Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer temperature is at 77?F. Checked the evaporator and found no frost pattern. Arrived on site for range causing oven to heat incorrectly. Upon arrival customer had unit running and trying to heat right side oven. After further testing I found after 10 minutes that unit was exceeding 400 degrees and not lowering even when set to 350. I found oven temp sensor had failed. Replaced sensor reassembled and tested unit and found it functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a while oven that is not completely preheating on either oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not make it to the preset temperatures and would eventually error out and shut off in an idle state. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (over temperature during cooking) error code. Tested all bake and broiling elements to make sure that none of them were running when the unit was idle as well as making sure they all turned on. I?ll bake and broil elements were working as designed. Round the unit through it up bake cycle on both ovens at 350?F. Both reach 350?F and stayed there for over seven minutes. The customer requested that I test her broiling functions as well to make sure the unit didn?t error out. Tested both broil elements at 5:50 for 10 minutes. The unit ran as designed with no error codes present. Spoke to SW and was advised that at this time since we could not replicate the issue do not proceed with the repair but that if other issues were present, the most likely scenario would be with the main board and/or sensors.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not going properly it is tingling clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F0 E5 (off balance load), and F0 E9 (off balance pause) error codes. I ran the unit through a manual high speed spin, tested all the valves, and around the unit through a diagnostic cycle. All tests ran as designed. I tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and noticed the customer using the extra power function of the unit. I did ask the customer if they consistently use that extra power function and she advised that she was not aware of whether she did or not. I did explain to her about the service pointer talking about low water levels of the beginning of the cycle when it agitates and that water is constantly being filled into the unit throughout the cycle. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker not working. I gained access to IM in the FC. Upon further inspection I found there was significant frost build up in the freezer. I found that the door had not been closing all the way due to how the IM scoop was set in the ice box. I advised the customer on this and how to properly put the scoop onto its holder. I jumped the IM and nothing happened. I checked voltage to the IM and found it good. I then jumped the fill and found it still not filling, and the fill tube was not frozen. This indicates a bad valve. I could not test the filter head due to the customer not having the filter bypass. Due to this I am ordering the valve and filter head for the repair. We will need to install the valve first and test the unit. The filter head was ordered to be sure we will not have to make another trip in case it was needed. We are also bringing back the IM to install, for the one installed on the last visit is bad. The customer kept the prior quote for the valve and no fee was collected today due to being a call back. "Arrived on site for a microwave with the humidity sensor going off, and the lights intermittently not turning off. Upon arrival the customer stated when he made baked potatoes sometimes the unit would stop and the sensor light would flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes, and the humidity sensor in range per the tech sheet. I advised the customer the unit is supposed to shut off when it senses to much moisture, and a baked potato cooking for several minutes is likely to do this. The customer also stated the units interior lights will sometimes not shut off after closing the door. I found that this typically happens after the customer slams the door. He found that jiggling the handle a bit fixes it. The customer also recently had the interlocks replaced by another company. I advised the customer that slamming the door can jam the interlocks and cause this issue. I gained access to the control and interlocks. I found both as designed. I found no mechanical failure on the unit.

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Water - Side by Side Refrigerator. Used glass to test water dispenser and no water came out of the dispenser. I could hear the valve humming when calling for water from dispenser. Ice maker is making ice. Removed filter and tried pressing the water dispenser again and still no water. Removed water line from the valve at the rear of the fridge to flush the water line. Tested dispenser and still no water. Read temps from UI and freezer was set to -4 degrees. Explained to customer this could be why the water isnt coming out due to the water line being frozen inside the door. Customer wasnt sure why it was set so cold. Set to recommended temp at 0 degrees. Removed kick plate to access water line connectors. Disconnected ice maker water line instead of water dispenser line on accident and pressed water dispenser and water came out of dispenser. Once I realized I didnt disconnect the water dispenser line, I concluded the water line for the water dispenser was either kinked at the bottom of the door or frozen inside the door. I must have unkinked it or the water line became unfrozen while I had the freezer door open trying to diagnose. Ordering filter head to return and complete the repair if the water stops dispensing again. Explained to customer they could cancel the return visit if the water continues to dispense between now and the time we call to reschedule. Customer informed use that they had another company come out and they replace the main control and then the same issue occurred. We the gained access to the the rc and found no ice build up. We then performed a temp test in the fc and found it at 0 degrees. We then gained access to the back of unit and checked the condenser for leaks found none also checked to see if the drain tube was clogged found no clog.we then performed a resistance test of the fc evap thermistor and the rc thermistor found then to be reading good. We then gained access to the rc evaporator and put unit into diagnostics and ran diag test for the compressor and that pasted. We the found service pointer for the control and rc evap cover. Service Pointer #:W11033419D. We attempted to perform this but found the evaporator cover defective. Ordering new evap cover w11167902. Arrived on site to diagnose a venthood that is making unusual noise. Found fan blade rubbing on damper screw as screw added at time of install. Removed unnecessary screw and all is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps and it smoking. Upon further inspection, customer advised they were baking at 300 degrees and the unit began to smoke and the temps felt too hot. Customer provided a photo of burnt food. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 300 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 307 degrees. The unit temps are correct as this is an older gas unit. The unit smoking was due to the food that was burnt/charred. I advised the customer that the unit is operating properly.No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Tested cut off and it too didnt have continuity. Removed cut off and installed new cut off. Tested dryer and it is heating as designed. Customer stated their vent in the wall is clogged so they run their vent hose out of the garage door. I gave them the number to dryer vent wizard to clean their wall vent. Explained how these fuses blowing could happen again if the dryer isnt getting proper air flow. Job completed.

Arrived on site for start button not working CONTROLS-POWER / START BUTTON NOT WORKING. Placed in diagnostics and got F5E1 twice and F7E9. Cleared error codes. Tested lid lock and it was working in diagnostics. Ran through diagnostics cycle and completed all cycles as designed. Rotor working. Removed lid latch and installed new lid latch. Ran through quick wash and washer was working as designed. Prior to my arrival the washer start button wasnt working as designed. Paused quick wash and started another quick wash. Found remaining right side hinge was bowed a bit so I used both left and right side hinges I ordered plus two new screws to mount new lid. Placed in diagnostics to test lid switch. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirmed complaint and then recovered small amount of charge left. Installed new compressor and drier. After wards I tested for leaks using nitrogen and found evap coil leaking. After replacing coil I pulled vacuum on unit and recharged system with 41g of r600. Arrived onsite for microwave showing door error. I called techline SR#7731301866 we checked voltage at P2 and found only 93VAC he recommended inspecting the primary interlock switch. As I went to unplug the unit I realized I didnt plug it in all the way and you have to really push the plug for it to go all the way in. After doing this all functions restored to the unit. The cavity light came on and I was able to heat a glass of water. I tested function multiple times and it worked as designed every time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not washing the clothes correctly. Put unit in diagnostics and found no error codes on the unit. Let unit go through automatic diagnostics and unit passed with no issues. Called Techline. Tech line said that help clothes get better cleaned is to have bigger loads to put in the unit at about half way to help with the process of the unit to put in more water to help with cleaning. We turned it on and tested the conditions again and found no leaks. We the lit all burners on top all worked as designed no smell there either. We tested the oven and it seems to be working properly. We put oven though a few cycles and still no smell.unit functioning as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the last visit, the unit has been working properly and all the issues have been resolved. She advised that since the unit was working, she said she didn?t see a need for the replacement parts. I went ahead and checked the unit anyway just to confirm that all of her issues have been resolved. All issues were seemingly resolved with whatever was done with the wire connections on the unit.I did help the customer re-calibrate her unit for her oven. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived back on site to install previously ordered control due to previous control not responding to any commands. After installing the new control and making sure it was receiving 120 volts from the outlet, I attempted service mode and unit had a green light on the control, but didnt respond. I Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke JR SR#7731856935. I was directed to test the ohms at the J2 connector at the control. I didnt register. Checked the connector at the drain pump and the black/ white wire was broken, which caused the drain pump to ruin the control. JR advised me to order the main harness, drain pump, main control and return with previously ordered parts. ; ordrng 1 W11417466 (CONTROL) and 1 W11255099 (HARNESS) and 1 W11545744 (Main Wire Harness)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting. Found that unit will start if you spin the drum clockwise, indicating a bad start winding on the motor. Will just buzz until you spin it.
