Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not powering on after a power issue in the home. I found only 10VAC at the wall outlet from L1 to ground. L2 to ground was 123VAC AND L1 to L2 was 110VAC. I tried resetting the breaker but it didnt change. Advised the customer to check the breaker and possibly the wall outlet. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival, unit is turned off. Restored power to unit. Tank began to fill. Found not getting voltage from control to compressor. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommend replacement of control and harness. After researching parts found Harness and control are not available . No repair can be made.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling and a error message H1. On inspection found a huge ice block in the freezer on the evap. The boots bin in the fridge was iced In and could not be removed. Found that the light in the rc had burnt through the liner and burnt some of the foam. Consensus is that the rc door properly got left open and the light bulb heated up and burnt the liner. It also let moisture into the unit and the FC evap froze up. I got the manual defrost to turn on and could hear it defrosting the evap. Informed the customer that the thermistor is probably bad with a good chance the control board was damaged by the halogen bulb that is next to the control board.

"Arrived onsite for water under the fresh food drawers. On inspection found that the tray drain on the rc evap was clogged. I informed the customer that if we work on the unit and something else happens not releasing to the issue we will not be responsible for it. I read the disclaimer about all the issues that this unit has. The customer understood the situation of the unit. The drain was iced up. I defrosted the unit and got it draining again. I check the unit for gaps i the gasket found none. Cleared the s trap out, checked the harnesses for the fresh food drawer no visible evidence of damage.

Arrived onsite for a range with a oven section that wont heat. Upon inspection I found that the glow igniter was not getting hot enough to ignite the gas. I installed the new igniter and tested the unit several times and found that it operated as designed.

"LFXS26973S/00 Arrived to inspect continuous dispensing. I found the unit would fail at either ice or water curing dispensing operations and it would not stop. Inspection of the paddle revealed the plastic had started to bind within the housing and I was able to apply high-purity silicone grease to the affected areas, correcting the issue and restoring the positive feel of the paddle. This particular unit is extremely difficult to remove the UI, compared to others of the same model/design and I elected to not risk damage, as I was able to fully correct the issue without complete disassembly. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop for gas leaks. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the gas company had inspected the home for a gas leak and both advised the cooktop is leaking somewhere. Using my gas sniffer, I tested the unit and sniffer would indicate a strong sense of a leak at the far right two burner valves. I disassembled the unit and using my liquid leak detector, I checked the valves and did not find a leak. I checked the valve stems and found the right front and rear valves are leaking at the stems (photos). I removed and replaced the valves/manifold and tested all gas line connections and found no leaks. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. Manufacturer covered the diagnostics fee. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"WTW4850HW1 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit would not turn on, nor could service test mode be accessed. Line VAC was present and the customer advised me a similar event had occurred prior, later finding it to be SO 368879. From the control, the drain pump showed 20.3 . The 50 ?F rated capacitor was 400 ?F, well within specifications. The unit appeared to have a simple control failure and unplugging for a few moments and then re-plugging yielded an audible relay click, but no other functionality. Unloading every connector on the control, but the power supply, finally allowed service mode entry. The unit had F2E3, F2E1 and F1E1 wee stored. I was able to determine the mode shifter J12 connection as the source of the issue. J2, 1-2 2.49 . J12 1-4, 10.65VDC loaded and 11.2 unloaded. Tach verification mode worked as designed and I utilized a swing-tested mode shifter and found the same issue. Due to the lower than expected VDC at J12, I suspected the control low VDC power supply was damaged by a prior reported storm and R/R/Rd the control. The unit resumed all normal functions and operated as expected. No leaks observed during service.

I found the actual source of the gas leak was at the manifold, but it the burner supply and it was the main supply line to the manifold. It had likely been over-tightened during assembly and the crush portion of the tubing was rendered unable to seal as designed. Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found Basket speed faulty and unable to reach target rpm. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the existing refrigerant, noting 45 psi in a room temperature unit, assuring the likelihood of no evaporator leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and non-dye drier and vacuumed the system. Holding vacuum for 15 additional minutes, I charged. During charging, the refrigerant tank ran out precisely one ounce short of the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz. The unit will require one uncle of refrigerant for a full charge. Watching the unit attempt production, I actually produced a reasonable slab and easily out performed the prior failed compressor. No leaks observed during service. Returning tech will only need to precisely add one ounce and two hours sealed system service are not required.; O-emld tckt"

Arrived onsite for going issue with oven not heating in the oven. Found second short in the wiring harness from initial cause of sheet metal cover pinching the wiring upon delivery. Repaired second short and found ongoing symptom of no oven heat. When bake is selected the control does not send voltage on the red wire to the ignitor tested at the control. Arrived onsite for a wall oven that will not come out of lock mode. Upon inspection I found that the unit would tell you to swipe up to unlock then it would ask unopened to update and when you select update or skip it goes back it swipe up to unlocked over and over again. I power cycled unit and found no change. Will need to replace the console to resolve issues and cx will need to connect unit to Wi-Fi to prevent this issue from occurring again

"Arrived onsite for a leaking dishwasher. The customer stated that water starts dripping on the left side at the bottom of the door through out a cycle. I tested the unit and found water getting past the door gasket and running down the left door jamb then dripping on the floor. I found the upper left corner of the door gasket distorted and bending inward. I replaced the door gasket and both corners were protruding out but when testing the unit still leaked. The door has some wobble like it is high centered at the latch and strike. Need to replace the latch and strike along with the door gasket again all at the same time. Upon inspection I could not get the unit to fail in such a manner, I checked that the unit was wired properly and the terminals were tightened properly. I checked that the door switch worked properly the my multimeter, and the fuses in thermistors. Were all good. I replace the control as they may be something going on with the programming. I tested the unit several more times and found that the unit is performing with no issues. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dryer not heating again. The customer stated the vent was cleaned on Saturday. I found the resettable high limit tripped again. I reset the thermostat and tested the dryer on high heat with the vent disconnected and found it cycling between 120-170 degrees. I connected the vent and found it cycling between 130-180 degrees and found the house vent clean. I let the unit cycle 10 times and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that the customer is have trouble starting a washer cycle with. Upon arrival I installed the unit and found that the latch opened the way it should as well as all other functions. I checked the garage case and found no leaks and it rotated smoothly with no resistance. I read a quick cycle and found unit operating as designed I ran a drain and spin and found that the unit operating as designed in that mode as well. I then advised and demonstrated to the customer on how the unit operates. Units operating as designed

"Arrived onsite for a MW that is making a rattling noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that, Upper Inverter Housing. Was not aligned properly and was making contact with the Cooling Fan Assembly. I adjusted the housing and tested the unit several times and found that the noise was gone and the unit operated as designed"

Arrived onsite for washer having a electrical smell. On inspection found that the motor was extremely hot. Had to get a towel to hold the motor as I removed the old one. Customer had done a load of wash 20 mine for I got there and it was still extremely hot. I installed a new motor and belt on the unit and the customer was going to run another load in the unit. No water leaks detected during service.

On inspection I found that the neutral and the L2 were fused together, it looks like during the move the wiring harness was between the dryer cabinet and the cover for the terminal block and it cur through the wire covers. The wire shorted out when they plugged it in. I repaired the unit with a terminal block kit then I called the safety line and report my findings Sr7736064855"

"Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was overcooking items consistently. Spoke with customer who let me know the unit heats past the set point and stays that way. I ran the unit again with thermocouple inserted and checked temps. I found the unit cycling as designed on bake and convect. Preheat time is within spec. I gave the customer some suggestions on cycle selections and to try traditional cooking vs convect, to reduce direct heat. I could find no failures in the unit, and it is working as designed. Customer is not satisfied with the performance and behavior of the unit. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had a loud clicking when unit was agitating. Customer showed me video of the noise, and it sounded like some clicking on agitation direction reversal. I tested the unit and found the noise was significantly less. I checked under the unit and didn't find any damage, just normal clicking coming from the rotor. Advised to follow up if the unit repeats the issue, and we can replace the Rotor / Stator / Clutch / Slider. The unit is making normal whiplash noise, which is in line with operation at this time. Found valve assembly now needs replaced as cold water is clogged. Spoke with claims and was advised customer would need to call warranty for new dispatch if issue would be covered. No leaks detected. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling. Lost cooling in RC, and then freezer got warmer. Examined unit (was unplugged on arrival, but confirmed with homeowner that the freezer had ice building in the FC). Removed the evap cover and found the connector for the defrost heater was unplugged, causing the defrost failure. Reconnected defrost heater and secured with a piece of electric tape. Conformed heater worked via diagnostic. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. All is working as designed. The customer is going to monitor temps and will call if there are any other issues. I did instruct the customer on making sure product isnt pushed past the shelves against the rear wall of the unit because this can cause air flow issues and freezing product. I pointed out the third shelf from the top is made different and it doesnt have a lip to stop product from sliding back like the other shelves do. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not powering on. On arrival the customer stated the refrigerator had turned back on by itself. I found both compartments at temp and the ice bucket full. The customer stated the unit had warmed up to room temperature, none of the control selections would respond, and none of the lights were on when this happened. I pulled and visually checked all the control connections the EMI filter connection and the power cord. I found everything good and can find no reason for the failure at this time. I told the customer to monitor it for a couple of weeks without fully loading it up to see if it will continue to work. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

"KUIX335HPS00 Arrived to inspect loss of power and ice production issues. I found the loss of power may have been from an incorrectly routed drain line and ensued correct routing after inspection. The circulation pump W11542867 had failed and the internal water level sensor was inoperative, causing a significant overfill of the reservoir, likely contributing to the overflow of the external drain pump, which was ultimately found to operate as designed. I removed and replaced the circulation pump W11542867 and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and reservoir filling. No leaks observed during service."

"MEDC465HW0 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the timer, as directed by the MFG tech and prior to plugging the unit into the circuit, I found the same readings as listed in the prior service. Plugging the unit in yielded the same results as well. I removed the pigtail, which tested ok with no shorting, and connected L1 to an adjacent 120VAC receptacle. The unit started and ran the motor as designed, without any breaker tripping (video saved.) Unloading L2 on the four wire 240VAC plug made no difference and the 240 breaker tripped on any settings but off. The issue has been completely isolated to the 240VAC supply circuit being the cause of the breaker tripping. The 240VAC shows correct voltage, but trips immediately with any load and the L2 only operates the heater in this circuit and cannot contribute. Again, the unit did work fine at a recent previous address as well. The customer will contact us after electrical supply issues are resolved and load tested, if there are further issues with the dryer."

Arrived on site and replaced door panel and hinge diagnosed my previous technician.Sent several pictures and video to CS & MS. Door is now working properly.
