The customer advised that the installers did not test the unit after they installed the unit and that on the first cycle, they had major issues. Found the tub completely leaning towards the front and found the suspension rods were not attached to the cabinet. Looked underneath the washer and found the suspension rods dangling. Went ahead and replace the suspension but found the tub ring was also bent and bowed. Ordering the tub ring, but all tests ran as designed in an auto test. Rescheduled the customer to 7/12. ; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)"

I tested the icemaker and it had a E5 error. Did a water fill test and it was good. Ordering a icemaker. I leveled out the unit and the door to make sure there was no air gaps. Gained access to the evaporator and found the black heater. Connector and wire had not been fully inserted, causing the heater not to function properly. went to head and reset the wiring in the connector and added electrical tape to add extra support. Replace the evaporator through Mestrich due to the Thermistor being slightly out of range. Steamed off the excessive ice and reassembled. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Arrived on site for a range that is flashing an F3 E0 (oven temperature sensor shorted or open) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the error message across the screen upon arrival. The customer advised they have never been able to use the bait element on this unit checked the temperature sensor and found it registering 1.099 kg ohms of resistance. found the oven at room temperature indicating that temperature sensor mightve been a little bit out of range. Went ahead and replaced both control and temperature sensor and tested the unit. The unit head preheat on a 350?F bake cycle without erroring out. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing, tested unit found when you released door when closed door slightly opens disengaging the switches, pulled unit out and door is now closing properly, installed unit back into place and noticed that door hinges are pushing against cabinet restricting door to close all the way, installed temporary shims under each hinge, unit is working properly now but called customer and advised to contact installation or builder and have 2 permanent 1/4 inch shims installed, also door needs to be opened and closed from the center of handle to ensure that the switches are engaged, at this time job complete"

Customer stated the bill grate sits to high from the flame causing extended cook times. Tested boiling water on power burner and was functioning properly. Notified customer that front simmer burner is not intended to boil water (high heat cooking). Left side of unit was getting a distorted flame due to AC vent located directly above. Customer turned off air and saw that flame was normal. Unit is operating to spec. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a microwave oven combo that wont start unless the door is pushed in on the right hand side. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what happened. She advised that she does not live in the home at this point yet still, and that she only uses it, intermittently when they are working on the house. Tested the microwave 15 times with water, and was unable to replicate the issue at all. Had the customer attempt to try the unit and found the customer closing the door softly. I checked the frame, Door, hinges, and door switches, and found all working in operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736634070. He advised that if the unit was able to microwave 15 times and that I have not been able to replicate the issue, the issue would have to be on the customer side and not with the machine. He advised to have the customer make sure that they are closing the door firmly, not gently as this can affect the u its ability to recognize the door as closed and to not make any further repairs at this time. Call complete."

Leveled the unit and add some silicone on the door frame to seal the door. The icemaker is not installed correctly, the bottom mount on the icemaker is missing. Arrived on site for refrigerator tripping breaker. Inspected breaker and unit is on a GE 20amp AFCI breaker. Called whirlpool techline and they provided with the information of Technical Service Pointer #: W11525530. Contractor will have to contact GE Electrical and Industrial 1-800-782-8061 to see if there is any other breakers they suggest. Per techline unit can draw up to 17amps on startup. Unit is drawing the correct amps while running. Unit is operating as designed. And no leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

The customer started a quick wash cycle with some clothes and we found the unit spin, fill, and agitate. The customer advise been working like that prior to the trip today. I asked the customer if they ever use the power button on their washer and did advise that the power wash option will start with little to no water and will slowly increase as the cycle continues. I did advise that that is part of the programming on the machine. Test the unit and diagnostics and did not find any store in error codes. The unit ran as designed. My preheat temp was 430. My next five readings were 320, 402, 330, 401, 328 for an average temp of 356.2 degrees. Unit is well within temp range and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed .
