Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage to the unit and found 120 V going from L1 to neutral but 30 V going from L2 to neutral. Checked voltage going across and found 80 V present. Checked the voltage at the wall and found the same issue. I did advise the customer that the issue appears to be an electrical issue and that they would need an electrician to fix their incoming electrical supply. Customer asked me to help them attach their dryer vent hose as the dryer vent hose came loose. Reattached vent hose and call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has doors unlevel and is dripping from the dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the doors are unlevel and that the water dispenser seems to drop two drops of water after they?re done filling their cups. He advised that that wouldn?t necessarily be an issue but that it?s running down the front of their refrigerator causing calcium stains on their stainless steel. Confirmed customers complaints and leveled out the unit by adjusting the rollers.I receded the water line coming down through the dispenser channel to form better fitting to avoid water clumping up on the front right corner of the dispenser housing. Upon arrival I was instructed that the unit started leaking from the fill line under the sink by the customer upon further inspection I found that the leak was coming underneath the connection that connects the hose to the cut off itself after inspection of the hose I found the seal inside the hose that popped out of place during reinstallation causing a leak was able to re-insert and aligned the seal afterword I reassembled and tested the ice machine multiple times to make sure theres no leaks further from the hose instructed the customer that if this issue happens again the best recommendation would be to just replace the fill line call complete

Arrived on site for a dryer that was not heating properly. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will intermittently get no heat. I gained access to the thermostats and fuse. I ohmd all out and found them good. I gained access to the heater and found significant rust. Upon further inspection I found the connectors severely rusted and breaking apart. I ohmd out the heater and found it fluctuating from open and closed. This indicates a faulty heater. I installed the new heater and then tested the unit. The unit is now heating as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new valve and found it now energizing and working. However, I also found a water flow issue at the wall, and the waterline gasket to the dishwasher valve corroded. The corroded gasket was causing the valve at the dishwasher to lightly drip. I got it to stop temporarily during service. However, I let the customer know the line needs to be changed just in case it begins to drip again. I found the dishwasher working as designed, but due to the water flow from the wall the dishwasher could not be used yet. I informed the tenant of my findings.

"Arrived on site for Ice and Water dispensers are not working. When trying to dispense ice, the fridge makes noise but no ice dispenses. The ice maker works and there is no jam. When trying to dispense water, the display counts the number of ounces being dispensed but, again, nothing actually dispenses. The doors are closing properly and everything appears to be lined up for the ice dispenser. The 'open-door' warning light turns off when the doors are closed as usual.Found interior panel concave causing the switch to not fully close when door was closed.
