Arrived onsite for dryer not operating or starting. Upon inspection I found no voltage present at the terminal block. I found the breaker for the dryer tripped in the half way position. I reset the breaker and noticed it felt very soft or weak. I checked voltage again at the terminal block. I found good voltage under a load. I let the unit run and monitored amp draw on the power cord. I found it would not exceed 25 amps. I used my thermal lead to monitor temperature cycles and found the unit cycling as designed. I turned the timer knob from timed to fluff and heard a crackling noise within the timer. I replaced the timer and tested the unit. I am un able to recreate any crackling noises and the unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Whirlpool FD fridge- no water coming from dispenser. Found water was only trickling out of the dispenser. Removed filter and same result. Gained access to valve and filter housing. Removed filter housing and installed new filter housing and new heater coil over water line that came with new housing. Tested dispenser and water was coming out but could hear valve struggling. Removed valve and installed new valve. Tested water dispenser and strong flow came out as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer apparently leaving lint residue on customers in home filter that is located just outside the laundry room. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Inspected the rear of the dryer and vent hose was installed properly and there was no lint buildup on the outside of the unit or any where in the laundry room. Customer isnt sure when hes had the air ducts cleaned. Unit working properly without any errors or failures. Job complete. Add on

"On site for washer not spinning clothes out all the way. In diagnostics, found F8E1 no fill long fill. Cleared error. Ran diag cycle. Unit had proper water supply. Found actuator shaft disconnected from cam. Also, found unit not draining properly due to drain hose being installed too far into drain pipe. Replaced actuator and installed drain hose 4in into drain. Calibrated, ran diag cycle, unit now functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washer that still leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after raising the feet of the washer that the unit is still leaking and went off balance. Went ahead and replaced the dispenser drawer, hot valve, and cold valves. Found the cold water valve I had internally broken. Reassembled unit and tested it in diagnostics. I did find an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. All tests ran as designed in manual valves, drain, and spin tests. The customer complained about the dispenser drawer not being completely flush as the old one was flush. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7731818725. He advised there is always a little bit of variant in the shape of the drawer due to the part being plastic and that a little misalignment was normal. He advised if the customer wanted the drawer replaced.

Arrived on site for Asher making loud noise and recently replaced tub assembly banging around off balance. Upon arrival entered diagnostics but found no error codes. After testing c01-c08 I found slight off balance wobble with tub empty during c08. After running test in normal operation and diagnostics with towels in unit I did find major off balance issue. Dampener rods recently replaced were functioning as designed and holding tub up. Heard unknown objects loose between tub assemblys but couldnt find anything under tub/ above drain mount.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t drain and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit attempting to drain but not draining. I did ask the customer if they had recently replace their garbage disposal and they advised that they just had. Checked the drain hose connector at the garbage disposal and found the knockout punch and not been punched through. Knocked in the knockout punch and tested the unit. The unit began to drain as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s still making a vibrating noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a video of what the unit was doing and it sounded like vibration while the compressor was running. The customer stated that it sounded like it was coming from the condenser. Check the tow panel off and started moving around the condenser and found out that I was able to replicate the sound. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7731822715. He advised me to try and move some of the refrigerant line from the condenser to see what was going on and to correct the issue. He also add it that I should add sound pads to any areas that could come in contact with any metal spots. He did advise that if it?s not one of the lines going to the compressor, there may be an issue with the cabinet but he advised that he wouldn?t really be able to tell because the way that the condenser is designed. I did move one of the refrigerant lines that seem to be causing the sound and added sound pads on the return line to the compressor. I advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I checked voltage at the wall and found good voltage and proper polarity. I checked voltage at the junction box and found it is wired properly and reading correct. I checked the wiring on the sump and motor and found everything connected properly. We ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found no fault codes. I found the unit filling but the washer motor was starting and stopping. I gained access to the control and tested resistance to the wash motor from the control, I found 7.52 Mohms. I tested continuity through the wiring harness and found good continuity. I tested resistance directly at the motor and found it at 7.52 Mohms. I called techline and Spoke to Robert I advised of my findings and received sr#7731815672 , he stated to replace the sump and motor again. We replaced the sump and motor assembly and retested the unit. The unit is working as designed. I found the stops for the top rack missing. Arrived on site for Leaking from Dispenser - Side by Side Refrigerator.we gained access to the filter housing feed lines. Check to see if they were seated properly and made sure that they were. We then tested dispenser and found that it was still dripping after uses. We then gained access to the dispenser nozzle and found that it was tilted forward too far from the factory which caused the water to accumulate in the housing braking the water surface tension at nozzle causing the dripping. We adjusted the nozzle and tested the unit and found that the unit is no longer dripping after uses

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both cabinets very warm and unit on. I connected my gauges and found no refrigerant in the system. Customer said short.y after previous tech left, they could hear a hissing noise coming from the back of the unit. Using my black light, I checked the entire unit for any signs of a leak and found none. I removed my gauges and found the access valve stem not tight but I did not see any signs of dye on or around the access valve/compressor. I tested the unit in diagnostics test 4 and found the 3 way valve opening up like it should. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I had spoken to my manager regarding my findings. I removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system and monitored pressure readings. Unit held pressures good. I installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and again, pressures held. I recommended that the customer contact our office tomorrow to advise if the unit continues to cool or fail. Arrived on site for CONV OVEN error code F9E0-WHEN TRYING TO USE THE OVEN. We were able to clean codes and the oven turned on. We gained access to the control of the unit and tested voltage at the control (both legs and neutral) found good voltage. Control my be failing. "Arrived on site for Unit has turned off, seemingly getting no power. Can not operate. Found control was receiving the proper voltage, but wouldnt power on the oven. Removed control and powered up oven and still no power. Found junction box wires were not fully seated into wire nut. Secured wires into wire nut and oven powered up when breaker was turned on.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with drawer or slide issues in the FC. I found RC=38 FC=5 ice box at 22. I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. I checked all thermistors at the control and all were within range. I found the customer on fast ice mode. I explained that the unit needs 2 to 3 days to produce a full bin of ice. The customer brought to my attention the upper FC bin keeps slipping out of the adapter rails. I am ordering both adapters and bin to complete the repair. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed pads that were not on the unit causing the door to fall down. I replaced both and now the door is opening and operating properly as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator for incorrect temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice buildup front of FC and frost by fan. Checked door seal and found door seal okay. Placed washers on FC door hinge to raise FC door for better seal. Tested door operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service. Informed customer to power unit off for 24 hours to allow ice to thaw in air chamber."

Arrived on site for micro wave making loud noises . Found mag had failed . Replaced mag cap and dioed . Unit is now heating and sounds normal. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit making a noise during wash cycles. Put the unit through a full quick cycle. Did not get any irregular noise from the unit during the whole wash. No issues at this time. Let customer know that no noises were found during operation. Job complete

Arrived on call for for complaint of error codes. Ran diagnostics and got three codes for temperature issue with valve. Replace valve and test. No leaks detected at time of service.

"Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran auto test and all passed with no leaks. Ran secondary test, no leaks. Ran normal load and still no leaks. Inspected inlet and hoses. Inspected drain pump and hoses and all looked good with no signs of leaking. Instructed customer on load size and detergent use. Improper use could simulate a leak. Seem to have been an intermittent issue. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator freezing items in the refrigerator compartment, I gained access to service diagnostics and tested the fans and baffle, all checked good, I gained access and verified that the thermistors are in proper range, I switched the global defrost to basic and instructed the customer of proper placement and organization in the refrigerator compartment. The customer informed me of a noise coming from the unit that was unusual, I was unable to reproduce any noise, the unit is operating properly as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for door popping . Found hinges bent slightly on arms . Replaced hinges , door is operating normal. Also took pic of upper trim on door peeling . Did inform unit is past cosmetic time frame . No gas leaks detected at time of service. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for fridge randomly powering off. I inspected the unit and work area. I inspected the pantry wiring harness and found no breaks, I inspected Ted the pantry UI and found it dry and free of corrosion. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the 3 way valve constantly moving. I went to activate the fans and on step one the 3 way valve stopped. When o went to step 2 through 4 the fans wouldnt activate and the 3 way valve starting moving again. I tested the thermistors and it showed them all shorted. I gained access to the HV control and replaced it with new. I retested the unit and the 3 way valve only moved when. Called for. All the fans activated when called for and the thermistors showed passing in diagnostics. I tested the ice maker fill tube heater and found it working as designed. I tested the ice door with a cup of water and found it not leaking. I pulled the UI and found no burn marks. I found coffee residue from the customer filling a full cup of coffee with ice. The ice build up in the back of the ice maker was due to the hv control not working properly. The unit is now working s designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not freezing in freezer. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice buildup on FC evaporator. Performed diagnostics mode and tested defrost circuit and defrost cycle. Put unit in manual defrost cycle. Gained access to control and measured voltage to heater and found no voltage to heater. Found failed control.Found no ETA available on control. Office to schedule appointment when ETA is available.; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec)"

"Arrived onsite for wall oven that turned off during a clean cycle and will not power back on. The door latch is also locked. Upon inspection I found the display dead but the breaker was not tripped. I explained to the customer that the thermal fuse would need to be replaced to further diagnose the unit. I was able to access the fuse from the front under the console. I replaced the fuse and unlocked the door after the display returned function. I inspected all elements and all were within range as well as both sensors and fans, I noticed the power supply for the unit was not connected inside a junction but instead just bundled and wire nutted then secured to the wall (see quick pic) I found the lower ovens TOD was tripped. The customer agreed so I replaced the TOD re assembled the unit and tested operation. Both ovens heated as designed.
