Arrived onsite for refrigerator with interior lights out. Upon inspection I found the RC upper LEDs were out. I found the FC light out as well. I accessed and replaced the FC light and all lights in the RC restored function. Repair is covered under SP W11460554. I leveled unit while onsite as well. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for previously repaired microwave, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and removed it from the cabinet hinges and found that the vent was being obstructed not allowing for the blower to open the vent properly to differentiate the fan settings. I removed the door and inspected the hinge and cams. I found the hinge slightly sagging and no grease on the bottom cams. I bent the hinge up slightly and added grease to the cams. I re installed the door and it is no longer squeaking. The customer brought to my attention the unit being out of level. I leveled the unit. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a range that won?t heat either oven. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the igniter is turning on but no gas being supplied. Checked voltage from the control and found proper voltage going to the igniter?s. Check the igniter?s for resistance and off showed within range. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7732144365. He had me check resistance he values again and tracing voltage. He advised that the resistance value on the valve was out of spec and to replace the gas valve. Check the new gas valve and check resistance on the valve. Found the same resistance rating on the valve. I called back to whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian (same SR#). He had me check to see if the safety check valve was turned off or on. I found that the valve is turned off which he advised would only make it to where the burners were receiving gas. Flipped it on and all the elements began to ignite and turn on as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site and inspected display not working properly. Confirmed some of the buttons didnt work properly. Attempted to uninstall the unit and discovered the unit was shoved into the cabinet so tight when I attempted to remove it the wood sounded as it it was going to break.

The customer advised normal wash load cycle seem to be OK but when she?s doing heavier loads of towels or throw blankets, the unit seems to go off balance not finish the load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did notice the washer unlevel due to the house being slanted. I did adjust the feet on the washer but did advise to her that heavier load cycles can go off balance due to uneven weight distribution. I did show her how to complete her cycle if that happens in order to get the unit to finish but did advise that she would need to re-distribute her clothes evenly. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parents. Inspected unit and work area. Found the customer had a quarter of a bin full of ice. I did ask the customer if it was making ice. He did advise that it was and that it does make 3 to 4 cups for each day. I did replace the icemaker but did tell him that these icemakers are extremely slow production and will typically make anywhere from 50 to 70 cubes a day. Tested the unit and the unit harvested and filled as designed. Call complete.

Used service pointer to test for failed heating element. After performing test, power would still not allow LEDs to light up. Disconnected harness from bottom of control mount then plugged back in and power to dishwasher came on. "Arrived on site for HAD SOMEONE OUT A WEEK AGO. SAID SHE NEEDED FUSES & POWER CORD. NOT COMING ON AT ALL. THE PROG ON THE CORD HAS A BURN MARK. GUY HAS LIVED THERE A LONG TIME AND HAS NEVER HAD THE VENTS LOOKED OUT - SHE SAID THE OTHER COMPANY TOLD HER THE VENTS LOOKED PRETTY CLEAR. Found power cord was burnt due to faulty outlet. Tested voltage and was not getting 240. Removed rear cover and tested fuses. Fuses were fine. Explained to customers they needed an electrician to repair the outlet or breaker or possibly both. Once the voltage is corrected they need to buy a new three prong cord and the dryer should start working again.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit heating and checked behind the unit. Found the vent hose completely crunched and blocked not allowing airflow out of the dryer. Use the vent test kit on the unit and found the unit had poor airflow for all dryers. Removed the vent hose and found the vent has kept showing good airflow for all dryers coming out of the back of the dryer. I did advise the customer that her issue is with her vent hose and attempted to fix it. Found the vent hose completely crunched and not remolding itself to fit properly. I did advise the customer they would need to buy a new dryer vent hose to allow proper airflow going out. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that had issues with door closing. Tried working and bending the hinges to allow the door to close easier. Was able to bend the hinges to allow the door to close easier, however unit still needs a good push on top to fully latch. Could not see anything else damaged.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Looked at the unit and saw it was unplugged. Tested for voltage at the plug. Saw that it was only getting 120v on neutral to L2. But the other leg is only reading 30v and together L1 to L2 was only reading 70v. Showed the customer the issue and that they need to get the plug replaced or something with the breaker to get the voltage corrected. No issues at this. Job complete.

I did advise that on hidden element electric ranges, the unit will cycle the elements on and off intermittently depending on the setting. The customer advised that he?s always had a pan on top of the cooktop and has not noticed that up until now. I did go ahead and check all burners to ensure the unit was working properly. Removed console and installed new console. Had customer reconnect to WIFI. Customer also connected to Whirlpool app. Time and date correct. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an LF error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found an F0 E3 (overload) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error codes. Tested the unit in a manual cold valve test and found the cold water valve was not drying in water but was being supplied voltage. Replaced water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. We?re on the unit through an auto test and did mention to the customer that it sounded like her bearings on her gear case we?re going out.

After installing needed compressor, rc Evap coil kit, uv drier, access valve, I reassembled and pulled vacuum on unit. The customer advised that this issue is extremely intermittent and after the first time, went away for almost a year and came back on another cycle. She advised that since she called back and that the unit has been working. Ran unit through diagnostics and found a 26 (out of balance ended final spin), 16 (slow drain), and 18 (drain pump clearing algorithm failed) error codes. I tested the unit and then you?ll send an application in both ran as designed. Ran the unit through service test 10 for the pressure sensor and found the unit working as designed. Ran through a drain at the end of the pressure sensor test to clear out the water and the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer when this happened if she had an off balance load prior to the unit not spinning or draining and she advised it had. I advised her that if it only happened twice in the last year and the unit has been working ever cents, the most likely scenario is that the unit was stuck in the same wash cycle it was in when it went off balance and she just needed to power reset her unit. Advised her to keep an eye on the unit and call back if she has any further issues. Call complete."

Arrived on site for The door doesn?t open all the way down. It locks at 45degs instead of opening level to the ground. Customer showed me the left side friction pad had broken. When opening the door the hinge stops the door from opening all the way. Gained access to left side hinge and adjusted hinge to the point where it no longer makes contact with the door preventing it from opening all the way. Customer stated the dishwasher also doesnt drain all the way. Found drain hose did not have a high loop. Adjusted drain hose to have a high loop. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Drain pump removed all water now that the hose has a high loop. NO leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - Wall Oven - PRE-ID. Found top right side of inner glass fell out of mounting tabs. Took picture for quick pics. Opened up door and found tabs were not molded correctly to hold the glass in place. Adjusted these tabs on all four sides to ensure the glass rested properly inside the door cavity. Once the inner shell was mounted to the adjoining shell the glass was no longer moving. Had customer come and test the door by opening and closing the door. I used my glove to shift the glass up and down to show customer it was no longer loose inside. Job completed."

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced icemaker and motor and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for no cool. Removed evaporator cover found no frost formation on evaporator ice build up on,y on inlet diagnosed a leak in the system and would need a new evaporator and compressor

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the control and sensor failure, I removed and replaced both and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I found on the main control, that the bake relay was burnt out.

Arrived onsite for dryer taking long/ multiple cycles to dry. Upon arrival tested unit. Found unit heating components functioning. Heating was cycling properly. Used digital vent tester and found poor air flow. Inspected unit and found large lint buildup in vent trap. Cleared buildup and tested. Unit now has good air flow. Job complete

"Arrived on site for THE BURNERS HAVE YELLOW FLAME NOW, NOT BLUE--ALL OF THEM. All burners lit as designed. Asked customer if they recently began using a humidifier. Customer recently purchased a new humidifier for their home. I asked if we could open the windows for twenty minutes to air out the home. They agreed. After twenty five minutes the orange in the flames was nearly completely gone. No repair needed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to install new sump and motor to resolve dishwasher not running. Replaced sump and retested. Verified unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete.
