Tech explained that this model has minimum Rating for 20 amp breaker and since breaker is not tripping during use he is not suspicious of 30 amp breaker being the issue but believes the breaker is too sensitive for some type of feedback in the home. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW3 for reported water leak. Upon arrival customer stated that water accumulated in the catch pan during the first cycle and has not used the unit since. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Conducted individual valve testing, cold valve operated properly with no leaks. When testing the hot valve, observed excessive inlet pressure causing the water stream to redirect upward, splashing onto the tub ring, lid and subsequently dripping into the catch pan. Adjusted household hot water supply valve to reduce pressure by 50%. Retested and verified proper fill pattern with no water overspray. Arrived on site to inspect oven shutting off when using the no preheat option. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling and is leaking from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just completely stopped cooling altogether and that before it stopped cooling, the ice maker was creating slabs of ice. I took a look at the user interface and found that the cooling had been turned off on the user interface. I showed the customer that the cooling had been turned off. I showed the customer how to turn the cooling back on and immediately heard the compressor and fans begin to cool the unit. The customer advised that they were unaware that they could turn the cooling off or how to do that. They stated that they have a bunch of kids who are constantly in and out of the refrigerator so they were not surprised. The customer stated that the the slabs of ice that he was getting seemed to be due to a constant drip from the ice maker phil tube. He stated that it will cause the ice container to freeze up and he accidentally broke the front of his ice container. I spoke with claims and was advised that the ice container would not be covered. I gained access to the interior of the machine and did not find the blower wheel cracked or broken. I checked the rollers and idler pulley and found all were in good condition. I checked the motor and found it in good condition. I did find some play in the motor mount and found it was not inserted properly onto the frame. I added a sound pad to the motor mount and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit for 10 minutes and found the machine working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. "Arrived on-site for a gas dryer model WGD4950HW2 that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does tumble and heat, but she has to run the machine for over 2 hours to dry clothes. She stated that she took the event hose off the backside of the dryer and did not find any lint buildup. I tested the dryer and found the igniter igniting the gas and heat. I found the basket tumbling and found the dryer cycle temperatures but seemed to take a longer than usual to cycle temperatures. I checked outside and found the vent cover completely clogged with lint buildup. I removed the vent hose off the back of the dryer and found temperatures fluctuate properly, indicating the vent cover outside was causing the issue. The unit is working and operating as designed with no gas leaks detected during service, and the customer advised she would get her son to remove it and clean the cover out. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to inspect Jenn-Air refrigerator model JBZFL30IGX20 not producing ice. Checked temperatures:0?F FC and 37?F RC. Placed unit into diagnostics and ran test #120 (ice maker self-diagnostic). Test failed with 'bin full' result; lever arm seized due to internal gears. Replaced ice maker W11646196 and applied small amount of grease WP542638 to slide-in clips for proper installation. Reran test; ice maker passed with no issues. Unit now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4955HW3 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control W11608056 and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for special project S153EB on a washer WTW4816FW3. I verified the serial number and replaced the control w11603810. I calibrated and tested in factory mode. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to inspect ice machine model KUIX535HPS01 no producing any ice. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran component testing. I found that that all components are operating as designed. I tested the bin thermistor and found it to be out of spec. I also found that the water flow was weakened by the filter. I replaced the bin thermistor WPW10511923 and advised the customer that the filter will need to be changed so that the water flow will be restored. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to test unit WTW4850HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Upon arrival customer stated unit produces a clicking noise during agitation cycles.Entered service mode and initiated automatic test cycle. Verified clicking noise present during agitation and observed basket movement unstable. Removed wash plate and found spanner nut loose allowing basket wobble. Tightened spanner nut; basket stability restored. Inspected underside components, found no wear or obvious damage. Determined the clicking noise originates from normal interaction between slider and rotor engagement surfaces; condition is normal operational noise. Advised customer to monitor operation and record any abnormal sounds for further evaluation. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for tripping occasionally and tested unit to preheat at 500f and observed for over 20 minutes and unit did not trip. Customer description consistent with nuissance tripping related to the afci smart breaker compatibility issue. Power supply is correct and unit operating as designed at time of service. Advised customer on findings and on nuissance tripping solutions. Customer to allow burnoff for 2 hrs following service. No parts.

Arrived on WTW4850HW3 Washer shaking during use. Upon arrival customer stated it would bang and can hear it from downstairs. I ran a diagnostic cycle and found it to run as designed. I ran a high speed spin and no unusual noises or banging occurred. I advised the customer on loading and care due to there being no issue with the unit itself. Customer stated she fills about half the basket with clothes and I advised her that it is too much and a small hamper full is all you should be putting in. Customer stated she will try it. No leaks. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site for customer complaint of ice maker not producing ice. I found ice build up on ice maker motor preventing it from cycling properly. I called techline case number 21032418 they instructed me to remove the filter. Engineering knows of the issue but there is not a fix in place. Instructed customer to call whirlpool customer service if she is not happy with techlines decision of removing the filter until there is a solution.

Arrived on site for small oven not heating .ran preheat heat on both large and small. Large oven is heating properly . Found loose wire on molex connection at expansion control board . Reinserted wire on control. Ran preheat . Small oven now heating properly. No gas leaks detected at time of service. Construction not on hand to sign ticket. Job complete

AER6303MFW2 Arrived on site from previous visit to install wireharness. I installed the wireharness power cord was in good shape . I wasn't able to test range due to the outlet not being replaced from the previous visit. The client is going to notify the rental company.
