door, and possibly blocked the door from closing all of the way. This in turn could of caused a warm air leak and created all of the frost. I also found the customers FC over packed and blocking airflow. I informed the customer on not over packing the unit, and the importance of this. I gained access to the evap and found the return vents to the RC iced over. Due to this no cool air was going to the RC. I cleared out the vents, and informed the customer the failure was most likely caused by the blocked airflow or frost build up. I am ordering the light assembly and will return to install. Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was not steaming and popping temp sensors. Replaced boiler and tested unit again. Called tech line and with Austin on the line was able to see unit reading a water level when it was empty. Replaced both valve and pressure sensor to resolve. Tested unit and verified a proper fill. Found when door opened the light comes on and the turn table begins turning. Unit has failed switch causing constant voltage to flow through turn table switch.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not turning normally, upon inspection found the motor shorted not turning when replaced I found the tub was locked in place. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is cycling through the spin cycle over and over. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were running a load of sheets and pillowcases in the unit would not stop going through the spin cycle. I did ask the customer what they were washing and they advised they were washing the sheets and pillowcases. They did advise the unit was going off balance and just seemingly it was stuck rinsing agitating and then trying to spin. I did advise the customer that when the unit does go off balance it can do this and that they need to cancel the cycle rearrange the clothes and then place the unit into a drain and spin in order to finish out the cycle. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Ran the unit through diagnostics and all tests ran as designed. I did notice the washer was sitting unlevel and was leaning towards the back of the unit with the tub resting against the back panel. Adjusted the feet to level out the washing machine and advise the customer on proper loading technique. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to reinstall the wall oven. We reinstalled the wall oven and tested the unit. It is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found unit had leak in line causing compressor to go bad. Compressor has amps but no cooling.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not draining, upon inspection found the unit full of water and not draining when called for per the customer, when I tested the unit i found the drain line kinked causing a low flow, moved drain line and water flowed normally. Complete"

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise and making a banging noise. Tested the unit and heard a scrape noise and a small bang during testing. Unit made it all the way through. Upon further investigation, found that a penny was stuck between the agitator and the drum making the scrapping noise and that the wash plate was loose some how. Tightened the bolt on the plate and removed the penny. Re test he unit and unit was better. Checked the error codes and had a suds error code. Let customer know to be careful with how much detergent is being used. No issues at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for unit making noise during operation. Opened up the unit and saw that a roller had broken in half and the belt was ripped up. Replaced with the repair kit. When putting the unit back together. Noticed that the motor needs to be replaced as well and that a new drum needs to be ordered as the felt on the back side was all ripped up and if trying to run it, the drum would scrape and make a loud noises during operation. "Arrived on site and inspected microwaves and found diode is working against white wire from magnetron due to cooking oil buildup on surface. Cleaned wire replaced diode capacitor and magnetron and after reassembling insured microwave is heating properly, job complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that had a burning smell when running. On arrival the customer showed me rear panel cover had a scorch mark on it. Checked terminal block and saw power cable L1 wire severed due to bad install. The screw for the cable ring was sideways and stripped, so power wire was not tight. Replaced terminal block and wrapped wiring.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not heating/drying dishes on longest wash setting but worked in other selections (per customers on arrival). Confirmed complaint. Found in diagnostics no errors but I did verify element and thermostat before functioning within specs. Found control failing to send power during long wash setting to element. Replaced control and found u it functioning as designed. Call complete

"Both bake and broil elements had continuity. The unit was turned off at the breaker box outside after the owner smelled the smell of electrical malfunction. Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water correctly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After running all diagnostics tests I found the filer head/reservoir asm had failed to seal to filter correctly.Cuat9 er approved and I installed and reassembled unit with needed parts. Tests. Showed no leaks and dispensing functions are fully functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for microwave needing previously diagnosed door. Upon arrival confirmed prior door issue and installed new door asm. After reassembling and testing unit found unit had a high voltage issue between the mag cap and diode. Also found door switchs couldnt be removed from bracket without risk of damaging bracket and switches. Arrived on site for microwave not heating and burnt up. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found after further inspection unit had a hv issue between mag cap and diode. Also found interior of unit was completely burnt and charred all over inner cavity and burning through the inner liner. Also found unit had a turntable motor failure. Also found 7nit couldnt be disassembled much further without causing major repairs issues with not being able to reassemble unit properly. Arrived on site for refrigerator not producing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to ice maker and measured voltage to power switch and found no voltage. Arrived onsite for oven not cooking evenly. I put unit in bake and found that the oven is operating normally. The customer told me that she was baking 2 dishes at the same time on the same rack. Which can effect how it cooks. It is recommended to rotate dishes halfway though cooking. I advised customer of this.
