"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not reaching preheat temp. Upon further inspection, I checked the tools to make sure the unit had not been calibrated and it hadnt, but I found the unit was reading temps in Celsius mode (photo). I sent a text to the builder and they advised that the unit had been tested with an infrared laser gun. I advised that the gun cannot provide accurate temp readings as it tests surface temps and not air temps. I changed the temp units to Fahrenheit and proceeded with testing using my multimeter and placing the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and testing on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 362 degrees. The next five readings were 377, 319, 371, 323, 372 for an average temp of 352.4 degrees. My average temp is within manufacturing specifications. I notified the builder and advised of my testings and unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have attempted to cook various food items and all items have been getting cooked/burnt on the outer edges and the middle has stayed cold/frozen and the plate has been too hot to handle. Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit on a quick 30 second heating and my tester lit up most of the time telling me the unit is heating as it should. Following the tech sheet, I tested the temps inside the unit with a cup of room temp water for one minute. At the end of testing, the temp of the water after stirring was 118 degrees. Tech sheet shows for a 1000W unit, the temp should be in a range of 110-116 degrees. I tested the voltage at the outlet and got 125V. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint, previous service/SR number, my testings and my findings. Jonathan advised that based off my testing/findings, the unit is operating as designed. He provided a text to my phone and I provided a photo of the vents on the top panel at the front of the unit. I advised the unit does not vent outside, but vents through the front top vents back into the kitchen. Jonathan advised the venting shouldnt have any effect on the heating other than the mag cooling fan, which is operating as designed. Jonathan recommended providing the SR#7739127989 to the customer and have them contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss. I advised the customer of my conversation with techline and provided them with my business card and SR number and recommended they contact customer service. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed per techline."

On arrival verified complaint of unit having condensate and not making ice well. Found filter is old. Removed filter and water flow increased greatly. Inside the house is very hot and humid this is causing major amounts of condensation in the unit and on the gaskets. Found RC right gasket was not sealing correctly. "WRF555SDFZ16 Arrived to install sealed system parts. I found the system had a low amount of refrigerant and there was oil residue at the factory connector on the drier. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed. Holding at 320 microns, I charged the system with the MFG calculated charge and tested. The unit resumed normal cooling. I replaced the failed FC drawer and the noisy fan motor and blade. No water connections to unit."

"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to complete repair. I had the customer leave the ice maker in the off position since the last visit and they advised that the unit operated as designed and did not display any temperature issues as prior. This proved the ice maker fill tube was intermittently leaking down the back wall and causing the ice issues within the evaporator, further evidenced by the large accumulation within the left side of the drip pan. I modified the fill tube and tested. The issue was resolved and there was no more evidence of water spillage during fill. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. The customer stated its not making ice or cooling correctly in the FC. I checked the system for leaks and could not find any signs of dye. I tested pressures and had good pressures and no sign of refrigerant loss. I ran service test 4 and everything was good but when step 5 started the refrigerant flow was spitting at times then finally smoothed out than near the end of the step before it shut off the compressor speed dropped. Before I could test voltage the test stopped and turned to normal operation. I could not get it to repeat this. I dumped the charge and vacuumed the system then charged it again with 56 grams of R600A. I ran test 4 again and the flow to the FC evaporator sounded better but still had some spitting at times. I watched the temp drop in the FC to 5 degrees in step 4. I set the icemaker to max ice and asked the customer to monitor ice production and call back if there are still FC cooling issues or ice making issues. I suspect there could be more than one issue here and if the customer calls back we need to return with an inverter, main control, LED control, icemaker, dual valve, and fill tube heater. Call complete."

"WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was attempting to cool and thermography looked ok in the high side and there was a developed frost pattern on the evaporator. During inspection, I found the door was not sealing as expected and was correctable via leveling and adding a customer provided spacer to the back left corner. The air tower was not mounted as designed and a gap of approximately 1/4 was along the entire bottom of the air tower, causing incorrect airflow between the chambers. I corrected the issue and tested. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. No water connections to unit."

I tested all the joints in the unit compartment with leak detector and found no leaks. The machine is either leaking from the evaporator, condenser, or in the chassis on the high side. "KRMF706EBS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit would cycle power, likely from moisture incursion into the harness area and there were frosted areas within the evaporator, but not complete plugging. On prior service, it was discovered that there was a cold spot with water formation marks on the back of the machine, at the RC return area. Upon return for the sealed system, tech will need to ensure the internal lines are intact. Thermography revealed the sealed system was not creating enough heat in the high side and the inlet to outlet of the condenser had a 45 degree variance. No leaks observed during service. Customer stated there was a power surge and that night unit stopped producing ice. 5 days later there was another power surge and ice maker returned to full function and is currently producing ice. Checked temperatures in all cabin. FC reading -2? fahrenheit, RC reading 45? fahrenheit, and ice maker compartment is reading 17.5? fahrenheit. No ice maker error codes present. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket slightly turned and adjusted. I removed the ice bin and found the ice maker on/off arm in the off position. Once I pressed the arm down in the on position, the ice maker began to harvest then filled with water. While servicing other appliances in the home, I heard the ice maker harvest and drop cubes into the bin and then filled with water. I recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to fill the bin and 72 hours to completely fill the bin with ice. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and not responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and the unit operated as designed. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the rear of the unit to test the elements and test voltage. I found both the bake and broil elements within ohms range and both getting 241V. While the unit tested, the breaker tripped. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and while heating, the breaker tripped. When I went to cycle power at the breaker, I closed the breaker box door and the breaker tripped. I recommended the customer have their builder check/replace the breaker and if the unit continued to trip, to call our office to schedule service. Job completed. W11649350"

"JDPSS244LL1 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the machine would not react and inspected the electrical supply. The leads for the cord were not correctly attached and had worked out of the terminals. After correcting, the issue was resolved and the unit powered up. The pump had failed and required replacement, noting that the rotor had locked. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect noise and sweating at door. I found the noise was due to the lower air guide vibrating at the opposite side of the prior repair and was able to correct. The FC door gasket had water on it and the mullion was twisted, causing the RH RC door to be unable to seal at the bottom, causing the condensate on the FC to form. I was able to temporarily square the mullion, but it was very weak compared to others and will require replacement. The ice bin door had a gap along the upper sealing surface and will require replacement. The customer requested tech GCO. "Arrived on site for RC too warm and FC is operating correctly, with correct temperatures. Found entire Rc evaporator is incased in ice with drip pan bowed. Arrived on site for oven not turning on. No lights either. Removed from wall to access control. Found no voltage. Found breaker tripped. Reset. Verified Rd-bk= 248. Each to ground=124. Each to wh=124. Voltage is good. Entered diagnostics. Found f6e4. Bake element pulls 12 amps. Broil pulls 14 amps. Relay board. sparking for bake. Per tech sheet as well I replaced control. Arrived on site for oven showing f3e0. Oven sensor problem. Removed back cover. Ohm out sensor at 1.1k. At control pr-pr= open. Checked and found wire not clicked into harness. Reseated wiring. Replaced sensor. Now getting reading at control. Verified operation. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not starting. Tested unit and found no response from start button. Checked terminal block and found L2 wire was fried because it was not tightened down in the terminal block, causing it to short to neutral. Removed damaged wiring and repaired with terminal block kit. Customer advised they also need to replace the power cable and tighten connections, warranty does not cover the cable. Unit should be working properly when cable is installed. Repair completed, parts used - 279320."

"WED5620HW2 Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, checked voltage to the receptacle and found 0V. Checked breaker outside and it was in the off position. Turned back and re tested. Unit is now functioning as designed. In addition, there is moisture coming out of the vent towards customer home (picture attached) advised customer to call lint cleaning company to inspect why water is entering home through dryer vent. No parts replaced."
