"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found customer is experiencing start button LED blinking and washer appears to be paused after starting a load. The last five loads the customer ran this did not happen. Found saved error code for F5E1 and F0E3 Found scent beads in lid latch that may have been keeping latch from closing. "Arrived on site for cooktop having orange/yellow flame and they are hard to light. I inspected the unit and work area. We explained how to properly light this model. We spoke to the customer about their humidifier can cause yellowing in the flame since introduces moisture into the air, causing flames to not burn efficiently. I also recommend not using covers under the burners as they will restrict air flow. The unit is working as designed job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for inner glass falling inward. Found middle glass pack had screws they were loose causing inner glass to sink inwards. Tightened screws, tested unit, unit working good.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they had their 1 year inspection and the inspector advised that the lower oven temps were too high. Customer advised that they have not had any issues with the top oven and dont use the bottom oven. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Customer provided a copy of their inspection report and I found that the inspector used a thermometer to test. Owners manual page 7 specifically states to not use a thermometer to test temps due to the fluctuation in temps. I removed and replaced the main control and tested the temps in the lower oven. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Preheat temps was 388. Next five readings were 401, 321, 386, 324, 359 for an an average temp of 358.2 degrees. No further repairs needed, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Ice - Refrigerator. Called to inform customer I was in route and went over job. They explained its also not cooling in the freezer correctly in addition to not making ice. Customer stated they called the office after initial call to have this added to their ticket. Notes do not reflect cooling issues. All door gaskets making a good seal. Tested thermistors and all were within range. No frost over FC evap cover. No frost over RC evap. Took temps and freezer was 27. Fridge temp was 39. With freezer not cooling properly the ice maker will not produce ice. Both fans are running. Tested ice fan and it was running. Removed evap cover to inspect frost pattern. Evap had groups of ice over coils and couldnt see an actual frost pattern. Used steamer to remove ice. Ran heater test and heater turned on to sizzle away ice with steamer. Dried evaporator and ran test 40. After ten minutes still no frost pattern. Reinstalled evap cover and evap fan began spinning as designed. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=-1 at the bottom of the FC section but there were food & drink items at the top of the FC section that werent frozen. Also found the UI missing digits. I removed the evaporator cover and found a large amount of ice at the top of the evaporator. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost element and it is operating as designed. Tested the fans and they are operating as designed. I removed the. From the evaporator and monitored the evaporator and it produced a good frost pattern. I recommended that the customer replace the UI due to,the missing digits. I removed and replaced the UI and cycled power and recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect newly purchased dryer not heating. Confirmed it would power on, but there was no heat. I checked the 240 volt outlet and got L1/L2=7, L1/N=124, L2/N=7. The issues are with the outlet, not the dryer. Customer did advised he was told the outlet wasnt working properly. Customer needs an electrician to fix the outlet. I even plugged the unit in and checked voltage at the back of the unit and got the same readings. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for arrange that is heating up the cooktop and Consol when used for more than a couple of hours. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that usually this isnt a problem but when they seem to bake anything for more than two hours, the surface on the cooktop and the consoles tend to be pretty hot to touch and did not know if that was normal or not. Did some checks on the oven to ensure the airflow is coming out properly and that all elements were working. All checks good. I did go over the user care guide to show them that it is normal and within range for the the unit cooktop and console to heat up due to the direction of the airflow from the oven going out. "Arrived back on site to install previously ordered parts. Checked voltage at the junction box and even retired the electrical nuts and got 123 volts. Disassembled, unplugged the power supply at the harness and got the same 123 volts. Removed and replaced the door switches, main control with touchpad. Unit still only beeped once and never powered on.

"Arrived on site to inspect water underneath the freezer drawer. Confirmed the complaint and found the drain tube was clogged up and frozen over causing the leaking. Disassembled and used my steamer to clear the drain. Reassembled and unit began operating properly without any leaks.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and performed a push pull test. During the test, the compressor acted as if it were going to come on and then blew smoke out the access valve. I heard the start device click as well. I replaced the start device and retested and the compressor continues to fail. I tested the compressor windings and found no ohm reading telling me the compressor is bad. I checked the control and tested voltage to the compressor and got 123V and tested the transformer and got 16VAC. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood turning on automatically. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit turns off on its own and then comes back on. I removed the panels to access the main control and found the control harness connector was not fully plugged in. Plugged in all the way and retested the unit and it is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for an oven that is heating the bottom drawer beneath the oven too hot and is getting uneven temperatures in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. Advise the customer of the installation guide about the drawers beneath the ovens having to be fit within standards set by government. Tested the oven temperatures on both ovens. And found the lower oven at optimum temperatures but found the upper oven off by 20?. I talked to calibrate the unit and found temperatures were too high on the first setting. Adjusted temperatures again and found the unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for freezer thawing out every couple of days. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the freezer draw frozen shut. We gained access to control and tested the freezer thermistor and found it working as designed. We found no voltage being sent to the thermistor from the control. We replaced the control and set it to fixed defrost. We spoke to the customer about defrosting the unit for 48 hours to allow the freezer drawer to open again due to ice build up.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found a dent on the door. A new door has already been ordered, builder should be able to move forward with completing kitchen installation
