"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and the breaker turned on. Customer advised they had recently had a surge and later the unit stopped working. Cycled power and tested the thermal fuse and found it bad. Removed and replaced the fuse and placed the unit in diagnostics and mound error code F1E0. Cleared the code and tested and unit is operating as designed. The sound indicator on the control panel is not functioning and customer advised that they dont recall it ever working. I recommended using the unit a few times and monitor operation and if it failed to contact our office and schedule service as the unit might possibly need the control. "Arrived onsite for Squealing or Hooting Noise. Upon arrival,ran diagnostics and got no stored error codes. Ran automatic test cycle and unit is operating correctly. After series of questions with customer. She stated that unit would make squeaking sound while draining with any size load. Customer states that unit will make squeaky sound every single time. Ran another cycle with clothes. During spin found that the lid makes a clicking and squeaking sound. Noise stops when touching the lid. Removed lid and reattached being sure it is securely mounted. Test unit and no longer hearing squeak. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying cloths properly needs to run a few cycle to get cloths completely dry. Upon arrival I performed an airflow tested and the unit pasted, the unit is also heat as normal. I contacted techline and spoke with cliff and advised of my findings and it was suggested the the unit may be overloaded causing the unit to turn off prematurely because the wet cloths at the back of the dorm are not getting a chance to tumble to the front and touch the moisture sensor. And that the cx should try running smaller loads or time dry. Sr#7734938987. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling. On arrival unit was off and unplugged. Ran unit and checked pressures. Unit felt a little low, only 50 psi high side. Compressor turned off 5 Seconds after coming on and wouldn't stay on. Ran compressor from diagnostic. Compressor does run, but seems low on charge. Checked for leaks with black light and didn't find any. Evacuated system and vacuumed out. Pressurized with nitrogen and found no leaks, and confirmed nitrogen was moving through system fully. Charged to mfr specs. Retested and found pressures up. Advised to follow up if cooling does not return to normal, or unit stays off abnormally long. Call complete."

Unit drains and the door locks and did observe a quarter turn during sensing at the beginning of a cycle. After resetting was able to run a spin calibration and automatic diagnostics. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Installed all parts ordered my previous tech. Recovered the refrigerant and unbraced all connections and removed the old evap and compressor. Installed athe new compressor and new evap and ohm the heater and was good. Braced the connections and new access valve and new dryer. Vacuumed the system for 15 min and then charged it with 5.00oz of R134. Inspected the frost pattern and was good. Reassembled unit and asked CX to allow 24hrs to cool. No leaks where observed during service job completed.
