Arrived onsite to complete repair on washing machine which would not spin out and drain consistently. Unit would not enter diagnostics. Replaced the main control W11352122 and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Spinning and draining as dewigned.

Arrived onsite for burners not igniting. On inspection found the left back burner would not ignite and the center had half a flame when ignited. Took the burner apart and found debris in the gas channel. The left back Burner had the gas port hole was clogged. Clean the burners and tested. Found the bulbs were burnt out. CX will replace the bulbs. Unit work as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a range displaying an F3E0 error code.I tested the oven sensor at the control and it read 1090 ohms and was within range. The control needs to be replaced.

"JR: Arrived onsite to inspect oven with error code F2E1 (stuck/short key).Upon arrival I found that the unit would display the error code and let me advance past it. However, the error code would then pop back up and I would cycle through it over and over again. I cleared he error code and turned the power off at the breaker box and waited 4:30 minutes and then turned the unit back on. Powering the unit back up has cleared the issue and the error has gone away. I tested the unit in back at 350? and the unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the entry diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I ran into through diagnostics and did confirm that the unit would not recirculate water. Replaced the wash pump and motor and tested the unit. Found the unit was attempting to recirculate water but would not recirculate. Verified 120 V going from the main control to the washer pump motor. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734740683. He advised that based on my checks, the issue would have to just be with a bad motor assembly from the factory. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice melting in the bin. Upon further inspection, I found the RC ice bin stuck in the door and could not get it free. I found ice was forming in the chute due to the ice sweating and the freezing from the ice door allowing warm air inside the bin. Using my steamer, I feed the ice bin and removed it. I found the bin cracked at the base. Customer advised that when they opened the ice bin door, the door gasket came off as it stuck to the liner. When I steamed the ice in the chute, I found the water would leak through the ice door. I am ordering the ice bin, ice bin door, ice door and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. No water leaks observed during service and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the freezer sitting at 14?F. Found the refrigerator sitting at 34?F. Found the temperature selections were set at 0?F for the freezer and 33?F for the refrigerator. Found no evidence of any defrost issue in the refrigerator or freezer sections. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found compressor within range. Checked the condenser coils and found them caked with lint buildup. I did explain to the customer that that could be causing their issue. He advised that the unit has not been cooling for some time now and that they need immediately relief. I did find that compressor extremely hot to touch indicating that it is going out on thermal. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit door was open and they ran into it and the left side of the unit dropped down and is not level. BT arrived on site to inspect refrigerator. Packaging tape was on one of the rails for the freezer door I removed the tape and set the feet down to level the unit. Now the freezer door opens easily and the whole unit wont roll out. Office to charge service call only. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit with no cooling ability and the compressor was running. The CX advised me it had operated about 15 days after the last repair. I checked pressures and found at rest, 1 psi within the system. I pressurized the entire system to 140 psi and found no leaks on any accessible joints in the lower unit area, or the evaporator area as well. I isolated the high side to include the compressor, condenser and Yoder and found a pressure drop of 3 psi in 15 min. But only observable when pressurized to above 200 psi and the drop notated occurred at 250 psi. I then isolated the Yoder and retested and found the same results, when the compressor and condenser were included. I contacted the MFG tech line, Chris. Advised of my findings and was given SR# 7734736511. The unit has been submitted for replacement due to a leak within the cabinet that is not repairable. The CX will be contacted by the MFG to arrange replacement. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing F2E2 error. Found service pointer W11436350 applies. Removed console and found one ribbon cable disconnected from its connector. Tried to reseat and could not get console to power on again. Was going to replace console but found new one also had a disconnected ribbon cable and the fascia trim was broken. Attempted to reseat ribbon cable in original console and was able to get it to power on. Once I did it threw an F6E1 error for not able read control. Replaced control. Retested and verified all functions correct and its now starting cycles. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with door gaskets that are falling off. Upon inspection I found that that door gasket had cam loose from the doors. I the reattached the gaskets after checking for another major damage and dining none. I used my heat gun to remove any deformities in the gaskets and made sure that they sealed up properly. I plugged my outlet tester into all the outlets wired together and found the GFCI tripping every time I reset it. I plugged my outlet tester into an outlet in the living room and found it working. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying properly. On inspection the unit was working as designed. Informed CX on how the new dishwasher performed. CX complaint was that water stays inside the dishwasher. CX is not using rinse aid so informed on how rinse aid helps with drying of the dishes. Let CX know that plastic dish will hold water and that the plastic tub holds the water after it is done. Told CX to open the door once the cycle is done to help dry the dish. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not advising the customer when cycles are completed and is intermittently flashing an F2 E1 (stuck key). Add confirm the customers complaint and found the screen sitting on an F2 E1 error message before touching the unit. The customer advised that this will happen when she is not pressing any buttons. Checked power to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked voltage to the user interface and found proper voltage. Opens it replaced the user interface and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found the evap was covered in ice.Tested the bi metal and it was working, retested the thermistor and they were in range. Called Tech line and went through few test with them. Let the tech that I had. Gap on the bottom of the T molding. The tech had me send him pics of the gap and it is under apex review. They will reach out to me in a few days to let us know what to do next. No water leaks detected during service. Sr 7734742713"

Arrived Onsite to inspect microwave making noises. Upon arrival CX reports that the sound is a tapping like a fan tapping against something and the CX said that the noise stopped Sunday and has not returned since. I tested the output wattage and got 1000 watts. I tested the unit and was unable to reproduce the tapping the CX is reporting. I instructed the CX that the tapping may have been from a shaving falling into the microwave fan and must have blown out. Call complete

"BT arrived on site to inspect washer. The unit was making a squealing noise when spinning. I removed and replaced the gear case, shifter and belt. I ran the unit through diagnostics and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect drying time issue. The CX said the unit had increased time on one load, but it was a single occurrence and operated normally on subsequent attempts. I found no issues with the unit and advised the CX that the timer can change values dependent upon moisture content within the garments. The unit would register a vent error message and I found excessive debris at the vent out let and removed it. Subsequent testing showed the error resolved. Operational test good, steam dryer, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for water leaking from dispenser compartment. Customer played video,water leaking from behind paddles,checked ice door operation good and sealing,tested water dispenser no leaks. Ran icemaker test,icemaker passed harvest,ran fill test passed no leaks,ran ice box fan good strong air flow. Unable to recreate issue."

"Arrived on site for a defective compressor and pump. Replaced pump,compressor,drier and evaporator,vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec,reassembled unit checked available connections and tubing no leaks. Ran diagnostics all test passed."

Dont type and drive I turned it on. Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and upon further testing found that unit would not power on due to a voltage issue in the outlet. Found left side of outlet giving 121 V that sound right side of outlet only giving 8 V and when combined between the left and right side of the L1 and L2 to unit overall was only receiving 108 V. Instructed customer they would need electrician to fix the power supply issue and unit would function as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for unit not cooling and making a loud noise. Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and found following results for thermistors: Fc thermistor 10.7k, rc thermistor 6.1k, ice bin thermistor 7.3k, rc evap thermistor 8.2k. found no failures in the RC compartment but I did find a partial defrost issue in the freezer indicating unit was going to defrost too early and shutting down too quickly causing ice to build around the fan due to a failing by metal thermostat. Was able to replace evaporator fan motor in FC as well as high-voltage control and inform customer to give unit 24 hours to stabilize tips. Call complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from the rear. Found water dispenser hose had a Crack in it. Cut out damaged section and used a coupler from truck stock to connect the lines. Unit no longer leaking. Call complete.
