Arrived on site to inspect washer displaying error F9E1. Upon further inspection I found that the washer was not draining and displaying error code. I gained access to to the underside of the washer and found that the wire to the drain pump was severed. I also found that the bottom cover assembly was for the drain pump was broken. The broken cover on the drain pump allowed the harness to touch the floor and break. I replaced the drain pump cover and repair the broken wire with new connectors. The strike and latch will need to be replaced due to being broken as well. I am order the latch and strike. W11457841 W11700916. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power as the display was showing the correct time. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found F1E0-UI failure, F1E1-UI failure, F2E1-stuck key, and F5E1-door lock failure. Following the tech sheet, I cleared the codes and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and the unit began to heat properly. The customer advised they were baking chicken, and they could see steam coming from under the control panel and going up into the panel, and then the unit stopped baking. I found the unit reached temps in preheat. I recommended to the customer that when they are cooking items that create a lot of steam to place it in a cooking/steam bag or use foil to cover it. The customer advised that the error codes are intermittently re-occurring, and they will cycle the breaker and let the unit sit unused, and then they can use it again. Based on this information and my findings, I'm ordering the control panel, door lock, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the prescreened main control. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin full of ice but also found a block of ice in the shelving below the ice maker and found ice at the bottom of the ice bin. I attempted to dispense ice and found the dispenser motor functioning, but no ice was dispensed, and the auger sounded as if it were jammed. I was able to get the ice bin removed and found the cubes clumped together, and some were in the form of a complete slab straight from the ice tray (photo). When I removed the ice maker container cover, I found the area around the fill tube appeared to have had too much insulation and the fill tube had molded into the cabinet incorrectly and when the water flowed from the tube, it missed the tray. Also, it appears that the insulation has been removed from around the tube (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and attempted to correct the tube, but I was unable to do so. I contacted techline and spoke to Garrett and advised of my findings to get documented. Garrett documented and sent a text to my phone, and I provided photos of my findings. Garrett provided SR#7742000188. I provided the file number to my customer as they want to speak with customer service. I am ordering the left FC door, ice bin, and dispenser coupler and office to schedule return service once the door arrives. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics showing error code F3E1-pressure sensor fault. I removed and replaced the main control and plugged the unit in, and the drain pump made a sound as if it were about to turn on and stopped. I checked the main control and found the diagnostics LED was not flashing or turning on. I verified 120V at the main control and at the outlet. New control is defective. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not sealing. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling properly and found the center mullion, at the top of the RC door, is not sitting flush with the top of the cabinet. Also found the RC door bottom trivet is not snapping on properly and corrected it. I adjusted the center mullion and the top of the cabinet and sealed it to where the mullion sits flush and the gasket seals properly. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and found orifices clogged after a deep cleaning. Cleared orifices. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. No parts.

"Arrived on site to inspect range center burner not igniting fully. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners and found all but the center burner operating as designed. When I inspected the center burner, I found the burner head cracked. I replaced the burner head assembly and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. W11435660"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the gearcase, slider, and clutch. Also found the suspension rods needed to be replaced and did such. Also found the unit was not level and re-leveled the unit. I calibrated the unit and found the unit is not agitating. Once calibration was completed, I manually tested agitation and found the entire basket was moving and not just the washplate. I retraced my work/repairs and following the tech sheet, I ohmed the lower main harness and found it good. I found voltage to the unit is good and replaced the main control per the tech sheet. Re-calibrated and again found that agitation has failed. I re-inspected the slider, clutch, and stator and found all parts good. I removed and replaced the clutch with the old part and retested and got the same results. Per the tech sheet, after my testings, I am ordering the stator, clutch, slider, lower main harness, and gearcase and scheduled return service for 07/19/25. Unit was left unplugged for safety, and I explained the situation to the customer. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for unit with constant drain. I found a F3E1 sensor error stored. I found the unit to drain even with the pressure line off and canceling cycle. Water pressure sensor has failed. I replaced the control and tested unit. Unit now operates as designed. call complete. Installed W11607637 CONTROL.

"Arrived on site for unit stuck on drain mode. Upon arrival, unit was unplugged. Plugged in unit and immediately started draining. Proceeded to replace W11607637 control and made sure there are no restrictions and kinks on the pressure hose. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. Special project S153EB performed."

"MED4500MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer with a broken leg. On arrival I verified that the front leg was defective. I replaced front right and right back leg, tightened all four, and tested the product is working as its designed."

Arrived on-site for water dispensing very slow. Found very small ice cubes also. Found water line to the valve completely kinked. I taped the line to the back of the refrigerator and the water is dispensing as it should. No parts used.

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived on site for a washer not completing cycles going straight to done. On arrival I verified issues the control board has failed, lid lock had incorrect readings and lower wireharness had a broken wire to pump. I replaced control board, lid lock, and lower wireharness. I calibrated then tested on customer mode product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."
