"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the back wall,of the freezer section had frost/ice on it and the fresh foods section wasnt cooling properly. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC 39 degrees on normal manufacturing settings. I found no frost on the FC evap cover and a good frost pattern on the coils. I found moisture built up on the inner liner/shelves of the FC door and bottom panel. I checked the FC door,gasket for gaps and once I placed my flashlight inside the FC section, I found gaps in the top right corner and bottom left corner of the center mullion (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris sent me a text to my cell phone and I provided photos of my findings. Chris advised the file would be sent to engineering for review and provided SR#7736981889. I advised the customer that someone from the manufacturer would contact them within approximately 72 hours with a resolution. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making any ice. When icemaker is turned on it just clicks and does nothing. Removed cover and found broken wire on door harness going to icemaker. Arrived onsite for a washer making a loud grinding noise. I did a visual check of all the drive parts and found them all good. The customer stated it happens when its in the rinse cycle. I found no stored error codes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. The customer had a video and it sounds like an extra loud alarm when the clothes are finished. I ran a quick wash cycle with a load of sheets and tested it. I found the washer making the grinding noise when it went into a spin. I found the actuator not traveling far enough to engage the cam correctly and causing a grinding noise. I replace the cam and actuator then ran the quick wash cycle again. The machine went into its second spin cycle and was working as designed sounding normal. Call complete.

Is over filling. Tried running harvest cycle and found it took 40 minutes for I.M. To complete harvest. Also found inlet valve had power sent to it for over 9 seconds and over filling I.M. I check3d resistance lvls between each end of P2-2 harness to ice maker sporadically jumping between 0.5-70.3 ohms and causing ice maker to stall constantly through harvest. Called techline and spoke with Roy sr#7736965767. Was instructed u it could have possible dc load failure causing issue or unit had a failing hv control. At time of service I could confirmed any dc load failure due to inconsistency. Unit could have possible wiring degradation in liner as well. Found the following error codes: F9E1 (long drain fault) F2E3 (acu). Cleared the codes and ran diagnostic test and unit failed after the valve tests (no agitate or spin motion). Checked underneath the unit and found the capacitor with a hole in it and leaking fluid. Replaced capacitor with one from truck stock for testing. Reassembled and tested the unit and and received error code F7E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal). Ordering parts for follow up service. Ideal frost patterns developed on both evaps in service test 4. Checked p8-1 to p8-2 at control and found RC evap thermistor is reading at 22 degrees after having evap exposed for 1hr and doors open. Arrived on Site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed control and owi sensor. Upon arrival reconfirmed complaint and installed both parts. Reverified unit had stable 120 vac and was properly polarized however when shutting off the breaker I found unit is tied in with microwave breaker and dishwasher needs to be on its own dedicated circuit per installation and tech sheets. Found dishwasher is working as designed without shutting off intermittently. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for little/no water dispensing. Found water flow from wall balance was very slow. Hooked water line up to separate valve with better pressure/flow and dispenser working as designed. Advised customer to have water softer company correct water flow as they are the ones who installed new wall valve. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for inspection after thawing. Upon inspection Found upper drawer gear rod out of place on right side, not allowing door to close properly. Disassembled and secured rod. Arrived onsite fir a refrigerator with a door handle that is falling off. Upon arrival I found that this was true and the handle could not be tightened back down due to one of the setscrews use being missing. I replaced the handle and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit having error code and not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit selector knob blinking. Called techline as previous recommendation did not resolve issue. Spoke to Chris SR#7736897860. Knob was blinking 3-3 but unit needed to be put in diagnostics to reveal error. In diagnostics found error was actually 6-6 electronic communication error. Replaced control. Tested unit and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed FC door. Sealed liner with silicone. Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning. Upon inspection I found that the drain pump was good, the gearcase was good and the latch was good. Upon further inspection I found that the connector at the motor was loose and no making good contact I corrected this and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had run the refrigerator for the past two days and that they put a bottle of water inside of the freezer. They advised that water bottle has never frozen. Took the evaporator cover off and found a partial frost pattern, but did not see a complete frost pattern. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it running at .530 A and extremely hot to touch. Spoke to JC and was advised that the heat issue would be with a leak or with a weak compressor. ordering all sealed system components in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items. Due to the outer door panel being damaged and the unit needing to be leveled, I removed and replaced the outer door panel and shimmed the unit and tested. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed harness and console. Found voltage to control is correct but not sending voltage out to console, light and other components. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling intermittently. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=38 degrees, right FC=4 degrees and right FC=2 degrees. I found the unit operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Adrian and advised of the history of the unit and the complaint for today which is the same as prior visits. I advised Adrian that the unit is not showing any error codes as it did previously and the customer advised that the unit shut down approximately three days after the last service call and then it began to cool again. Adrian advised that based off previous repairs and previous error code (FAE1), to replace the evaporator fan and advised info was documented to previous SR#7736029067. I contacted the customer and advised of my conversation with tech support and that Im ordering the fan motor. Ordering the evap fan motor and scheduled return service for 08/04/23.
