"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners flames not adjusting. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and found the front left and right large burners simmer wont adjust from high to low and the back middle (small) burner flame is too high in low setting. I adjusted the back middle burner and retested and it is operating as designed. I adjusted the front left and right large burners and tested them on high to low and they are operating as designed. I contacted tech support and spoke to Cliff and advised of the complaint and the adjustments I had made. Cliff advised that due to the unit being converted to LP, the simmer flames cant be adjusted. Cliff advised the info would be documented on the previous SR#7734028844. After researching and discussing with service management, I removed the knobs, bezels and switch harness from the valves/stems and adjusted the simmer flames by the adjusting screw located on the left side of each valve. Tested the simmer flames and both are operating as designed. I advised the customer of the repairs and demonstrated to the customer. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I tested the RC thermistor, it measured at 4.47 Kohms. I also tested the evaporator thermistor and it was 10.5 Kohms. The evaporator thermistor is way out of range and not reading correctly. I found the software in the GF2 control showing 6.0.0. The control and cover need to be replaced and will be covered per Technical Service Pointer #: W11329116C. I spoke with SC and confirmed this. I explained to the customer that the unit needed to be manually defrosted and went over defrost instructions with Ms. I also explained to mr the issues we see when the evaporator has been encased in ice and causing refrigerant leaks. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making sounds as the unit agitates and Spinz. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit making very abnormal sounds during span and agitation. During the spin cycle, found the unit making sounds like an airplane taking off. Went to remove the rotor from underneath the washer and found the rotor completely stuck and leaking oil everywhere. Attempted to pry the rotor off after removing the bolt but only got the rotor stuck even more. Attempted to remove the agitator and had the same issue with the agitator sliding a quarter of an inch upward but then completely stopping and not allowing the agitator to come loose even with vice grips. I did advise the customer but they would need a complete rebuild with the agitator, spanner net, basket, tub, filter, gear case, slider, clutch, stator, and rotor. I did advise the customer that a large majority of those parts are under warranty except the basket, tub, and drive motor. The customer advised that they werent sure if they were still under an extended warranty or not but just decided to have us come out anyway to see if the issue was a minor issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. I reviewed previous techs notes and the unit was supposed to be cleaned and the manufacturer wasnt covering the cost of repairs due to the excessive amounts of oils that caused the failures. Upon further inspection, I found cooking oil dripping from the bottom cover and cooking oils on the cabinets and puddled in between the cabinets and top of unit. I advised the customer that the manufacturer will not cover the cost of repairs due to the excessive amount of oils on the unit. Customer advised that they have cleaned the unit to their liking. I advised that the excessive oils is not acceptable as it can ruin the functioning parts of the unit. I attempted to explain wha the previous tech reported in his notes and advised the unit would need to be professionally cleaned before we can service. Customer advised that their inspector told them the unit is not installed correctly. I inspected the installation and found the unit within specifications of the manufacturers installations. I provided the customer with the manufacturer SR numbers and recommended that they contact customer service and have them contact our office at the same time to discuss service on this unit. Arrived on site to test unit for fan making noise when on. Turned fan on and can hear fan hitting something when turning. Removed unit and found screw hitting removed screw and put a smaller screw test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that would fill and then do nothing else at the start of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then tried to manually activate spin and found the motor would hum but the tub did nothing. I manually tried to spin the tub and could feel it catching on something. Upon further inspection I found a long screw fell into one of the holes in the basket and was long enough to hit the plastic tub. This was allowing the unit to lock up and not spin. I removed the screw and found the unit would still hum only. I found the cap bad and replaced it. I tested the unit again and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

Cannot find any temperature issues at this time.contacted builder and he stated that an inspector used a laser pointer. Lazed pointers are not accurate for testing oven heating cycles. Job complete"

"Arrived on site. Found shut off arm disconnected from icemaker housing,installed bail arm fully into slotted insert on icemaker housing tested bail arm operation good. Found water leaking from housing,removed filter water leaking from filter head,diagnosed a defective filter head. Replaced filter head advised customer to replace old water source shut off valve,tested water connection no leak from hose to unit,reinserted filter no leaks."

Arrived onsite for range not powering on. Upon inspection found range had tripped breaker. Powered unit and tested bake function as all burners are functioning properly. Test failed during preheat. Removed panel and inspected wiring and connections. Found harness out of place and potential for a pinched wire. Secured harness and tested. Unit successfully preheated. Secured unit back in position and tested again. Unit passed. Unit now functioning properly.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water and ice melting and not dispensing. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found frozen fill line to water dispenser. Adjusted cabinet temperature and thawed line. Water is now dispensing. The ice maker was producing ice , however it was melting. Found evaporator fan not functioning and not allowing air to circulate and cool properly. Disassembled unit and found loose harness connector. Secured connector and tested. Fan is functioning and unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived onsite and replaced the power module and the hot plate. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer that we would recommend modifying the custom cabinetry to improve airflow to prevent repeat failure. All else checks good.

"JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice and lights in RC not turning on. Tested temperatures of FC 5.5? - 6? and still dropping . Tested voltage to both ice maker and LED lights at the main control. Voltage was good at both points . I found that the upper harness near the icemaker was not plugged in. That harness powers the icemaker and the lights. I plugged in the harness and the ice and LED lights came on. The harness must have come loose from prior repair. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the sump and motor. I replaced it with new. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working properly. Job complete.

"I have done site and inspected washer and found bearing noise during the spin cycle. Disassembled washer and found basket is seized and will not lift off bearing shaft. Washer cannot be confidently repaired.
