The customer wants to cut the back of the trim off for it to clear. I called the office and was instructed to let the customer know we were not allowed to alter the refrigerator and we cannot do anything with the floor or cabinets. Arrived onsite for washer with a leak. On inspection found water marks coming out of the over sud vent and you can see the water marks on the bottom of the washer. "KCGS550ESS05 arrived on site to inspect a cooktop not sparking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit works but when it stopped, the circuit breaker was tripped. I tested the unit and found that all burners were operating as designed. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that one of the wires in the harness was pinched and stripped exposing the wire to potential arcing. Replaced the harness and verified that all wires are secure and clear of any potential damage. Adjusted the flame height per customer request. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not starting. The customer stated it would keep beeping at them so they unplugged it. I powered the dishwasher up and it went into standby mode with no issues. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E4 and F9E1. I found water in the overflow pan. I found the drain pump working as deigned. I emptied the pan and ran the diagnostics cycle finding the machine working as designed with no leaks or issues. I found the fill valve shutting off and not weeping. I went over detergent use with the customer and explained how to look for sudsing and steps to take if this is happening. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice in the freezer. Tested unit in test 121 and found a message for bin full. Watched unit cycle and didn't see bail arm move at all. Replaced icemaker and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with temps rising is both compartments and not making ice but can hear the water noise but still no ice. I tested temps on arrival and found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC at -2 degrees. I found the ice bucket about 3/4 full and the ice in the bucket looked evaporated. I found no error codes for the icemaker. I found the ice fan working. I ran a harvest test and small slivers came out. I ran the fill test and found no water to the icemaker. I tested the valve using a 1/4 hose and the valve worked as designed. I ran service test 19 and had 12VDC to the fill tube heater and found it drawing amperage and working. After running it a minute I tried the fill test again and the icemaker filled properly. I called techline and spoke with TJ SR# 7737751519. TJ advised coming back with a new fill tube heater and making sure it is in contact correctly at the fill tube and icebox housing and to bring a valve if the heater is good. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal squeaking sounds intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. I connected the oven to WiFi and explained to the customer about the updates and what can happen if it is not connected. The customer tested the oven from his smart phone and the oven responds and works as designed. At this time the oven is working as designed. Call complete.

I reseated all harness connections between the main control area and UIs and then entered service test mode. The unit began to function and I then found both bake ignition systems malfunctioning. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a DISPESNER TUBE THAT IS RATTLING AROUN. Upon inspection I found that the screw that holds the tube in place were left loose. I tightened it up and tested it and found that the tube now stays in place

Arrived on site for unit not spinning the clothes out properly and making a loud noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found actuator arm not engaging. Fully causing cam to stick and grind. Unit would not go fully into spin mode. Replace cam assembly and actuator. Tested and unit is now operating with no noise . Job completely.

WRS325SDHZ08 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Customer stated that temps are fine. RC=37 FC=9(and dropping). Upon inspection I found that there was ice in the ice maker. Attempted to run the ice maker test and the unit did not perform. Removed power from the ice maker and restored it and the ice maker did not cycle to the home position. Removed the ice maker and tested the voltage and found 123VAC going to the ice maker. Replaced the ice maker and applied power and the unit found the home position. Ran the ice maker test and the unit performed as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for dryer needing thermistor. Upon arrival found thermistor working within specs. Inspected heating hardware and found no failures. Found L2 connection on terminal block was fried. Replaced terminal connection and reassembled and tested unit. Found dryer working as designed. Call complete ; ordrng 1 279318 (Terminal kit Truck stock)

Unit needed to be reset following repeat oversudsing error. Unit is now operating as designed. Unit suds are worked out of the unit. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven heating past set point. On recent inspection the inspector noted the temp moved past 25 degrees and noted this as out of spec. Advised that per whirlpool there is no documented limit to temperature swings, as long as average temp matches set point. Customer has been using the oven with no issues. Unit working as designed. Advised on proper use and care of unit. Call completed."

"F0-E3 overload , F7-E6 motor circuit open. Raised unit to inspect lower components. Test capacitor and is good. Test motor and is good. Found failed cam has caused actuator shifter arm to fracture. Need to replace cam and actuator. During replacement of cam found some plastic shavings cleaned shaft with brush. Installed new cam and actuator. Cleared error codes and test unit by running an automatic test cycle. At end of test, cam is not sliding up and down gear case shaft correctly causing actuator to make non stop loud clicking. Need to order gearcase , agitator and come back with another actuator and cam in case they were damaged during testing. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator)"

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the outer door panel I was sent with was black instead of SS. Ordering W11416371 SS outer door panel. RS for Wed 11/15.; ordrng 1 W11416371 (SS outer door panel)

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found correct voltage. Tallest fuse and fuse was open. Replaced fuse test unit by heating water for 1 minute and unit test good job complete.
