I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found no error codes. Tested in test 57 and the ice maker harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray. Tested the emitter/receiver boards in test 15 and it passed. I tested the ice maker thermistor and fan and both passed. While testing, I found the UI not signaling when I pressed on the keys. I advised the customer that the UI is possible in the beginning stages of failure. Customer advised that they have been in and out of the freezer section getting ice packs frequently. I advised that opening and closing the freezer door could impact the ice maker as the temperature in the freezer will get too high and the ice maker wont harvest. I recommended they keep the unit doors closed as long as possible and monitor the unit. I explained the disclaimer from management regarding the issues weve been experiencing with his unit and no repairs have solved the issues.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and the ice maker tray had water in it as it had just harvested a tray of ice. I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water, but at a very slow rate. Tenant did not know when the filter was last replaced. I recommended replacing the filter and attempted to contact the landlord and left a message for them to return my call to our office.

"WM2655HVA Arrived to inspect OE code. I found the drain pump would drain very slowly and inspected. The impeller had lost one of two contact points on the rotor shaft and the excessive play prevent it from starting rotation as designed. I removed and replaced the pump and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for valve issues on cooktop. On inspection there was cooking grease on all components. 3 of the burners were not igniting. I pulled the top of the cooktop. I testing ignitors and 1 that was not sparked, on further inspection it had grease on it I cleaned it off and it started working. I clean the rest of off and got them to work. The front left burner valve was not moving, I clean the stem off and worked back until it was free and working again. Informed the customer how to prevent the valve from seizing up. I found 2 burners that would not ignite. The gas passage hole was clogged. I cleaned all the burners to insure that they would work. I got all the burners to ignite after the cleaning.

"Arrived onsite for MW not heating. On inspection everything was working just was not heating, tested the magnetron capacitor and diode they were good. Test the voltage to the transformer and was 120vac. I the ohmed out the secondary coils on the transformer and they were OL.

Arrived onsite for a washer that was full of water to the top of the tub ring and not draining. I plugged the washer in and could hear the pump humming but the unit was not draining. I removed all the water from the tub and removed the pump. I found the impeller wobbling and messed up from a welding rod that had gotten in it. . I replaced the pump and ran the auto diagnostics test. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave turntable now working. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave and the display showed the turntable to be turned on but it failed to rotate. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the turntable and it failed to function. I disassembled the unit to find the harness to be pinched in between metal panels and had shorted out (photos). Also found a random screw touching the connector of the transformer and several screws not fully screwed into the unit (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings. Also advised that this is a PEX unit from a year ago and the customer just received it last week. Rich advised that were here to repair and recommended to replace the harness and microwave control board and will need a second tech to assist. Provided SR#7736542480. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with condensation in the RC. I checked the refrigerator and found where the shelves fog up when the doors are opened but I found the liner dry. I explained to the customer that this can happen when its warm inside the home and warm air enters the compartment when the doors are opened. I checked all the gaskets and they are sealing properly. I did find some water in the top of the FC door gasket but the mullion was completely dry and the FC door gasket was sealing properly. I removed the water and I explained to the customer to let us know if this continues and we would need to change the door and badge. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a microwave not heating. I found the spade connectors on the magnetron loose causing the magnetron not to fire. I tightened the spade connectors up and connected the molex connector back on the magnetron. I tested the microwave with my microwave tester and found it working as designed. The customer and I heated a bowl of water in it and it worked as designed. This is covered under Appliance Express warranty. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven where there are two spots in the oven cavity where the blue ceramic coating is coming off. I found two small spots on the rails for the racks on the right side. I took pics of both. The lower spot is a chip. I used the blue pen to touch the spots up and explained to the customer the color will match when the product drys. The upper spot was about 1 long and 1/4 wide and the lower spot was 3/8 long and 1/4 wide. The customer would like the unit replaced because of this and I explained that I would call techline to get the findings documented and advised them to call customer care tomorrow after the report has been filed. I called techline and spoke with Robert SR# 7736542468 and he documented all my findings with the photos I took. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid not locking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit filled and drained and attempted to lock the lid, but failed. I raised the lid and closed it and the lock engaged and completed testing. Following the tech sheet, I tested the lock assembly and found it out of range. Removed and replaced the lock assembly and calibrated and retested and found the control not responding properly. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated again and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they turn the basket they can hear water sloshing around inside the unit and are worried mold is building up inside the tub. I advised the customer that they will always have a small amount of water in the drain reservoir due to the airflow pushing some of the water back towards the drain during the drain cycle. I placed he unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the drain pump. The unit is operating as designed. I disassembled the unit and showed the customer the water in the reservoir which is only approximately one inch deep or less. I was unable to get the basket out, but I turned the basket back and forth and got the balancing liquid to slosh around and advised them that its perfectly normal to hear that. I advised the solution is a salt water solution thats used for balancing the unit while in spin cycle. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, cleaning the unit. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with items freezing in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=38 top shelf, 36 middle shelf, 33 in all crisper drawers (3). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors in the RC and all were within temp range of my temp readings. I removed the bottom crisper drawer as the customer advised they could hear a loud noise. I found a small amount of ice at the drain tube area (photo). I tested the RC evap,fan and found it making the noise due to it rubbing on ice. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped (photo). I placed a bead of silicone around the lip of the tube and sealed it (photo). Following the tech sheet, I tested the thermistors at the hv control and found all within range and voltage readings within range. I put the u;it back in its space and leveled the unit and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. I forced defrost on the unit and it was defrosting as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, including food item placement in the RC section. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Call Don site for a dryer that is making a buzzing sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit has not been making the sound for the past 24 hours. She didnt know exactly what was going on with it. Tested the unit several times in multiple drying cycles and could not get the unit to replicate the sound. Ran the unit through diagnostics and immediately heard the buzzing sound coming from the dryer. Check behind the dryer due to the steam valve being activated and found that there was no water line going to the steam valve which was causing the issue. Customer thought that the installers had to hook that up properly and was unaware that the steam option was not usable yet. I tested the unit with the cold water valve off the washer and found immediate improvement in the sound. Did advise the customer to install a waterline to the dryer to fix that and fix the buzzing issue. Advised the customer that the valve buzzes because theres no water supply that to be let in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Ive been on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Temperature of the freezer and found the freezer at 6?F. Ran through diagnostics and found all components working in operating as designed. Went into the icemaker error codes and found an E2 indicating that the motor had lost position. Arrived onsite for washer machine a noise. On inspection the unit made a note only during agitation cycle. I gain an to the bottom of the unit found the belt was not the correct belt for the unit. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection the tile in front of the dishwasher was buckled up. I looked for water damage on the cabinets base boards but there was no evidence of water damage. I took off the kick plate of the dishwasher and looked for water evidence around the over flow float saw no water damage or evidence of water. I pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet to look beside the unit. The sheet rock behind the dishwasher has no evidence of water damage or the oak cabinets on either side showed no evidence of water damage. I looked at the grout around the tile looking for moisture evidence saw none I could see few inches under one of the tiles and I saw no moisture or water. My conclusion is that the water did not pop the tiles up. No water leaks detected during inspection.

At time of service unit was in the retracted position. I checked all switches and wiring and found all the switches making proper contact. Tried unit 5 times and was successful on all 5 tries to cycle. Unable to duplicate the failure at this time, but based on description it sounds like something in the can was binding the ram. Advised if failure happens again to leave the unit in the failure state so we can properly test. Call completed."

"MHW5630HC3 Arrived to inspect washer not spinning out completely. I entered service test mode and found F0E2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. The unit operated as designed and completed the service test mode with no issues, but I did see foam building up within the tub, even though no detergent was added. I advised the customer with detergent use strategies and explained the code and its relation to over-detergenting within the modern front load machines. I explained that excessive detergent and the subsequent foaming can cause items to get into the tub area and block draining. I performed secondary testing and found the unit then drained extremely slowly. Inspection revealed debris within the pump assembly and I removed it. The unit operated as expected after the correction. The customer will run a clean washer cycle and re-attempt use. They will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for washer showing f9e1. Upon arrival confirmed issue and and found stable power supply. Found pink wire on main harness broken from inside of drain motor spade connector. Found drain motor resistance at 19.8ohms and Replaced main harness asm and tested unit. Found washer working as designed with no leaks.

Homeowner is experiencing nuisance tripping and gave them document W11525530 explaining it also airdropped a short video displaying moisture sensor working properly. Found moisture sensors are reading good at control panel. Removed vent hose and observed time on sensor dry dropping properly time while running with no load.
